Was staying here for the ease of travel to the nearby hospital for surgery. Was walking distance from the Ruth Chris Steakhouse we had for dinner, legitimately a 3 min walk. The Hyatt was having trouble with the elevators and was waiting on a service tech, was notifiedat the moment of check in. With them having their trouble with the elevators they offered us complimentary parking in their parking garage.
The parking garage can be a bit snug for bigger vehicles or ones with a big turning radiace. Honestly after how we got treated that's the only complaint I have which I'm sure they probably didn't have much say in that.

Wonderful staff, gym, clean
Breakfast didn’t have enough gluten and dairy free options or fresh fruit

Very spacious and had more than we expected!
Everything was perfect!

The property looks recently renovated. Room was very spacious. We loved the kitchenette and the lounge area. Bathroom as well was a very nice size. Lobby was very attractive. Access to parking is very convenient. Close to nice restaurant (one is the famous Hattie B’s hot chicken) and to bus/trolley stop to reach downtown easy in few minutes. Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was exceptional

The room was clean and comfy. :)
I really wish an inclusive breakfast didn't include dehydrated eggs and rubbery Canadian bacon. However, the coffee downstairs was good! Iknow it is free, just not very appetizing.

The staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was exceptional and well stocked. The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip and close to restaurants.

Breakfast was great. Location was great.
I think you should resume a shuttle service to downtown. It’s a little questionable walking back at night.

Location.
Everything was good.

we had a nice studio king suite with a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was included. Room was clean. Shower was nice with good shampoo and towels
Bar staff not the friendliest and my order was incorrect. Also the front desk gave incorrect directions.
Other than that the hotel met my expectations.

Very nice place.
The reason we chose this hotel was because of the shuttle to downtown. That needs to be removed from your webpage.

I like the space
Cleanliness. Found old bottle of Vaseline in the couch. Housekeeping doesn't clean or sanitize there. Plus there was barely any hot water in the morning. Staff was not very specific on details when I checked in. Had to ask her where my room was after she handed me the key. Also I had to pay extra for parking when that was never mentioned when I booked.

Location was perfect. A block off of West End and near the Centennial Hospital complex. Staff was exceptional. Very clean.
No glasses in my room

It was clean; location was superb for my our VUMC visit. Staff was friendly. Room was decent.
Lack of security. Room wasn’t in the best condition, but clean. Some of the appliances didn’t work well or at all. The sofa couch was broken.

Our room on this trip was not up to what we expected based on several previous stays. No hot water from the shower, broken lamp shades, when both racks were pulled out to load the dishwasher started to fall out of the cabinet. The front desk staff was unprofessional.

The location and parking were good, if a little expensive on the parking aspect but the further into the city you get the more it is. But as a hotel I don't think they should charge guests. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and the option to take cold breakfast to our room was appreciated due to having a small kitchen there.
Parking cost. Also the blackout blinds in rooms were broken, we eventually moved rooms after maintenance attempted to fix, the second room also had blackout blinds that needed attention but I was able to fix this myself. The desk staff seemed annoyed that I had an issue with the blinds.

I love that you have to use your key card to activate the elevator. Definitely gave me that extra peace of mind.
Nothing that I can recall.

There were multiple hairs on the towels in the shower.

I couldn’t say enough, nice things about the work ability of the room and the pleasant attitude of the staff. Definitely one of the top 10 work hotels in the Nashville area. The continental breakfast? Completely on point.
I thought the menu at the bar could have offered a few healthier options For both appetisers and the main entrees - that would be my greatest caveat.

Great choice for breakfast hot and cold food
Courtesy but stopped a few days before our trip ended would of liked it to have gone on at least till nov

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious with the kitchenette. The breakfast was great with fruit, eggs, waffles and lots of other things.
There was no shuttle available. It was a 2 mile walk to hear the bands play at the bars. We took an Uber back for $30 and we had to pay $36 per day to park in garage.

Ausblick aus dem 15. Stock

It was good. Staff was not very helpful tho.
Had to wait to get my window blind fixed till the next day (had to ask 3 times). Staff did not bother to understand that they need to communicate and answer a question.
Glasses in the room were dirty.

It was quiet.
It needed more menu options for the restaurant.

Big, modern, clean and comfortable rooms, very quiet area, also rooms were very quiet and relaxing. Bed was also very comfortable.. Prices were fair and lower than downtown. It's walkable there takes around 35 minutes. Breakfast is ok, not fancy but has enough and tastes good,as well as the coffee. Had a nice outside area with pool and a small but good equipped gym room. Staff is super friendly checkout is at 12 which is also great to have. Also when the rooms are available you get an early check-in for free (in my case I arrived around 1.30 pm and could already go to the room Would totally come again and recommend.
Everything was great!

Location was nice and quiet a little away from Broadway but close enough to Uber. Beautiful area around Vanderbilt.
No shuttle to Broadway as advertised.
