Situated in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $377 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Please take good care of our home, great care was taken to make this one of the premium beach rentals for you to vacation in! Enjoy beach and pool views from your balcony, great location with easy access to beach Granite countertops, new appliances, sofa sleeper, standard size laundry, and large dining table with bench and chair seating for 6. New Balcony with large ledge on railing for drinks and meals with retractable awning to provide much needed shade on those hot days! This is our favorite space and will be yours as well! WIFI internet speeds to 100MB 3 smart TV's (65" in living room with sound bar and sub, 50" in Master with sound bar, 32" in 2nd bedroom. Common area with heated pool, hot tub, patio loungers (private to the 4 units in complex) 6 heavy duty beach chairs and Neso shade along with some boogie boards, bocce ball and other games can be found in the Deck box as you enter the condo! Master bedroom has memory/gel king mattress you will love, walk in closet and Master bath and large smart TV 2nd bedroom has queen bed, closet, smart TV and across the hall from 2nd full bathroom Off street 2 car parking reserved space for the condo Enjoy the islands free shuttle service. Walking/bike paths are well done and provide great access to bike the entire city limits, everything is close so get out and explore! South Padre Island has great entertainment and dining options. Live music starts early afternoons at several establishments just off the beach. The entertainment district has several bars and restaurants on the bay with sunsets you will cherish! Many options from water parks, fishing peers, para sailing, jet ski rentals, horse back rides, the list goes on and on! The Island has millions of migratory birds and sea turtles instinctively migrate to out shores each year. Make sure to plan a visit to the birding center and Sea turtle inc. Non-Smoking Policy: Our condo is fresh and clean, and we will keep it this way for all our guests! Beach access is directly across the street, walk a couple blocks north on the beach to find Wanna Wanna beach bar and restaurant! Further down the beach you will come across the biggest beach deck in Texas at Claytons that has fireworks every Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9:15! Walk South on the beach to Palms Cafe for fine dining and great views! Our beach access is less busy than most as its mostly single family and oceanfront homes. The large complexes are further south with the large hotels further north. Enjoy the islands free shuttle service to get around town or take one of the island taxi's which offer rales similar to Uber. This condo and location is perfect for a truly enjoyable vacation. The inside was amazing! Loved the decor. Bed was so comfortable in king size room and im picky. Pool was nice. Nice neighbors. Only downside was construction everywhere. On the back side by the pool for a balcony and then the entire street. Literally 4 out of 7 days with a jackhammer. Not that it was the host fault, but it just impacted our stay. Other than that we had a great time!

We enjoyed our time at SPI at this well appointed condo. There was some construction happening but the owner was very communicative and worked with us and the contractor to ensure the pool was available and noise kept to a minimum. We really appreciated that. While chairs and other beach items were available, next time I’d bring my own but the Neso beach tent they had was awesome. Going to get one ourselves! We had a great time, and loved just having to share a pool with just a few families vs many in a larger unit.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, linens, beach supplies. Bed was very comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. The pool is perfect - heated so temp was very comfortable and it has a lot of shade in the late afternoon when you need a break from the sun. Hot tub was nice because we had a couple of cooler days as well. Decor is also very nice which was a nice bonus to a beach vacation. Host was very responsive. Wonderful stay, we will absolutely come back here when we visit SPI.

We had a very good time. The condo was as described with all we needed for our stay. The bus system was excellent, and the drivers were friendly and helpful as we acquainted ourselves with the island. There are many great restaurants and entertainment options. All in all, a great stay.

We had the best time at this VRBO. Everything was like it was advertised. The hosts were amazing to work with. Super clean and super easy to find everything. The welcome binder was an awesome tool! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was located in a prime location. It was very safe and a short walk to the beach. It had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and truly was a very short walk to the beach itself. The host was amazing.

The condo was exactly as pictured (I think even the 2nd room is more recently updated than the photos). Really cute and right across from the beach with really easy access! Had top notch amenities for cooking and having coffee inside. Loved having the cold/how water dispenser! I also really appreciated all the beach accessories that came with the rental- it made it very easy to just pack necessities. The water-hose and tiny tub on the porch was handy in cleaning stuff off before coming into the condo. Rob and family have great recommendations in a binder inside, which made planning activities and meals really easy. I would definitely stay here the next time I find myself in South Padre Island!

We had a fantastic vacation here. Absolutely perfect location. Pool was very nice to have. Kitchen was great. Owner was wonderful. He captains a private dolphin watch that was the best ever! Only issue is that the beautiful Second story view, also comes with a flight of stairs. This was only an issue due to my poor knees.

Highly recommend! EVERYTHING was 5 stars appliances, furniture, WIFI, TVs, towels, bedding, size of condo, location, pool, one of the beds was a king size. Plenty of towels, beach towels and hangers in closet small things that make a difference. Really enjoyed the large kitchen and the large dining table.

We loved everything about this condo! It is decorated so beachy cute! The owner was so easy to work with. They have everything you need on hand to enjoy the beach even coolers. They provide a binder that gives all kinds of info & recommendations. Everything from restaurants, shopping info, attractions. The view from the balcony was amazing! This condo is in a great location. A hop, skip & a jump to the beach. You can walk to restaurants, convenient stores, golf cart rental & souvenir shops. It rained quite a bit on our trip but the condo has games, TVs, music, pool & hot tub. I always like to unpack first when I arrive somewhere and I was so excited that the owner provided not only a huge closet with hangers, but a shoe holder. The condo has a washer & dryer which came in very handy. We didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this condo for an awesome getaway!

Excellent location only a couple of hundred yards from the beach. Owner was easy to deal with and has furnished the property nicely. I would definitely rent this please again if it was just a small group.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, updated, and well maintained. We loved the pool and hot tub. Great location for easy beach access. Condo had everything we needed, including wagon, chairs, cooler and toys needed for the beach. Communication with owner was easy and response time was quick. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to South Padre.

Just a few steps from beach access, this condo's location is wonderful! We stayed here about three years ago when it was under different ownership. Present owners have made wonderful improvements and are very easy to work with. Already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks, Rob and Holly!

Everything was perfect. The furniture and bedding were clean and comfortable. The extras such as the cooler, wagon and beach toys were nice to not have to haul from home. The pool and hot tub added to the luxury. Great communication from owner. We will be back!
