The facility, cleanness, sound proofs, lighting.
No thing serious.

Location, price, cleanliness, small market to shop.
Room quit stuffy. We couldn’t open the windows, but they did provide a fan. Not many restaurants within walking distance.
We walked some distance, but that was ok. Safe and pretty sites and good exercise.

They have store and cafe inside, full kitchen and laundry room downstairs but it’s a communal area. Really cool setup.
None.

Nice and friendly staff, near Olympiapark
Very bad smell in the corridors, poor breakfast, lots of noise from teenage guests, we had a room with bunk beds for six people even though we were two. The cleaning staff once opened the door to our room a few hours before checkout while we were in the room.
