Located in the quite part of the medieval Old Town just 50 meters away from the main street Stradun
The house has been new renovated and the result is a combination of modern & rustic, retaining many charming features typical in Dalmatian houses.
In the vicinity you will find many souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacy at the entrance of the street.

The house consist of a living room with sofa bed for 2 with dining room, a wide 2 bedrooms each with own bathroom, an equipped kitchen, parquet floor and a bathroom. Just furnished and very modern.
We do offer free Wi-Fi, Satellite channels on fleet screen TV, air conditioning. Washing machine. House is on 2 floors plus entrance in on the groundfloor.
Enjoy in the stunning view from the dinning / living room to the bell tower and numerous churches in the heart of the ancient Old Town.
In the vicinity you will find many souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacy at the entrance of the street.
Popular beach Banje is just few hundreds meter away and can be reached within 5 minutes walk.
It is also only 100 meters away from the Old City port where you can embark in the ferry for the Island Lokrum and also are available excursions to the nearest city Cavtat.

Very clean and great location. AC was necessary and worked great. As others have mentioned, it is a three story apartment so be prepared for the stairs.

The property in Dubrovnik was what we expected and more. Maro, the host was waiting for us and even helping with the luggage. He presented us with the map of the old citty and give us some ideas for places and restaurants. The only challenge for 65 was the steps to get to the property, but this.is more.our problem not the property 's. I would gladly recommend this property

Great location, great communication with the host. The host helped with the luggage and gave us a good history lesson about Dubrovnik. Be advised that there are lots of stairs but that is probably true for any property in Old Town. Would love to stay there again.
