This is a gorgeous property overlooking the Caldera. It’s a short drive from everything you would want to see in Santorini, but adjacent to a nice quiet village away from the tourist hordes. We traveled there with our two teenagers and Fay was a magnificent host, answering all of our questions beforehand and even helping us get laundry done while we were there! I would highly highly recommend this for families or a small group. The shaded patio and private pool was a nice touch. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly and there are several nice grocery stores nearby, and a full kitchen in the property for self catering.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO in Pyrgos, Santorini, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location in Pyrgos was a hidden gem, offering a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere that was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The villa itself was simply stunning, and we were captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted us every day. One of the highlights of our trip was the exceptional service provided by Fay, our incredible host. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. From arranging car service to and from the airport, to having a rental car conveniently brought to the villa, Fay took care of every detail. She even helped us organize a memorable catamaran cruise and made restaurant reservations on our behalf. Additionally, Fay thoughtfully stocked the fridge with essential groceries before our arrival, saving us the hassle of shopping. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our needs were met made her a fantastic host.

Fay is the best host. She was in constant contact with us. She is an amazing point of contact and takes exceptional care of our guests. She made my son's 9th birthday beyond memorable with a villa suprise of balloons and scheduling a boat tour for us.
When we had a personal family emergency she was there immediately and her compassion and attention to our needs did not go unnoticed. We'll definitely return.
The Villa is in the perfect location with the most amazing sunset and sunrise views. The village Pyrgos is adorable with some amazing restaurants, you're 15 minutes from Fira by car.
The view from the villas at night is amazing of the island lit up at night. It's truly a beautiful place!

We had the most beautiful, peaceful stay. What a wonderful retreat. There are so many sitting areas for privacy and great areas to gather. The day before my daughter’s wedding, she came over to rest and hydrate. We sat outside on the coach and enjoyed the view and quiet. This was an unforgettable mother daughter moment!

I spent quite a bit of time researching the best place to stay - not only because this was my first overnight stay in Santorini, but also because it was the first time I was bringing a group (wellness) with me. The reviews mentioned how helpful Faye was, so after consideration I chose this property. I am SO glad that I did. The property is nice and accommodated 5 people very well. Wonderful that everyone can have their own bathrooms (essentially). The pool is lovely and the property is in a relatively nice location. It is VERY clean as well (which was very important to me). But truly, the standout reason to select this property is Faye. She went above and beyond to answer questions, provide recommendations, assist with transportation (even help with ordering food for delivery). She was always pleasant and professional. When returning with a group, I can honestly say I will check with Faye's properties first. Thank you, Faye!

I don’t know what was better— the gorgeous property or Fay! The pictures did not do the Villa justice. Everything was even more beautiful in-person. Fay was the ultimate concierge; she arranged all of our transportation, gave amazing suggestions, placed a breakfast order for delivery and booked us massages by our pool. I cannot say enough amazing and wonderful things about our time at Fay’s place. If you’re even considering booking, make sure you do!!! You won’t be disappointed!

We are a group of women who have known each other for 30+ year and this was the most satisfying travel experience we've ever had! Fay was the most wonderful hostess, proposing unique experiences and being immediately responsive to all of our questions and requests! The private chef was an amazing experience, the private catamaran trip was a once in a lifetime trip and the White Lotus Restaurant was exceptional! The property was immaculate and housekeeping came more frequently than expected with fresh towels, taking the garbage out, etc. Several of us are already planning to contact Fay for a return trip with our husbands, LOL! Absolutely loved the property.
Fay was an exceptional host. All her recommendations were perfect. We did not want to rent a car and she made sure we had a driver to anywhere on the island we wanted to explore. The town was perfect for taking a walk and grabbing coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening and a meal. Sunsets from the patio were beautiful.

Overlooking the caldera and Fira
The villa has a great setting. It is set up under the auspices of a hotel, not a private home. Very spacious and good service. Would have liked a few more amenities in the kitchen but Faye was quick to respond to our requests. Overall a good choice.

Dream Vacation
We went on a mother/daughter trip and this villa is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The true value at this villa was Fay. There are not enough good things to say about her! She set up a sunset cruise, cooking class, dinner reservations and car services- just to name a few things! Her knowledge of the island and willingness to help made our trip an experience of a lifetime.

White orchid villa was a perfect stay for us
Fay is so awesome. She checks in with you to make sure all is going well and responds quickly to questions and requests. The villa has great views and the pool is beautiful. Inside the villa is well appointed and decorated. You have netflix and really great wifi. You should get a rental car to take in all of santorini but most places are just a 10-15 min drive and oia is 30 min. But pyrgos itself is a delight and can be walked to. Really good restaurants close by. Prygos and Rosemary and metaxy mas are great dining experiences. Thanks Fay. Hope to return soon

Fay and the property both exceeded expectations
I have never taken the time to do an online review but Fay did some an exceptional job making our visit spectacular that I felt motivated to make this post. It was like having a personal Santorini concierge. I'm not sure if Fay actually ever sleeps. She promptly responded to all our communications and helped arrange everything from a catamaran cruise to a private chef to cook an amazing Greek dinner for us in the house. She arranged buggies for us to drive around the island which I highly recommend if staying at this property. The property is in a quieter, central portion of the island but with the buggies you have the whole island at your disposal and you can park them almost anywhere for free. The house is as presented online. It is clean new and fresh but the real value here is Fay. Thank you for helping us discover all Santorini has to offer.

Perfect family getaway
The property was fantastic with nice pool and patio. it was in a great location away from the touristy areas. We loved being able to walk into small village close to property. Fay was amazing with helping us plan out our week and helped get us car rental, sailboat

Santorini is a fabulous island and this property is a fabulous place to stay.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns Pyrgos still has plenty of places to eat etc. The villa is on the side of the hill overlooking Fira and beyond and we never tired of the view including the famous fabulous sunsets. The location is pretty central to the island and nowhere is far by car.
The villa itself has everything you could possibly need including a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is a great bonus.
Fay was very attentive and answered texts very quickly. She was also available should we have needed her.
We will certainly be back.

Just wonderful
As stated in the other reviews Faye is an absolute treasure - so helpful & responsive! The house is in an excellent location away from the crowds but still close enough to everything - and no need to climb 60 steps to get to and from! Absolutely would recommend. Just one minor FYI, despite the description stating there is washer & dryer there is not - but the do offer a laundry service (sending your clothes out). Certainly not a deal breaker but wanted to advise others in advance.
We really enjoyed the peace & tranquility of this lovely home. And as others have stated the island is small so everything is close but I would recommend a car because it just made it easy & convenient getting to/from places.
The home was immaculate and Faye made sure everything we needed was provided...plenty of linens too!

Great Villa, Great View
The Villa meet all of our expectations. It was very clean and had all of the features noted in its description. Located off the beaten path. Would definitely stay again but likely more in the later spring or summer time as it was somewhat cold and very windy to sit out side and enjoy the pool.

White Orchid Villa
The house was very lovely. Very clean. Always smelled fresh. The view was incredible you could almost see the whole island. It overlooks the caldera. We liked that it was not in the busy areas of the island. Oia and Fira were crowded and exciting, but it was nice to go back to our secluded quiet house. It doesn't take long to get anywhere on the island so that was not a problem. We could take a short walk to Pyrgos and enjoy the restaurants and bakeries there. There are grocery stores and gas stations also. Really anything you could need. Much of the rest of the island is already known, but Pyrgos has some lovely attractions. Go to the castle atop the city and explore. There are many wineries close by. The two black beaches are a very short drive away. We can not say enough about Faye the owner of the property. We had sent many emails before our arrival and she was very prompt and helpful in her replies. When we got the the island she could not have been more helpful. She texted us back quickly. Faye is a wealth of knowledge about things to see and do. She even set up most of our tours. Actually, probably all of them. We would ask about an possible trip and she would give us options and then book them for us. She was always happy to help. She became a friend.

White Orchid Villa Santorini
Is a breath of fresh air. Fay arranged for my taxi, brought us to her villa and I was blown away of the beauty of the villa. I walked outside and fell asleep beside the infinity pool. 10 minutes away from Fira was perfect. Away from the noise and at night you have a view of the city. The hotel had all the amenities, fresh towels, slippers, soaps etc. A modern large kitchen with spices and teas. Faye was very accommodating. She would always check in with us and ask us if we need anything and would recommend places and things to do. Being a chef, I loved to go to the market and pick up fish and use the local produce. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are perfectly clean. A plus your 10 minutes from Santorini s black beach and wineries.

Better than the pictures!
Fay was amazing and very attentive to our needs. She was so friendly and helpful with questions we had about the island and helped us arrange a rental car as well which you will need or a quad to get around. There is bus transportation around the island, but requires the willingness to do a lot of hiking. There is a substantial climb up along the road from the villa to get to anything, but the village of pyrgos was closer than I thought it would be. The villa was immaculate. We loved this place.

The Only Place to Stay in Santorini
If you have a choice of any spot in Santorini, stop searching because this is the only place to be. I write this review with as much passion, positivity and honesty that you can find as my experience in this Santorini spot was my greatest rental experience ever.
Our host, Fay, is one of the most wonderful people I have met through many travel experiences. From helping us to plan day trips and boat tours, to rides into the different parts of the island, special service at bars and restaurants, you name it, Fay made the connections. Greeks respect each other and Fay helps to make the connections, negotiate prices and ensure that you get all you could ever want while you're in Santorini.
The place itself is located right outside of Fira. Close enough but far away enough that you get the space needed in the home to relax and feel it's truly your home. You will not find a place of this size in the heart of the city. Fira and Oia are beautiful and Fay's spot is perfect location to get into town to shop, eat and explore but with the privacy to lay poolside + have plenty of space for lazy days and down time.
The beds were comfy, place incredibly clean and all aspects of service above any expectation you can set. We had breakfast delivered each morning and Fay even set up a special dinner to celebrate my parents anniversary (+brought flowers and champagne at request for my dad to give to my mother).
The amazing place combined with the service you receive from the host allows you to fully relax and enjoy everything that Santorini has to offer. You cannot beat this experience.
If and when we return to Santorini, this is the ONLY place I would stay. Thank you for making my Santorini dreams come true!

We booked for 2 days and only wanted to extend our trip and stay more. The villa is amazing, clean and spacious, fully equipped, very comfortable. Parking inside the premise, no need to walk at all! What to say about the views and the location, so easy to move around the island from Pyrgos. Fay was an excellent host, always available with quick and to the point communication. Her suggestions were 10 out of 10, exactly what we were looking for.
We will come back! Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a 5-star Santorini experience.

The perfect stay in a beautiful villa!
We stayed at Fay's place for one night and truly wish we were there for longer! The villa is spacious, clean, and has the best view - in a nutshell, it is AMAZING and her incredible hospitality only makes us want to go back right away. Fay was super helpful and understanding for our entire stay in a variety ways, with quick communication throughout. We miss her! Would HIGHLY recommend her place, our stay was unforgettable!

This house is perfect for staying in holiday. the pool is huge and clean also outside view is so nice, inside of house is cozy and relaxed. the atmosphere is perfect so you don't need to go out as well haha. Fay who is owner this house is always care useand shows her kindness. she is so nice and thoughtful! I was surprised that. she gives many helps for us. Stunning views and location
Definitely a great place to stay, 100% satisfied! The check-in and check-out went very well, communication with host was perfect, and what to say about the villa! Everything was perfect, very clean, spacious, the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We were amazed by the views. Amazing stay
Excellent accommodation. Fay is a wonderful host and very helpful. The villa is located in the beautiful area of Pyrgos, very close to any direction in the island. The views are amazing even at winter time. The property is very well decorated, clean, fully equipped and spacious. We enjoyed 100% our time and privacy there. Definitely we recommend this place.
