Great hotel situated next to Katowice Airport. Fantastic for overnight stays when arriving from late flights. Good connections to the city centre of Katowice too.

Comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely staff and an amazingly short walk to the airport.

The location was great and easy to reach from the airports newish train station. It's only a few minute walk to the airport which was great for an early flight. The room was nice with very comfortable beds and the staff were friendly which made check in and check out smooth.
The dinner options were good but slightly disappointing as it seems like some of the food is just reheated from frozen. For example, our dishes were Lasagne and beef koftas where the lasagne seemed burnt and a bid hard in places while the koftas were hard and chewy. I'd prefer if they offered fewer options but made it fresh.

Cleanliness, cool style, maintenance, location, and—ABOVE ALL—the nice receptionist the next morning who helped us with everything the arrogant guy the night before hadn't been able to advise us on.
We were hugely disappointed by the impression we got upon arrival. We were very unhappy with the man at the reception during our check-in on October 1, 2026. I had actually read about a similar situation here before. We arrived after midnight—something the hotel had been informed in messages months in advance—yet due to overbooking, they tried to charge a card that didn't work(even I requested payment upon arrival) , in a message booking informed me that the reservation might be cancelled. Fortunately, I had called immediately after landing to tell them definitely NOT cancel the booking. After a long journey and a midnight arrival, you expect assistance, not disrespect. He scanned my passport and handed me a contract to sign (which listed the wrong nationality). When we wanted to read what we were signing, he said it isnt ours but the hotel's copy. However, what shocked us most, was when he mentioned a group arriving so basiccaly you need to go now. It was as if the flight crew was more important and our further questions didn't matter, even though we were paying the hotel a significant amount of money(we visited Moxy in other countries.) We didn't even know where the elevators were, so we quickly asked for directions, and he SNAPPED his fingers at us—like calling a dog—to indicate "straight ahead." We left uninformed—a total disappointment. We didn't even know the price of breakfast or where the gym was located.
