Great view. Comfortable and clean property. However, lower floor vacant, elevator not workiing so taking stuff up and down over steep stairs was problematic. Only entrance to locked property was thru the master suite, up a bunch of stairs. Building in need of updating. Floor from living to master suite sags. Nice amount of condiments and spices. Good supply of cups, plates, etc. Nice area with nice walking available, especially with the dogs.

The beds were all above averages comfort. They had all the appliances, dishes, utensils, bowls, skillets and pans we needed plus some. The location just a few minutes from The Landing and about 20 minutes from Brandon’s main strip and the outlet malls. We caught about 18 trout during our stay, and all from the bank behind the house. We kayaked early in the mornings and was beautiful and calm. However we had to be off the water my mid day beach use about noon they would start releasing water from the dam and the current was too fast unless you had a decent motor on your boat. It may not be like this year round. We stayed in late July. With all of that being said I also want to mention the elevator from the garage to the 2nd and 3rd floor does not work. So you have a trip up the stairs to get into the house (no inside stairs). Also, all but one bedroom is on the third floor. So you don’t want this house if you have someone in your party that has trouble with stairs. My complaints are that there were water stains in a couple places and in a storm during our shay all of those water damage spots were active leaks, there were a couple spindles missing (including one on the third floor indoor balcony), and the internet would drop a couple times a day. If we reset the internet router it would reboot and come back up, but was annoying.

Convenient location with main attractions less than 15 minutes away. Great local restaurants, and short drive to Branson Landings. Well equipped property on the water (it’s a river even though it is called a lake). Nice trout fishing, but if you are looking for other species, it’s a short drive to Table Rock Lake. Catch Rainbow and Brown Trout off the bank, walk up to the house, clean, grill, and eat them (it was so good). The water is clear, but don’t expect to swim here, the current can be strong (depending on the Hydro-electric Dam schedule), and the water was 50-55 degrees (in Mid-June) even in the 90 degree heat.

The house itself did not meet our expectations. Two of the bathroom doors did not latch/lock. Oven and outside grill were not clean. Dining room table leg not secure. Spindles are missing from upper living space(zip ties are being used instead) numerous carpet stains, many spiderwebs throughout the house. Jet bathtub had hair all over it. We cleaned the screened in porch to make it usable. Overall, the home did not feel clean. I messaged owner about the issues, no response. The house is in a nice area, and we enjoyed going for walks. Unfortunately, we would not return

The property was great space for the group that we had. It appeared that no one had stayed at the property in a while. There were a lot of spiders. It made me a little nervous for the kids that we had traveling with us. We contacted the manager to inquire about the elevator but never received a call back. It was a lot of stairs for our elderly parent. There were some things in the home that I felt like could have been cleaner. Nothing that was a deal breaker. Would stay again if we had access to the elevator.

The property has tons of room and great views. You're right on the water. Onky downside is that you have lots of steps to get into the house no matter what. Is only a problem when you're bringing your stuff in or out. Otherwise everything else was great!

This home is very spacious and clean. My family of eight people (grandma, adult kids, spouses, and a baby) and their dogs needed a lot of space to get ready for and lounge around in between Branson shows. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable. The home needs a little maintenance work and has a billion stairs to climb, but other than that, it was perfect for us. I would love to visit in the summer months and enjoy some lake time and the outdoor space.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. Wished the elevators were working, would've made it easier for loading and unloading our luggage but other than that I loved it. Beautiful view of the lake. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again if we visit Branson again.

Over all good. Great location, the house was what we needed.
I would recommend getting some new kitchen items like skillets the ones there are pretty wore out. The house does need a little upkeep but it was not a problem for us. The screened in porch needs some repair on the window screens and it also needs a door.
Just to let everyone know that the elevator was not working which we knew that going into this, so if you don’t like stairs this could be a problem. But over all we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the home and location right on Lake Taneycomo across from Fall Creek Marina. Plenty of space for our group of 7 and loved that we were able to bring our dogs. The kitchen was nicely equipped with practically anything you could think of available including many spices, blender, waffle maker, mixer, etc. Pots and pans were a bit limited but we only ate breakfast there so wasn’t a big deal for us. The home was in need of some TLC as there was water damage on the sheet rock around several of the windows, some window shades were damaged or missing, there was a very noticeable slope to the floor at the dining room end of living room and the deck needed some repair, but house was clean which was important for us. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable at the home. There is a full flight of stairs to get into the house, so keep that in mind for older persons or someone with a disability. It was a super easy drive into Branson but away from all the hustle and bustle. Many great restaurants and 2 grocery stores were just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home on the lake!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s an older home so it could stand a few updates but nothing bad enough to not stay there. Very nice home and a beautiful view. The back deck and the closed in patio was my two favorite spots. Nice home whoever stays there next will not be disappointed.

Lake Taneycomo house
The house was nice and looked just like it shows. The elevator not working was disappointing. It was a struggle hauling all the luggage & coolers up all the stairs. It was very hot while we were there and the AC couldn't keep up during the day. It did cool down at night. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do.

Here’s some of the negatives. Yes, the entrance to home was not easy. Approximately 15 or more steps. The floors sweeked in certain parts of the house. Need instructions on how to operate microwave. And carpets could probably need replacing with wood flooring or laminate flooring. And Previous water leakage/damage causing Sheetrock to start to come loose above window in living room area.
