Location is excellent! It’s nice they have an indoor pool, our kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great! They had a good variety, and even our picky eater was able to find something to eat. The receptionist was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable.

The hotel was nice, but our room was by the front door and it was loud.

Free parking and a decent breakfast every morning.
The toilet was disgusting, and the toilet bowl had been shattered and just glued back together like a jigsaw. No ventilation in the bathroom, and towels were all freyed edges so they put them into orgammi shapes in attempt to hide that flaw

The breakfast was excellent
The availability of the shuttle downtown
Beds comfortable
Close amenities, store, bars, restaurants
The rooms were not cleaned, looked like only beds made and not correctly nothing tucked in and neat
Bathroom counter not wiped down still stains remaining
I know there was a language barrier with the cleaning staff, maybe pictures to show what we needed in our room, I.e kleenex, towels, etc
The head of the bed had soda cans, candy wrappers stuffed at the head of the bed hidden by the mattress needed a good cleaning

Nice for a holiday inn exp. Was impressedwith the cleanliness, juice room, and the little towel animals. Decent breakfast too.
The eggs were very watery and the bed could be a little more comfy. Also,I'm pretty sure the thermostat was way off, we had to turn it to 80 to get it to feel 70.

We came to Nashville to see the Grand Ole Opry and the Hotel was very close. The price was also excellent compared to the other hotels and there was not any fees to park our car. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety of items.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and all the other stuff hotels have. This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Our bedding had a strong smell of bleach. I know that's how they probably clean it. I am just sensitive to smells. The pool was very cold. The kids braved it out and swam anyway. Over all we would stay again.

I like how convenient it is located wise. We had a concert to go to and it was only a few minutes away which we loved. We stay at this hotel almost every time we go to Nashville. It is always real nice and clean

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and that it was open until 10 a.m. The warm pool also allowed our family an opportunity to swim while the winter air outside was cold. We visited Nashville to partake in holiday festivities at the Gaylord Opryland and Opry Mills mall which was close proximity to the hotel. All of these things were a bonus especially traveling with two little ones, ages 6 and 7.
The gentleman at check in was less than helpful. Had I not asked specific questions such as where breakfast/pool is located and operation hours, I would not have known. We checked in our 2nd floor room which was fairly clean. We realized early on the toilet was having issues; it flushed once and wouldn't flush again resulting in materials staying in the toilet. I notified the front desk and also on day two did the same. We were told there was no maintenance staff onsite which I understood due to the holiday weekend. On 12/26 I spoke with the front desk and we were offered a plunger to plunge the toilet, to see if that helped. This was a first for me in all my years of traveling! We plunged the toilet however that did not resolve the issue.
We were then informed we could move rooms, which took some time with two kids but we did it. The new room's toilet worked yet the heater would go from warm to cool, resulting in a cold room and shivering children. We decided to do without heat for our final 2 days, to avoid moving rooms again. Keeping the room at room temperature wasn't very warm but we made it work. During our last day at the hotel, we had breakfast and stayed until the 10 a.m. end time. My 7 year old was cleaning his mess and went to discard his trash in the bins. As he was walking, a patron collided with him spilling hot coffee on his shoulder and neck. His screams and run, my running to grab him and get to the restroom reminded me of a scene from a scary movie. A few people came to check on us and assist, including an EMT who was staying onsite. I am forever grateful to them! Thankfully my son did not need to visit the ER and we were able to fly home after speaking with his doctor. He still has some redness but nothing serious, requiring treatment. We got lucky! I spoke with the front desk and suggested they have signage asking patrons to use coffee lids.
