Located in Island House, Sea Colony's closest-to-ocean high rise condominium . . . you feel like you are on the dunes! Wake up to one of the best views in Sea Colony from our 7th floor, oceanfront condo! Our condo does not look into the other high-rise buildings as do so many other Sea Colony units nor does it overlook a noisy pool. Please read reviews where our guests rave about our immaculate, renovated condo with amazing views. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves breaking on the beach from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living and dining rooms! Looking south from the balcony, take in the view of South Bethany, Ocean City, and the bay! Special bonus: Sea Colony's private beach in front of Island House is the least crowded part of Sea Colony's 1/2 mile of private beach. Our condo was renovated in 2010 and entirely repainted in 2020. Tastefully decorated in a tropical motif, it features a completely renovated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless-steel appliances. Keurig, 10-cup drip coffee pot and French Press are available for your use in the kitchen, as well as a blender, 4-slice toaster, crock-pot and extensive inventory of pots and pans, baking dishes, etc. The living room features a large sectional upgraded sofa and new 50" Smart TV for when you need a break from the beach! Dining table seats six people with additional seating for two at the serving bar. New solid core interior doors have been installed to increase privacy in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms! The Master Bedroom features new furniture, including an extremely comfortable King-size bed and a new 40" Smart TV as well as an adjoining master bath with tub and shower (with full-size stacked washer and dryer). The second bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, closet built-ins, and a 40” Smart TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for young guests with a "pyramid" bunkbed that includes a comfy, full-size mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top bunk and twin trundle. The bunkbed bedroom also has a 40” Smart TV. The second bath features a shower stall with dual shower heads. Guests have access to our beach locker located in the covered parking area under the building. There are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use. Enjoy all Sea Colony has to offer . . . we're just steps to the Private Beach, Pools and so many other activities!

Our stay couldn’t have been more enjoyable. So comfortable and well stocked. We have a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to the beach. I did want to mention that the lock in the beach locker was broken.

Complex was quiet since it was off season. Nice view of ocean, most things nearby that one would need such as stores, etc. Something worth mentioning, the checkin letter/form provided instructions on where to obtain badges and parking passes. Since it was off-season, we were not informed that there was no security guard, and the fitness center was off site so purchasing $60 worth of badges was an unnecessary expense as there was really no need for them.

We had a nice, relaxing early October stay at this wonderful condo! Even though we had to generally deal with the remnants of Hurricane Ian, it really did not effect much at the Sea Colony resort. Very few people staying in any of the Sea Colony buildings, so it was very quiet. Took advantage of some of the ample resort amenities. The condo owners, Sherrie & Vince, were great with communications and gave us all the information we needed to be prepared and have a pleasant stay. They were super accomodating!

Our family had a great vacation in Bethany Beach! The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and in an excellent location. It is steps to the beach and close to many other amenities and restaurants. The owner was great during the rental process as well as during our stay; very accommodating and available for any questions or concerns if needed. We appreciated the owner’s thoughtfulness of having certain necessities available upon arrival We loved the proximity to the beach and the fabulous oceanview we enjoyed from the living room and balcony. Watching a fascinating sunrise from the balcony was an amazing experience but seeing dolphins the same morning was priceless!!

This property is spectacular! Sea Colony is impressive and we had the best week. Moreover, the owners are fabulous and so easy to work with. The unit is fully stocked and we loved all the amenities, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Nice to have one less thing to pack.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's lovely condominium. She was very responsive. The condo was cozy, very clean and nicely decorated. The views were amazing and we took full advantage of the amenities. It was well stocked with everything, including board games that made for a great family game night!

This condo was the perfect getaway for our family of four coming from the DC area. The owners answered all our questions prior to our stay. The place was clean. We brought our own towels and sheets which was clearly noted as we booked the place. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!

Our family was in need of a restful getaway, and this gorgeous beachside condo provided the perfect retreat. Everything was as advertised. Susan is a responsive host and very easy to communicate with. We arrived in the late evening and check-in was a breeze. We found the unit clean, well maintained, and so inviting. The furnishings are contemporary and the decor is tastefully done with soothing neutral tones, not screaming “Beach!” everywhere you turn, because really, all you need to do is look out at the most beautiful unobstructed views of the Delaware seashore to know exactly where you are. Early risers will enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony or from their perch on the comfy large sectional, coffee in hand. The kitchen is fully stocked (there’s even an apple slicer!) with an ideal setup for the family chef. Spacious layout for everyone to escape into their own cozy nooks. Sea Colony in winter is quiet, everything is just steps or a quick ride away. Susan and her condo may have spoiled us for life. We would return in a heartbeat!

We loved the location! Close enough to the ocean that we could hear the waves but at the end of the complex where there were fewer people. The condo was pristine and well equipped.
