It sleeps 16 people and there is 200 square feet of deck space to enjoy the fantastic views. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, 3rd bedroom with a king bed and two bunks, 4th bedroom with bunk beds (twins) and a queen base and bunk above, along with 2 sets of bunks in the den. Each bedroom has it's own on-suite bathroom. There is a 5th half bathroom in the unit as well.
