Nestled in Branson, this lovely condo for $228 per night is a great option for your next trip. This two bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the gated golf course community of Pointe Royale has been extensively remodeled from the flooring, cabinets, countertops -even the windows. This is a walk-in type unit with only 4 steps from the parking lot. The fully-equipped kitchen offers cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room boasts an inviting wood-burning fireplace with slate stone surround, comfy leather sofas new in 2023 (including a queen sleeper) and has direct access to a wonderful screened-in porch. Our screened porch is a fantastic way to enjoy your money coffee relaxing and watching wildlife in the wooded bluffs behind the condo. We are situated high on the bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo! There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed which also has a "sleep number" mattress and access to the hall bath. There are three flat-screen TVs (both bedrooms and living room) as well as wireless Internet. All the furniture and most appliances are newer (2023) as well as the cherry flooring, ceramic tile, and newer (Jan. 2015) carpeting. Stay in luxury. We've stayed in this condo every single time that we've visited Branson, and it has become our home away from home. It has just enough space for our family of 5. The layout of the unit allows everyone to have their own space, so it doesn't feel crowded. It's clean, well-stocked, and comfortable with all the amenities you could want for your family, especially if you have young kids. The screened-in porch looks out to the river and is a great spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean-meticulous, really. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies so it's easy to cook almost anything (we just had Thanksgiving dinner there). The unit itself is quiet with a short walk to the pool. Sandy (the owner) is responsive and helpful. It is clear that so much thought, attention to detail, and love has been poured into this location. Great value for the price. We love this condo and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We spent a week in the Branson area and chose to stay at this property. We wanted to be in a quieter area away from the busy traffic - yet close enough to go out to eat and enjoy the entire area. This was a great location!! We saw parts of the outer Branson area that I do not think we would have explored if we stayed off the main strip. The Point Royal complex was quiet and clean. I absolutely loved sitting in the screened in porch and relaxing or reading a book. The check in and out process was easy and Sandy was quick to respond with any questions. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We did not golf but the course and club house looked nice. I would stay here again when back in the Branson area.

This was our first VRBO rental. Couldn’t have been easier. Sandy was extremely helpful. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Relaxing setting with screened patio right in the trees. Just a very short walk to the clubhouse, pool etc. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This condo has been completely remodeled and had all the ammenities you will love. Frrnished beautifully. We really enjoyed the screened in patio, and sounds of nature, without being bothered by bugs! And we loved the blackout drapes, for sleeping in. A must visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Branson. Property was newly updated and very clean. Lots of space for a family with three teenage/pre-teen boys to spread out. Loved the close proximity to the club house/pool area and we spent a lot of time at the fishing access on the property which is also fairly close to this unit. We had easy access to anywhere around Branson from the property.

This was our first time in Branson and Sandy was the best she got back with me fast every time if I had a question we LOVED the condo it made us feel like we were home we plan to go again next year this will be our place we stay at it was close to everything and very peaceful.

We loved staying at the condo. The screened in porch was great, as was proximity to the pool. Sandy communicated with us well and the condo was clean and quiet. It was well stocked and I even saw what looked like a shower bench for elderly people in one of the closets. You can tell the owners see it as a place of love rather than a place to make an easy buck. I would definitely stay there again!

My two daughters, my granddaugter, and myself had a girls weekend away. We have been doing this for several years, and we all agreed that this condo was the best that we have ever stayed in. It was nice and clean, modern, all great appliances, well taken care of, great location with easy access to the pool and clubhouse. It had everything we needed. All we had to do is bring our own food and personal products. All of the soaps, cleaning supplies, spices, paper products, and linen were provided. The big plus for us since we had a two year old with us was the awesome screened in porch of which we spent probably half our time on either reading, playing games, eating, or just relaxing. If I had to make suggestions it would be to provide for the main bath more towels and extra rolls of toilet paper, and for the guest bath a box of tissues. These really were not any issues though as we managed just fine with what was available to us. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo and hope to be able to go back again some time in the near future.

Very nice, quite, comfortable place to stay while visiting Branson. Just a few steps up from the parking lot, walk-in shower in master, and the beds are Sleep-Number, what more could you ask for. Will look to stay here again next time we are in town.

The property was perfect. It was recently updated throughout and was so nice and the location was excellent. Since it was in a gated community my sister and I felt completely safe. The owner is wonderful and is so quick to answer any questions. We'lll be staying here every year from now on!

Lots of attention to detail throughout the condo. Organized, step-by-step instructions. Updated kitchen. Updated bathrooms and appliances. The PS4 and smart TV was an awesome bonus. Wish we could be there for warmer weather to enjoy the screened in patio. Close to pool, golf club and restaurant. Ground level made loading and unloading a breeze. Short drive to the strip and SDC. Would definitely stay here again.

Like home away from home! Had almost everything we needed for or stay. Owner made sure we had all the information needed for staying there. Other than a barking dog one afternoon and an ambulance they condo over one night it was nice stay and enjoyed the Branson area.
