Located in Myrtle Beach, this lovely house for $331 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Completely sanitized after every stay with hospital-grade disinfectant, A Beach Retreat Down is a private, 3 bdrm, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation rental located just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. This recently renovated house, which is the downstairs section of a duplex, offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full size beds and queen sofa bed). Additional features include fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, grill, and washer and dryer and hot tub! Excessive sand or rocks in hot tub will result in $100 cleaning fee. This pet-friendly house (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length) offers TVs in every room! No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house. IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

We enjoyed our short stay at A Beach Retreat. It was a quick, 2-block walk to the beach/boardwalk. Excellent for travelling with pets. (Although beware of the sanspurs in the yard, stay on the sidewalk) We had the bottom unit which was very convenient for my elderly parents to access and the entry is covered which is convenient for the occasional pop up shower. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

House was great clean, had hot tub, plenty of room, short walk to beach, short walk to stores and restaurants, over a wonderful time. We were allowed to bring our dogs the only thing bad I can say is the yard had a lot of sand spurs so my dogs had a rough time. But other than that is was great.

Thanks for letting us check in early. It really helped! House is a 5min walk to the beach. No need to hassle with parking. House is well laid out and kitchen is adequate for 6 adults. If you need extra pillows or blankets I would bring them. Host is super responsive....WE LOVE THE HOT TUB! Restaurants and mini golf are within walking distance. We even did an Escape room. Would book this property in a heart beat. We even had 2 dogs, no problem.

The house was clean. Great water pressure. Private hot tub. Nice TV access for kids. Sandbox outside for kids. Easy parking. Walking distance to convenience stores, shopping, and aThai restaurant. Only small complaint is the supply tote outside has everything we needed such as boogie boards and shovels with buckets but it has a few broken beach chairs that were unusable. Other than that, amazing stay!!

My family stayed here for a week long stay, we were so happy to find that so many things are within walking distance from the house! Very clean and quiet home! We had a little trouble with getting the keypad to work (probably user error) and the host was so quick to help us both times ! I’d stay here again for sure! This will be our new home away from home when we visit!

Everything with the property was as listed. We had a brief problem with locking and unlocking the door, but owner helped with no delay. The TV's were a bit challenging. All in all we had a great stay.

It was super easy to rent! The property owner was so nice and helpful! The place was perfect for 8 of us and the location was amazing! The beach is right there only a 2 minute walk. Great location to both piers. I would definitely recommend people to stay at this place. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was as expected, but the neighborhood is in transition with a large number of homeless wandering throughout. Owners have added cameras for security. Even still, we had a visit by the police on Saturday evening due to a phone call about a confused homeless person. Only thing missing internally was Potholders, otherwise, very well stocked.

The house was beautiful and the location was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach and there are so many things to do nearby! Lots of restaurants, mini golf, souvenir shops, and if you’re ok taking a short drive it’s really close to boardwalk on the beach for great shopping! Barefoot landing and murrells inlet were a little further but a lot of great things out that way too, especially if you love seafood! The owner was very quick to respond to any messages I’d send her way which was very appreciated! We all enjoyed it here and look forward to staying again whenever we return to Myrtle beach! Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful home!

This location is perfect for families. I hesitate to recommend for young adults and college students because it is a two story house and noises from above are disturbing. The house itself is very comfortable. The beds are top shelf and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The house is well decorated cared for. The only down checks are the kitchen and front bathroom drains. They are slow and need a little draino. There is a full complement of appliances and they perform well. It would have been nice if a description of the size of the beds had been included in the sales description so personal bedding could be arranged. The tv remotes need fresh batteries. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a low criminal element. The location is within easy distance to everything except a good grocery store. The only grocery store in the immediate area is a piggly wiggly. It's the worse, dirty and poorly stocked. The restaurants are good but there are better in Conway.

The reading of this property was very easy our stay was very pleasant the only damage is I seen when entering was behind the doors and king size room and where the double bed was where is small hose by the door stops kitchen bathrooms very clean. We were very pleased with our stay. Just wished we had better weather during our trip. We are already planning our next trip.

This place was perfect two blocks from the beach three bedrooms two baths, jacuzzi, close to the boardwalk.clean.There is a upstairs that's the same on size so if you have family wanting to rent a place in Myrtle Beach and I want them close but still have your privacy u can rent it has well:) Any questions I had the host was quick to address and respond.she was great!!! we will be back and hope this place is available 🙂

Great location for the beach. A little farther away from some things so ended up renting a car to get around. Property has plenty of room. All was good except the upstairs tenants that were loud well into the night and early morning hours. Not sure if quiet hours were posted or expected. Loved Myrtle Beach.

This is my second stay at Leigh's retreat house, I'm so glad i was able to stay an entire week this visit! First off the house is Hugh and beautiful, very clean, everything you need is there/ full kitchen/ beautiful layout/ hot tub/2 outside grills beautiful outside furniture/washer and dryer/ 2 bathrooms! I lost my car key and leigh didn't hesitate to have a spare shipped overnight directly to her home, the following day she brought it right to the beach house! They went above and beyond! I will definitely be back for a 3rd stay! Thank you again. Oh and my dog willie was so relaxed! He loved it❤

Host was easy and fast to respond! Everything was cleaned, we had no problems except for the door. (But the host was responsive to that immediately). Someone also came and fixed the hot tub while we were there so we could enjoy the nice and warm water during the cold weather.

Really appreciated the cleanliness of this house. The location was close enough to the beach for walks. However, I do recommend being aware of your surroundings when going outside or walking out by yourself as I observed solicitation on the street corner right across from the house. A lot of traffic goes by that area. But, otherwise perfect!

The property location was great!! It was just a short walk down to the beach itself, and the walk up and down the boardwalk was really nice. Everything was within walking distance. The only downside of this stay would be the TV’s in the bedroom. They were not hooked up to any cable, and the players were DVD players. Overall though, this was a great stay.

The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance from the beach and so many places for shopping! Everything in the house is adorable and decorated so beautifully inside and out! The hot tub was amazing early in the morning and late at night to relax after a day at the beach! We loved grilling burgers out on the porch too! This was our second year in a row visiting Myrtle beach, last year we stayed in the upstairs of this property (which is equally amazing!) My family loved it and I even felt comfortable letting my older teens walk down to the beach by themselves because the location of this house is safe, clean and nice! Will visit again and again! Also, the property owners are very nice and super helpful with any questions or concerns!
