Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee. This beach getaway is located at on the 4th floor of Saida Condominiums. This beachfront complex features three pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and private beach access! Saida II #401 is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. South Padre Island offers the most beautiful beaches in Texas, and this property has fantastic views of the beach and ocean! The condo is in immaculate condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a great place to enjoy family meals. The living area offers plenty of seating for guests to sit and relax. The condo entails 3 spacious bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating 10 people comfortably. The property was not properly maintained. Broken shelves in the fridge. 2 eyes on the stove are inoperable. Mold is on the bathroom fixtures. We tried to clean and bleach them ourselves. The bathroom door knob was really in need of changing. Just a little more attention to the details would make for a great rental experience. Overall it was ok. I wasn’t looking for perfection but it could’ve been much better.

Amazing views, clean condo, all basic utilities at hand for cooking and personal hygiene. Location is extremely close to all fun activities. Night time balcony views was our keypoint of our mini trip.

This unit was perfect for the 9 of us. We had plenty of space to spread out and a nice big table to gather around for games. Excellent view and distance to the water. We only ran into a few issues with the shuttles not running due to the holiday weekend, but otherwise the trip was great!

Amazing beachfront rental for our family gathering. Condo was much more spacious than pictures showed, we were pleasantly surprised. Very updated and clean and especially loved the view from the balcony!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was in excellent condition. We had a problem with an old mattress in the guess bed room that SPI Rentals + the owner resolved the same day. The new mattress was wonderful. Thank You SPI Rentals & condo owner! For the future, I would recommend that some of the pillows in the condo be changed also. In closing, the location of the condo (balcony) was perfect for viewing the beach, the resort and the fireworks. I recommend this condo. George

The room/condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space. Easy access. We faced the gulf and had a lot of foggy weather in the mornings, which burned off later. One heated pool out of 3. Nice tennis courts. Frequently property cleaning in mutual areas. Wish there had been a restaurant/bar on the property. But there were plenty of local places to go. Would go there again.

The property is gulf front as described. The condo is generally very comfortable and laundry facility is accessible in the building. The only drawback - the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom is horribly soft and saggy. It has seen its better days and should be replaced soon.

There were a few issues with the condo. The place had a lot of roaches and ants. Also the master bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The kitchen sink had very low water pressure. The front left burner doesn’t work. With the price we paid for the unit, everything should be in working order. It’s obvious the owner hasn’t done a regular check of his unit.

The location was epic the condo was perfect the low rating is due to a stove with one working burner, trying to feed 10 people with one burner is not convenient or time efficient. Called it in no resolve. Kitchen also had German roaches YUCK!!! I notified management no apology not even a sound of surprise. Those roaches travel and last thing we wanted was to bring them home with us.

This condo turned out to be an excellent choice for a family reunion. It is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped in the kitchen. We enjoyed all the amenities. If you have never rented a vacation home before, you should know that it is helpful to bring along a few kitchen items, such as salt and pepper, aluminum foil, etc. so that you do not have to buy these little-used items new on the scene. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place for a family including grandparents and a 4 year old. Beach view from master and deck. Beach access was very close and easy. Pools were clean and lovely and varied in temperature so one could choose warmer or cooler pools. Unit very clean and roomy. One bedroom could use a dresser or more shelving for clothes. Management very responsive to inquiries. Gated community easily accessible but secure. Location convenient to restaurants, Turtle Rescue and shopping. Recommend this unit.

This is someone's home - not a rental property and it shows. Tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf… What more could you want? The location is great too. We continue to rent from SPI Rentals because they have always treated us well, listened to any concerns we have had and responded immediately. This time was no different. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that we spoke with them about but nothing serious. We would absolutely rent this property again! We almost hate to give it such a great review because we want it to be available when we need it to be LOL. A special shout out to Marina and SPI Rentals for such great service!

This condo is a great get away. It has a fantastic beach view and the grill was a plus for our reason to select this condo. The Thursday night beach fireworks right in front of the resort was a great surprise. The only thing I would bring up is that it is time to update the furniture and kitchen supplies. The couches are faded and stained and the beds are old. We have been coming to SPI for 30 yrs and the condos have been updated and well stocked. A little disappointed this trip.
