Central, clean and very practical
Just stayed for five nights at Mme Quach's apartment. Although steps away from a super busy area (Notre Dame and the Seine), the apartment is tucked down a side street that made it feel calm. The apartment is loaded with practical amenities - enough shelf and closet space, everything you could want in the kitchen. Mme Quach gave a very thorough and useful intro to the apartment. The beds were medium firm. Very efficient (quick) Miele washer and dryer were appreciated. Loved the location. Easy second floor walk up never felt like a grind, even after a long day of walking. Be sure to find Isabel's boulangerie - the best croissants we had on our two week trip.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
My sister and I had a wonderful time in this apartment. We were met by Chau and her husband who gave us a thorough run through of the apartment plus fantastic tips for getting around and where to find the best baguettes and croissants.
The apartment itself was clean and had all the amenities you would want. If you are concerned that, being in a highly popular tourist area, that it might be noisy, do not worry. Not only do the bedrooms look over a private courtyard, but they have double glazing plus outside blinds that assist in the blocking out of sound and light. Having a lift in the building is a bonus when checking in and out.
If I return to Paris I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Quach was great and so helpful. She answered all our questions in detail. Her unit is just in the best location in the Latin quarter. Very comfortable and well setup unit. Very secure. No complaints at all. I will definitely return to Quach's place when we return to Paris.

Paris stay
Central location but because the apartment sits above a noisy, late night restaurant, it made sleeping very hard. Construction across the street (very loud)starts at 7 in the morning. If the windows are closed and aircondioning turned on, it sounds like you are in an engine. We needed ear plugs. Bring (lots of) bug spray if you keep the windows open.

Awesome
Host was very organized, the place was huge for Paris standards. Bed linen looked freshly ironed, had washer and dryer and plenty of dishes. Location was central, so close to Notre Dame. Would highly recommend!

Four Nights in the Heart of Paris
This property is excellent -- comfortable, convenient and friendly. M. Quach and his wife went out of their way to make our visit a success, even though it was very brief and we arrived late.
We were a group of six -- 3 generations of family. All of us slept deeply in air conditioned comfort on some of the best mattresses I've encountered. We did a little cooking for the kids but took advantage of our short visit to eat out mostly. (We did notice that the food was better when we got away from the rest of the tourists, but even that nearby was good and varied.)
Quach offered us maps, suggestions and directions. His wife waited for us to arrive. Neither of them could have been more helpful.
We, the elder generation, preferred walking and cafe visits as we've seen many of the "sights" at other times. The younger generations used the Big Bus to make a rainy weekend into an adventure. They visited numerous sites, getting out and exploring several each day. The kids came back with excited stories of what they'd done.
Despite M. Quach's warnings, my husband was pick-pocketed by a seemingly helpful group of 4 young men at the Metro St. Michel. We were not yet aboard with the rest of our family when the doors began to close. One young man reached over my head and held the door politely while others were hurrying us on board in friendly fashion. My husband felt the hand and grabbed it, but the wallet had already been handed off and that team member had disembarked.
It seems that a zipped pocket isn't a safe place for a wallet. Tuck your money and cards under clothing and in more than one location. Take only one credit card with you with cash for the day. Leave your dollars elsewhere.
The property itself is lovely and sparkling clean. They had a tray of glasses and juice for our arrival. If you’re hauling too much luggage or heavy groceries, or if you’ve walked enough miles already when you get “home,” an elevator takes you to the apartment level. If it’s hot outside, the air conditioning is excellent and efficient. There’s a garden below with conversational groupings of comfortable seating. Although the apartment is around the corner from busy streets and cafes, the sounds are muffled. Want greater quiet? The electric, roll-down shutters stop all noise and light. The shower was full, very hot. The washing machine and drier are modern and efficient.
A big “thank you” to M. Quach and his kind wife.

Great spot
We enjoyed the apartment very much. It’s in a great location for sightseeing and touring, easy walking to many things and close to metro. The Big Bus Tour stop is literally right around the corner - We are ordinarily not tour bus types but it was perfect for us as we were with our kids and it was nice to get off our feet. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning! And a spacious kitchen with all of the dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc for dining in. My husband loved the Greek Pita gyro style sandwiches in the neighboring Latin quarter restaurant row and kids loved all manner of crepes for another easy and inexpensive dinner option close-by.
Quach is helpful, hospitable, and kind.

Fantastic Stay in Paris!
This was our family of 6's second stay in Quach's lovely apartment and it was fantastic! Quach is a very gracious host! Her apartment was spotless and she had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is so well located, right near Notre Dame, and is walking distance to many museums and sites. There are also metro/RER stations nearby. The "best croissants in Paris" bakery(La Maison Isabelle) is located a short walk away, as are grocery stores, nice restaurants, and amazing Latin Quarter street foods. Despite it's proximity to the bustle of Notre Dame, the neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet and safe. When we return to Paris, we hope to stay in Quach's apartment again!

Perfect location in Paris!
It's hard to find a more perfect location across from Notre Dame. The apartment was beautiful and clean with everything we could want for a family of 4. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to check-in early as out train arrived from London around noon. We will definitely book this apartment for future trips to Paris.

What a pleasure!
I can’t say enough good things about this flat! My husband & I are traveling with another couple. After an exhaustive search we booked Quach’s place. We hit the jackpot! This is what we loved: 1. Quach’s attention to our needs & details. 2. Perfect location - this is not our first visit to Paris so we know exactly what we want - close to Latin Quarters & Notre Dame, but far enough a way so it’s quiet. This flat totally meets that. There is some temporary construction going on across the street. 3.elevator - we tend to use the stairs but it was sure nice to not have to carry luggage up. 4. We felt very secure. 5. The flat is clean, great WiFi & huge by European standards. 6. The toilet is in its own room, a big plus. Try the vegetarian restaurant below, it was fabulous!
