The best of both worlds and you never have to deal with crazy summer parking! Brand New wood burning Fire Pit overlooking our pool and the 11th fairway of Heron Pointe. It's the perfect set up for a family night around the camp fire with s'mores of course! We have a 2nd gas fire pit on the front deck and a wood burning fireplace in the vaulted ceiling family room that overlooks the pool and 11th fairway. We recently enlarged our pool deck so there's plenty of space to spread out with 6 new lounge chairs, 2 tables that seat 8+ and 2 conversation areas with bistro table. Our Beaches in Sea Pines are BEAUTIFUL! It's the perfect place to be outdoors with fresh air and it's easy to maintain social distance outside on our vast beaches. Our HHI home is the ideal place to work or learn remotely as the views can't be beat! We are experiencing GORGEOUS weather and our golf courses, bike paths, tennis courts, restaurants, stores and beaches are ready for you. There is no better place to be than HHI right now. Enjoy some special family vacation time on the island at our home. Walk to Harbour Town shops, restaurants, entertainment, marina, water sports, playground, the lighthouse, bakery, golf and tennis! We are the closets single family home residential street to Harbour Town in all of Sea Pines! Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club that you have access to as our guest! The Trolley (operates seasonally) stop is near the end of our street at the Harbour Town Pool. Easy and fun way to beach it, no parking hassles in the summer! THE BEST POOL & GOLF VIEWS with TWO awesome outdoor FIRE-PITS (one is gas and the other is wood burning) and party lights on the front deck plus custom two story wood burning fireplace in the vaulted ceiling family room! All one level, NO STAIRS! All of the bedrooms have a great view with oversized sliding glass doors along the full wall of each bedroom. We purchased this home and updated it in 2018. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a private SALTWATER pool in the heart of Sea Pines Harbour Town on the 11th fairway of the newly renovated, Heron Point Golf Course with STUNNING views! It's an easy walk to the Harbour Town Clubhouse and Harbour Town Marina. We personally own and rent our home, "Heron on Eleven", we do NOT charge any additional "Property Manager Fees" or "Administrative Fees". Price includes one Sea Pines gate pass also. Our home has an unbelievably beautiful view of the picture perfect golf course. It is in a peaceful setting with magnificent views on a private, quiet, street with no thru traffic. It is literally steps to the Harbour Town Clubhouse and Golf Course, Sea Pines Raquet Club, the Harbour Town pool and an easy bike ride to The Sea Pines Beach Club! This home has every comfort and amenity you could possibly want for a fabulous, unforgettable vacation and it's all on one floor so no steps to climb or lug children, luggage and groceries up and down!! Enjoy high speed internet while lounging in the back yard around your own private saltwater pool. Yay, free wifi! We can also heat the pool for an additional charge, please text, call or email for rates. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths, each with full shower/tub combination. There are two master suites, each with fabulous king-size beds and private baths. One master has a large sliding glass door out to the pool and the other has a large sliding glass door to the private patio/deck with fire pit and vintage string lights. Lots of light in this house but we do have black out curtains in all the bedrooms so you can sleep in if you like. The third bedroom is so large it has two wonderful full size beds with a sliding glass door to the private patio/deck (with fire pit) and a private full bath and separate dressing area. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it. It is a bright and open floor plan with lots of light and cathedral ceilings. There is an eat in kitchen with a sliding glass door onto the side patio with a grill for outdoor cooking and the dining room has a sliding glass door to the pool overlooking the golf course. There are gorgeous pool and golf course views from the dinning room, family room and master bedroom! There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. This home has amazing views, lots of light from floor to ceiling windows and oversized sliding glass doors. Each room has a large sliding glass door that makes it light and bright and gives everyone access to all the many outdoor gathering/lounging areas like the front deck/patio, pool or side patio with grill off the eat in kitchen. Our house is just a five minute walk to the first tee of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament on Harbour Town Golf Links and all the amenities of Harbour Town including The Harbour Town Lighthouse, boutique shopping, the Harbour Town Marina, Gregg Russell HT playground, the HT Pier (kids can go crabbing!), The Quarterdeck, The Crazy Crab Restaurant and CQ's! No need to deal with parking in Harbour Town or taking a shuttle, YOU CAN JUST WALK OR BIKE! We have a special arrangement with an established and reputable bike rental company for our guests. As our guest you will get a discounted rate, free delivery to the house and free locks and baskets as well. All for around $30/bike for the whole week! Ask us for the discount code. The Harbour Town Yacht Basin/Marina has ALL water sports (SUP, parasailing, kayaking, power boat rental, wave-runners, water skiing, fishing charters, shark fishing, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises, pirate cruises, sailing). ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! Hop on the Sea Pines Trolley (stops just across from our street at the Harbor Town Pool - in season) for a free and fun ride to the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach, no need to deal with beach parking, yay! The brand new Sea Pines Beach Club has clean restrooms, showers, and an outdoor bar and grill overlooking the ocean, outdoor roof top lounge (21 and older), live entertainment and a store to buy suntan lotion, souvenirs and such! Our private saltwater pool can be heated year round for an additional cost ($800/week). If you really want it warm it can be heated to hot tub temps (warning-propane is expensive but it's so fun to have a HUGE hot tub overlooking the fairway and fire pit)! There is a ring door bell at our front door entrance and a security camera on the outside, side of the house facing the exterior pool equipment. Great location so close to harbor town yet hidden away from the crowds. House had everything we needed and the bathrooms were really nice. View of pool from LR allowed us to keep eye on kids and watch the golfers.

Absolutely no complaints. Stay here for an stress-free and relaxing experience (even if you have to bring your MIL). Our kids loved the pool and proximity to activities. We’ll definitely stay here again!

6 of us stayed here (4 adults and 2 kids) and we were very pleased with the location and amenities. They heated the pool at the last minute for us which was wonderful! Communication was perfect. This is a perfect spot for a small family to stay.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and the property was amazing. We had family meet us there. I loved that there was plenty of room for everyone with each room having it's own bathroom which was super convenient. There was firewood waiting which we enjoyed both outside and inside as the weather was chilly and rainy. Saw multiple huge deer running through the backyard / golf course. Tennis, coffee, park, shops are just a 2 min bike ride away. We rode all over the island on bikes - this location cannot be beat! We will most definitely return again. It was one of the best family vacations!

First time at Hilton Head
This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we loved our time at Sea Pines! The owners were so easy to work with and provided great recommendations and information. Definitely rent bikes to enjoy the neighborhood! The house is an easy walk or bike ride to Harbour Town which has great restaurants and shops. We loved having our own pool, and the beach towels and chairs provided are a great addition. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Beautiful Escape for Relaxing Family Time
If you're looking for a property where the owners TRULY care about you, look no further! My family and I rented this home for a last minute spring break trip with our three teenagers and we enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from Harbor Town. One of our favorite activities was riding our bikes down to shop and tour the lighthouse. The home itself is beautiful and well maintained with a gorgeous view of the golf course. The beds were super comfy, and plenty of towels, soaps, and shampoos were provided. The beach towels, chairs, and sand toys were a nice benefit so we didn't have to pack those ourselves. Communication with the homeowner was the best I've ever experienced in a rental! Leslie sent us several emails with extra brochures and island information (including favorite shopping and restaurant locations, Sea Pines rules and regulations, beach parking info, and even a discount code for bicycle rental!) Since I'm a planner at heart, having all this info at my fingertips truly made our trip more enjoyable and stress free. But the best thing of all was being able to spend time with my family in a home that felt like HOME. We will cherish our memories forever - thank you!!!

Lovely home (though a little tired), superb location, excellent PM's
My husband, our 2-y/o son, our nanny and I spent the week in Hilton Head and stayed at 22 Stoney Creek Road. The location is absolutely amazing. It is within walking distance to restaurants, Harbor Town, a playground, shopping, Lighthouse Museum, coffee shops, fitness center, golf club, etc. We rented bikes and were able to easily bike all around Sea Pines for the activities that were a little farther. The house is lovely, though it is a little tired and could use some renovations. It could also use a bit of a deep clean (but I am very particular about these things!). Kathy and Leslie were amazing to work with. They were both super communicative and responsive from the moment we booked the reservation. They sent information, passes, activity ideas, etc ahead of our arrival and were on top of everything and anything we needed upon arrival. For example, the fan was broken in one of the rooms and the tech could not come out to fix it, so the next day a floor model arrived at the door for our use. There was also a minor structural issue that we brought to Leslie's and Kathy's attention which was dealt with immediately. The pool was nice and very warm, though it did not get as much sun as we had hoped (perhaps this was due to the time of year we went?). There was also a great deal of cleanup needed around the pool/hang zone which was done, but could have been tended to a bit more frequently. Again, this may have been due to the time of year. I would say the biggest things this home has going for it are location and pleasurable/easy experience dealing with the owners who also manage the property. Also, the water pressure was fantastic!!

A GREAT VACATION ON THE GOLF COURSE
This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we loved it. Heron on Eleven was a perfect fit for us.
Both the inside and outside living spaces were comfortable and very well furnished, with plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and beach chair and towels. The swimming pool, patios, two fire pits and the views of the golf course made being outside a joy.
The owner was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to every question or request we had. The move-in and move-out instructions, along with gate passes and door codes were very easy to follow. We took many of her recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and all were spot-on. We especially liked the Harbor Town Bakery and Lowcountry Produce for breakfast and lunch, and Fish Camp for dinner.
The neighborhood and proximity to Harbour Town were great. We played at the three beautiful, first-class golf local courses (Atlantic, Heron Point and Harbour Town). We rented bikes for the week, which were easily dropped off and picked up at the house. The owner had recommended the bike shop, along with a discount. The bike and walking trails were amazing! Riding bikes on the beach was one of the highlights of our trip. The Sea Pines Beach Club was fabulous. Make sure you listen to live music and have a tropical beverage at the Tiki Hut.
We took day trips to Bluffton, Beaufort and Savannah. All were easy to get to and really fun and interesting. We also spent a day at the Namaste Spa, and the treatments were really great.
We had a wonderful ten days in Hilton Head. Our high expectations were exceeded. Suffice it to say, we were in Seventh Heaven at Heron on Eleven!

Perfect Spot
We celebrated New Years here and had a perfect trip. The place is perfect for 3 couples. The heated pool was an excellent treat for New Years. The trees provide perfect shade for summer trips. The owners were in constant communication for anything we needed. 5 out of 5 will stay here again.

Wonderful Sea Pines House
We chose this property based on location to Harbortown and homes amenities. You really can just open the door, drop your bags and begin your stay. We wanted for nothing, perfectly stocked for every occasion both indoors and outdoors. Quick walk to the Harbor and beach shuttle. Our family had a wonderful time, highly recommend staying here.
