Unit A201, a jewel all its own, is a coastal contemporary space designed to maximize comfort and relaxation. Open the doors from the family room to the covered terrace, which features ample, comfortable seating for eight and offers spectacular views of the Lagoon pool — the pride of the Seacrest Beach community. Sit back and relax under a breeze from the two ceiling fans while you sip on your favorite cocktail and listen to the sounds of summer as water softly cascades down from the multi-tiered pool and fountain below. When the sun goes down and the community begins to settle in for the night, the illumination of the lagoon is a sight to behold. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

Beautiful condo with a large balcony and fantastic view of the Seacrest pool. Large kitchen and sitting area, great for gathering with family and friends. Managment is responsive and accomodating to any needs and requests. My family had a wonderful vacation, we enjoyed the property ammenities and location. Will definitely stay here again!

My 6 adult children and I enjoyed this very beautiful and conveniently located condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was just minutes away from the beach and right at the pool....perfect location. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love the location and activities in the area.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and it was a very clean beach. The pool was nice and relaxing depths were from 3 to 6 ft. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

This condo was perfect for our group. The teenagers could go to the pool while we sat on the balcony while we kept an eye out for them! The rooms were spacious, the appliances top notch and the AC was flawless set at 72 or 73. The bathrooms we nice and plenty of hot water! ( think 3 teenage girls) The beach chairs and bikes were an extra bonus! One consideration is pool noise. Since the entire time we were there all the beaches had double red flag warnings… so no swimming. I believe this caused the pool to be extremely busy. It does close at 10 pm which was great but it made for balcony sitting a little loud at times. If we were to head to this area again, we’d stay here in a heartbeat!

The condo was amazing!! It was in a great location - close to the beach with easy access by tram, close to the pool and perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys Beaches! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed - especially the kitchen. Plus, Derek and Sandra were SO quick to respond to all our questions!! Could not have asked for a better vacation. We would totally recommend and will come back!!

Our experiences while staying at this property were well beyond our expectations! We planned this family trip for 6 months with excitement and anticipation. The location, beautiful decor and layout of the condo were very comfortable and inviting. The property amenities were very nice and convenient. We will definitely come back.

This was our family’s second time to stay in Seacrest and our first time in this condo. The condo was amazing ! Beautiful furnishings & the perfect kitchen ! We loved the layout of the condo & how much room we all had. The balcony is perfect for drinking coffee at sunrise and cocktails at sunset. There were 6 adults , a toddler & baby and we never felt crowded .
The location of the condo is only afew minutes walk to the beach . We were there 7 days and walked everywhere we went . Communication with Sandra was very easy
& she was always prompt in responding. We had a small issue with someone being in one of our reserved parking spaces when we got there but Seacrest security took care of it & honestly it wasn’t crowded & we were able to find parking for our other 2 cars just a block away. We loved our time there & look forward to staying there again.

The unit was very clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. The view of the pool was a welcomed addition to our morning coffee before we ventured out to the spectacular beach. We rarely used a car as there were plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The view of pool was great. The negatives at beds were too hard. Wife has a neck problem since day 2. Expensive stove took too long to to pre-heat, dryer didn't dry clothes. Had to dry 2 and 3 cycles.
Chairs in dining room were cheap and uncomfortable. Not sure if will stay here again. Disappointing

Lived the condo
This was a beautiful condo! Loved everything about it! The only problem we had was getting bands for beach and pool! Checked in at 4:00 and didn’t get our bands until the next morning. Called the office several times and got know where but then decided to contact owner and got them asap. The owner always got back to us with answers to questions.

Overall though, we had a great stay and this condo made up for what the beach was lacking.

Condo was great. Did have a problem with water heater. Had to hit reset button every other day. Manager said would fix before next guest.
Was surprised that not only pool but the the entire pool surround was closed off for maintenance the entire stay. It looked nice but inaccessible. This also meant gas grills were inaccessible. Not a huge problem but disappointing.
