The home itself was okay, close to the beach. There are no instructions on how to access the pool, no warning of construction on the property being done at 7:30AM, check in and out times are horrible.

I like that this place has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and close proximityto beach. Unfortunately, thats is the only things i liked. The place looks modern and fancy, but it is runned down. Dirty and damaged walls, floors, lights. The worse was the roaches, the tiny ones. Did not sleep well as I felt every spring on the mattress. I feel this problems can easily be handled, not sure why they are not.
The place was not cheap either.

Our first greeting when we opened the door was two cockroaches on the wall. We were killing roaches the entire stay, which made the stay feel bad to begin with. The couches were comfy, but the pillows are all stained. All the cookware, plates, and glasses are filthy. We washed all the dishes, towels, and need linens before using, to feel some comfort. The queen beds were horrible. The king bed was the only mattress that was semi-comfortable. It looks like the place was nice at one point but left to fall apart. The master bath looks like the most current renovation, and it was aesthetically pleasing. We made sure that all food items were kept in the fridge to avoid the thought of any extra issues with roaches. It is close to the beach but if you're taking multiple items with you it would be better to drive and find parking by the beach. When packing up we were finding roaches in our blankets we brought. Everything at home will be washed in hot to hopefully avoid creating a roach problem at our house. The focus was to let our kids have an enjoyable trip, so we did what we needed to make that happen. This place will never be an option for us in the future.

The location for the condo is great. The downside is the lack of things provided in the condo. There were six of us and there were 3 towels in each bathroom. We were there 5 days so we had to wash towels. We used the sleeper sofa and once we put bedding on it there were no extra blankets. Not a big deal but basically there are only sheets on the beds. The kitchen is sparse with supplies. The broom to sweep the sand up from the beach is horrid. There were 2 dishwasher pods left. That’s all. No laundry detergent available. We left the extras l that we had purchased. Including towels. Hopefully they stay for future guests and are not taken by cleaning crew. Also the coffee packets left for us- decaf!

The condo is very spacious! Excellent location everything that we needed for our vacation was within 5 mins! Clean.The second lockbox did not work. It would not open with the 4 digit access code that I used for lockbox 1. Love the 2 parking space in front of the condo that was so convenient! . I would recommend this condo! Very accommodating. 2 of the beds were hard & felt like I was sleeping directly on the boxspring, extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was super tiny. The 2 of the shower doors had 1 inch wide gaps causing water to leak all over the floor. 1 of the bathrooms you have to squeeze through in order to open/close the door. 2 of the TVs barely work I had to reboot the router twice a day. The kitchen sink handle was practically broken off when I got there. The couch was sunken in. The dining room table was clearly too big for the amount of space available. I wasn't expecting perfection but for the amount I spent I DID expect BETTER QUALITY

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was a great experience. The condo looked like the pictures they have up on the website. When booking this trip, we had no hesitation with wanting to stay here again. I’m not sure what’s happened in the timeframe between each visit, but it seems as if the property has been neglected. The walls have chipped paint and small holes everywhere. Light fixtures are missing, light bulbs out so very dark in the house, one of the shower doors were falling off the rails and just overall dirty. The beds were terrible! They very worn, meaning there’s a dip where others have slept, and very squeaky/felt like metal mattresses. Kitchen needs major attention! They didn’t provide Simple cooking necessities (measuring cups, salt/pepper, whisk, mixing bowls, etc). We were willing to look over all this because it was all cosmetics and things we could fix but what did it for us was the roaches, big and small, mostly in the kitchen. I called the number to the property and they sent someone out to spray (in the kitchen) and told me he thinks they fumigated the building so it was normal for them to come out. We asked the other tenants if they were having a similar issue and they said no. Overall, it was disappointing because it has great qualities like 3 bed/3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo just wish it was kept up better.

Our stay here was excellent! The property was clean and they responded to maintenance request very promptly. Saul our maintenance guy was wonderful! He did an excellent job and also helped give us things we should see and do while visiting. If we vacation here again we will definitely stay here again!!

Overall, we really liked the location of the property, and well as the unit itself. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great!!
The unit was very comfortable and was a very nice place for us to relax at the end of each day, especially after our son's wedding. The grandkids loved playing in the pool and the easy access to the beach and shopping.
The downside was a negative experience with some of the other tenants. The policy states that there's a strong spring break policy in which the units are for multigenerational families, and that there has to be someone at least 29 years old in the unit. We had a group of about 6 young men (no one close to age 29) arrive. They were openly smoking marijuana, coming in all hours of the night, talking and laughing loudly, and the last night they were there, they kept purposely setting off the car alarm. Apparently, things escalated and there was an altercation with the tenant above us. There were 5 police cars, an ambulance and a truck that hauled away a tenants truck. There was blood dripped on the walkway between our units and up the stairs. This kept us up most of the night.
We have young grandchildren we had to try and explain this situation to, and make sure they were not afraid.
This does not affect our opinion of the unit, or the comfort and convenience of it. I understand that you can't always know how a tenant/guest will behave or if they are truthful in the application process, but my hope is that you may find a way to cut down on these types of occurrences.

The photos make the condo look bright and inviting and yet (as they mentioned) everything has been changed to white "in the name of COVID." Well, that's fine, but there were no mattress covers on the beds, no pillow case covers, and the pull out did not have a complete set of bedding. We have a 3 year old daughter who wet the bed numerous times over the course of our month long stay=gross with no mattress cover. The mattresses and couches are mushy pits that hardly get the job done. There's not a hook to hang a towel or toilet paper holder in the whole place. Not exactly your home away from home. In truth, this condo is much more run down than the pictures appear, and while the location is great, I would choose somewhere else next time.

This place was perfect for our family. The only draw back for us is that it did not have a washer and dryer. Which we needed. The good thing is that they were going to install one at the end of our stay. So that is great to know for any future stays.

A little wear and tear but it still clean and neat. AC works great, plenty of room for family and friend gathering. Overall a safe, clean, cool, place for my family to rest and enjoy our vacation. Definitely recommend this place and we will use it again. The only reason my rating is a 4 is because nothing is perfect .

Great Location
The manager was very prompt with any issues we had. The layout of the condo worked well for us. The kitchen is not well stocked so if you plan to cook bring what you need. There were no spices or salt and pepper. The condo definitely needed a good cleaning. There were still toothpaste spits on the bathroom sink and dirty dishes in the cabinets. I definitely expected more because of the time of Covid. Luckily I had brought some cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable but there were no extra linens available for the pull out couch.

THE BEDS WERE HORRENDOUS!! The only bed that was sleepable was the master. The two other rooms were worse than the beds you get at summer camp. My son felt like the sofa sleeper was more comfortable. Having said that, sitting on the sofa sleeper couch was also super uncomfortable.
The only way to the patio was through the master. So no one else really had access.
No entry mat inside, so very slick When coming back from the beach.
The front toilet had some flushing issues
Refrigerator was missing the shelving holders on the door.
Kitchen was only set up for cooking for a single family. I think we had 2 bowls and 5 plates, plus the pots were medium to small.
Several bugs in the outside. Mostly dead roaches but at night by the pool there were several live roaches. Inside we saw one roach in the kitchen, possibly due to a slight gap under the entry door
Bottom lockbox didn’t open for us so we only had 1 key.
