This LUXE condo normally goes for $399 night or more. FULL AMENITIES INCLUDED. Step into a world of relaxation and carefree fun when you rent our beachfront condo. We added all the personal touches to make it feel like an upscale home, and not a rental. This 11th floor ocean front retreat has an extra wide balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunset views over the Bay that will take your breath away. We offer seating for 8 on our balcony that includes a bar height dining set (awesome unobstructed view above the railing) & contemporary and comfortable patio furniture. With our condo you won’t have to spend your vacation $$ on toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry soap, spices, condiments, coffee, sugar, cream, books, games. Yoga mats, beach supplies (see below) separate bath & beach towels- we provide everything not included with other rentals. We have upgraded everything and added all the modern amenities. Raised platform king bed (so you can wake up and enjoy unobstructed views ABOVE the railing), platform queen beds in the guest bedroom, and brand new leather sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Our fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, Keurig & traditional coffee makers with coffee included. You’ll enjoy luxe bedding and towels, new tiled flooring all throughout, ceiling fans, Nest thermostat, brand new flat screen smart TVs in each room, (Roku, Hulu, Netflix etc) Blue Ray DVD player on each TV, full pressure massage shower heads, brand new blackout curtains and blinds, free 5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Google Home in living room, Alexa in bedroom, power banks for your devices, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach toys, balls for basketball and volleyball, umbrella and beach chairs with a beach wagon, cooler bag, and beach towels are all provided. We have a W/D in the condo with laundry detergent included. Again, We have even provided amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just grab your swimsuit and go! THE RESORT The resort includes 6 foot deep pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and children’s playground with large grassy area, assigned covered gated parking, private boardwalk to the beach and air-conditioned elevators with panoramic views. EXTRA AMENITIES Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered parking area, and plenty of uncovered parking for extra vehicles. There are grocery and luggage carts provided. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be clean and ready for you to enjoy. THE LOCATION There is so much to do, once you get here. You can rent a golf cart to explore the island, or walk to one of the many area restaurants, stores, coffee and souvenir shops located within 8-15 minutes from the condo. The island offers jet ski rentals, , horseback riding, boat rentals, sand castle lessons, kite surfing, parasailing, Turtle sanctuary, fishing & much more! ATTN Spring Breakers: This complex will accept reservations only for families. No Spring Break activity will be allowed to the risk of eviction without REFUND. Note: Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you. You can find a copy of the general Rental Agreement attached to our VRBO page.

I was here with my friend from London, England! I live in Austin and thought it would be great for the two of us to go to the beach for a few days during her 3 month stay in Texas.
We had such a great time! The condo was so Wonderful! The views and the closeness to the ocean were priceless!
I cannot recommend SPI and this condo enough! Thank you for the best beach vacation I've ever had!!

Great location and well-kept condo and property. The condo stocked everything we needed to prepare meals, have fun at the beach, kick back, and tidy up. The only hiccup was a water outage for a few hours with no communication about it. Other residents were confused as well. Otherwise, we're glad we chose this condo for our family Thanksgiving vacation.

This is our first time but won't be the last time we stay on this well-kept and equipped property. The view and sounds of the ocean simply do not get any better than what we enjoyed from the balcony. Just steps away, the beach was incredible and wave jumping was great fun for old and young alike. Short walk to Kic's for ice cream, but that didn't stop us from renting a golf cart for cruising the boulevard and visiting the sand sculptures at Clayton's - a highlight for our 6-year-old granddaughter!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and modern. Extremely close to the beach and great balcony. The common areas were always spotless and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As to the host of this condo unit, they provided everything such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, spices, oil, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and would give it a 5 star rating. Fabulous place to stay. I would definitely return to this place.

What a great escape to this ocean side condo! We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony listening to the waves crash. We loved being walking distance to many restaurants and activities (we visited grapevine cafe many time- delicious!) Beach equipment was very nice to have, we all boogie boarded frequently. All the little details (beach towels, spices, laundry detergent, ect.) were taken care of.

This condo was just as listed and absolutely beautiful! We loved the view from the 11th floor, the beds were super comfortable and the balcony was awesome! Due to our flight being delayed we had to move down to the 3rd floor the last two nights which was a big bummer but the rental company was SUPER accommodating in making this happen for us. We would definitely stay here again, we love SPI!

Condo was very clean and comfortable . We slept in the king bed , very nice with great memory foam mattress/ pillows . They provide the coffee , shower products , and spices to cook . Well stocked kitchen . Amazing gulf view . We had all we needed here , hosts thought of everything . If I could add anything to the place it would be an ice maker . Fridge didn’t have that which is rare . Full size washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided . Nice pool area . Would highly recommend staying here .

Checked in at 4 and everything was perfect.
The only thing you need is yourself and beachwear because everything else is provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas,coolers, toys if you have kids with you and a cart to take it all to the beach.
Views and sunrises are awesome and property is just as pictured and clean and quit. Plenty of supplies for your stay. One of the finest properties I have ever stayed at!

Unit was pretty close to as advertised…nice, lots of amenities and stuff already stocked! Could’ve used a couple more rolls of toilet paper, more garbage bags and some Kleenex…had to pick up extra for our 7 night stay. Lots of beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us this year, so didn’t get to do much beach time. So close to everything the island. Lost power during a storm one afternoon, and had to do the 11 flights of stairs, but maintenance got the elevator back online later that evening! Would consider staying here again for future return trip!

This is an amazing, “11th” floor condo directly on the beach home. We had initial mishaps that I need to include here as its resolution was outstanding!
The balcony view is lovely, except very sunny & hot in the mornings. Unfortunately none of the umbrellas tilted to block the sun.
Some of the listed extras (beach umbrellas, chairs, etc) were either broken, missing or not washed clean of sand, etc and stored properly by prior renters.
These issues had Never been reported to owner, who therefore, could not address and fix.
We did not bring these items since they were listed as being properly provided; causing us to contact the owner, and providing him with pictures of the issues.
He IMMEDIATELY returned our call and began rectifying the situation! We literally were stunned at his graciousness and understanding!
Thus, our HIGHEST recommendation to rent this spectacular home for a South Padre vacation! The facility and its owner are first class!

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location was perfect (so close to the beach!) and having umbrellas and chairs and boogie boards made it even better! The view from the balcony was amazing. Also loved that there was coffee available. The communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. I’m already trying to figure out when we can return!

Took the family on a beach vacation at this property and had a great time. This condo had an awesome view, right on the beach, and came with everything we needed for our fun in the sun. It really felt like home away from home with how comfortable the furniture and beds were. They even went out of their way to provide us with special laundry soap, at our request, since our kids have sensitive skin. If you are considering a vacation spot at the beach on SPI, I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at this condo- we love the property - and always stay in a condo at Ocean Vista- however, this condo was superb! Had everything we could possibly need- very well thought out! The best of everything! Amenities were high end and taken care of! Just the best visit we have ever had at SPI!

I’ve came down to padre multiples times a year for the last several years!! And this one was so cute! Had PLENTY of supplies. Nice pool! Big balcony with plenty of seating!! Also soo many extra supplies for the beach!! The whole set up of everything was great!! Will definitely book again!!

South Padre Vacay
We enjoyed a wonderful week at South Padre Island. The condo was just as pictured with all of the comforts of home. Morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful sunrise and listening to the waves was the absolute best way to start each day! Plenty to do on the island from a day of fishing to visiting the sea turtles , paddle boarding and a Friday night fireworks cruise!

The owner was wonderful. The property was very nice and clean. The condo had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. The only negative was the rudeness we received from the property/office manager whenever we had any interactions. Without this, it would definitely be a 5 star rating.
