Located in Carolina Beach, this attractive condo for $354 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy our little piece of paradise! Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo! Clean & spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer and all of the comforts of home. Kitchen has a blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker (regular drip & Keurig) and all cookware/housewares. Wine glasses, champagne glasses & margarita glasses for your favorite libation! 4 stainless steel bar stools where your family can gather in the kitchen! NEW 55â TV with Upgraded Cable TV package and DVD player in the Living Room. Master Bedroom has NEW 42âRoku TV. Lots of movie options with Roku, WiFi included. Roku TV in 2nd bedroom. 2 spacious bedrooms to accommodate your family! Primary bedroom offers a King Bed and also has a private balcony and full bath. Second bedroom has a new queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress (and there is a full-size mattress in the closet just in case you need some extra sleeping space). Another full bathroom, with full-size washer/dryer, just off the main hallway. Iron & Ironing Board, hair dryer and convenient drying rack provided. We provide luxurious towels, linens and all bedding (extras in the closet). Luggage racks in both bedrooms. We have 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a cooler for your use (Unless they go missing from the previous guest). Paradise Island Rentals rents beach chairs and umbrellas by the day or week, tell them the address and they will set them up for you on the beach with your name on the umbrella, great service. We also have a small Weber charcoal grill that you can use in the designated grill area near the parking deck. Both the grill, cooler and beach chairs are in the closet on the patio off the master bedroom. Inside the condo you will find playing cards, games, books & movies for your family to enjoy! Sweeping ocean views from the balcony, with high-top dining table & 4 chairs, plus another seating area for 2! Ease of access on the first floor, beautiful oceanfront view and private access to the beach via a brand-new walkway, all just steps from the front door. Two reserved parking spaces. Only six blocks from the CB Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants, weekly fireworks and entertainment.

Plenty of space for my friend and I, VERY clean, well appointed kitchen, and clear instructions from the host! The âworstâ thing I could say (and the owner told us about this) was the parking. Lol. When they said right by a utility pole-they meant it. Someone less scaredy-cat than me would probably feel quite comfortable though. I know anyone would enjoy their stay here-the sound of the sea, just steps across the dunes on a boardwalk to the beach, plus a beautiful place to stay-whatâs not to love?!?

Great place, well located with respect to activities, and everything you need is here. The owners were very quick to resolve a minor glitch with the TV. My only hesitation in booking again would be having to deal with the dreadful VRBO, with their hidden fees and harsh cancellation policy. Otherwise a delightful place!

This is a very nice place. It is very clean and has nice bedrooms with large beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a big one in the living area. The kitchen had everything you need. There is a walkway to the beach. You can see waves and hear the surf from the balcony. It is wonderful! I think it would be great for two to four people.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, tasteful decor, complimentary supplies, comfortable beds, ocean view (great for first floor unit) and owner communication. The parking was a small challenge but got easier. I would recommend this unit!

Deck to watch the sunrise and waves crashing on the beach. Host was in constant contact asking us if there was anything we needed. Just an amazing and relaxing experience.

We just wrapped up our week at this lovely rental. We enjoyed our stay both at the property and Carolina Beach. Very easy access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. This rental is on the first floor, easy access to unload all of our gear. Kathy has thought of everything! Clear and timely communication- great job!!

Really enjoyed our time âŚfound the condo to be very clean and comfortable. Parking space was narrow so vehicle needs to be midsize . But as with everything, practice makes perfect. By the end the week we had it mastered .

The condo was ready on time for our arrival. A new lock has been installed with a code so no key which I love! It does take a minute to figure out how it works but after that no issues and no key to worry about. This condo is first floor but has stairs which aren't bad at all. Very nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was updated and plenty of kitchen items.
I have only 2 complaints and honestly not the owners fault at all!! Parking is so very tight. We had a full size SUV and trying to park beside the condo and not hitting the wood planks on the other property while avoiding the power pole is challenging. The people upstairs was so loud. They woke me up on morning from the noise. Like I said these are not owners fault! Out of 7 days this is all I can complain about and to me it's not a big deal. Just want others to be aware. Especially bad parkers/drivers..lol.
We would stay again because its beautiful, clean, great location and short walk to the beach. The added extras in the closet on the back balcony is wonderful. A few beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler and grill to name what I can remember. Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. Condo was very nice and clean. New appliances, comfortable beds, and great view of the ocean. Very close to the ocean with a private walkway. Host was easily reached and was helpful and kind.
Less than a mile from the boardwalk. We did not realize you had to pay to park at most places at/around the boardwalk where the best restaurants and attractions are. You could easily walk from this condo, but we didnât always want to bringing a 13month old with us. Parking is $5 an hour. It certainly didnât affect the quality of the condo, but is something worth knowing beforehand.

We loved the ease of communicating with Kathy, the owner. She was quick to answer any questions. We loved how super clean, comfortable and cozy her condo is. All the needed amenities were there. Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the balcony and wine in the evening, very relaxing and peaceful. Loved the location and was only a 20 minute drive to Wilmington. Highly recommend this condo !!

This rental was amazing! Location was just as described...just a short walk to the beach. The condo it's self had been recently redone and is perfect. We had 4 adults (2 couples). We walked to supper every night. We look forward to staying here again.

Cute, updated, very comfortable setting. Everything you need for your stay is there. And did I say how amazing the view, only steps from an uncrowded area of the beach, but not too far from all the attractions of Carolina Beach. Host was courteous and very accommodating. Great experience!

This condo has EVERYTHING one could possibly need! It is also the cleanest property I have ever visited!!!
The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware, etc., and the appliances are wonderful!
The open concept layout between the kitchen and living room allows a view of the ocean even during meal prep. The living room has comfortable double couches for relaxing and the balcony is perfect for eating outdoors.
The two bathrooms were spotless and stocked with samples of very nice shampoos and hand soaps.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and there are extra linens, blankets, pillows, etc.
I loved having a washer and dryer so that arriving home meant only unpacking my clean clothes!
Kathy is the BEST host, and she even texted with us during our visit to be sure that we had everything we needed. I have never experienced that level of service!
The entire unit has details and extra touches that make it feel like home away from home!
We can't wait to come back again to this beautiful property with the perfect host. Thank you Kathy!!!

First, Kathy was great. She made reaching out to her easy, but everything was perfect so we needed nothing. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great view of the ocean and within walking distance of boardwalk and several restaurants. Only downside was parking is tight, but got use to it. Carolina Beach is a walking resort town anyway.

We stayed the week after Labor Day and had a great time. Nice unit: clean, comfortable, well-stocked, serviceable, attractively furnished. Nice king bed. Small glitch with check-in handled promptly by Kathy. Great location. Wide, clean beach. Nice, clean temperate water. The surf was rough (?hurricane in Atlantic?). I'm used to it, but my wife could only get in to her knees and couldn't swim in it. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Everything was nicely updated. Kitchen had everything needed. Loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean. Was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit donât have to go home to a bunch of laundry. Owner responded promptly to questions we had when checking in. Beds were super comfortable. Would go back again!

Perfect spot for family trip
We brought our almost two year old daughter here for her first beach trip and it was perfect. The close proximity to the beach is the best part, plus the condo is very well accommodated and the hosts are lovely to work with. Would visit again!

We loved our stay here. It was our first time to Carolina Beach and we fell in love with the area. The room was everything we needed and felt modern. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the restaurants in town. I wouldnât hesitate to stay here again.

This place is truly fantastic, so clean, comfortable, and well cared for. They truly provide everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect too, so close to the boardwalk with amusement rides, shops, arcades, live music, restaurants, and fireworks. Such a great spot, we would book again in a heart beat!

This condo has been updated and well kept for the enjoyment of visitors. Although we didn't cook while there, we saw an array of items for anyone who would wish to cook instead of going out or ordering in.
The only issue was a glitch with the new electronic door lock, but Kathy solved it for us right away. We use a similar lock on our own home and find it extremely handy. Kathy's visitors will like using it instead of thinking about a key.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and spacious, an abundance of appliances and utensils, and a truly great beach location. The balcony was a perfect setting for morning coffee and a book! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends visiting the area.
