This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 to 12 guests, with its four bedrooms, a spacious sectional that can sleep two, and a queen-sized air mattress complete with an electric pump. Whether you're sharing meals at the breakfast bar or the dining table for eight, basking in front of the cozy gas fireplace while enjoying the 65" Samsung Smart TV with streaming services and cable, or relishing the open floor plan living area with its wet bar and adjoining expansive outdoor deck – there's something for everyone. We spent Christmas here and it was absolutely amazing! It was decorated for Christmas complete with a Christmas tree! Love that there is a bathroom for all bedrooms!! Lots of room to spread out. The patio is a nice addition. We will definitely be back!!

The house was lovely, great for us to all have our own bedroom and bathroom. Lovely balcony. Only suggestion we would have is that more hand towels and kitchen towels are needed. We had to wash more than once. One bedroom closet door would not open.

Beautiful home in a quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and this house was close to everything we planned to do. The Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly with all of our questions.

We where told we could do an early check in eventhough we didn't ask for one. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned, beds where unmade and dirty laundry in the washing machine. Called Kristin property manager and she said there was a mix up from cleaning crew, but they where on the way to clean. They showed up and cleaned unit, Kristin was easy to get a hold of and got right on it. The layout of this house is great with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and open floor concept. Great location, beds were comfortable. Unit needs more towels only two per room, more flat pans and cooking, no pot holders. Overall we liked the place but needs to have a really good cleaning, found a dog bone and other items under the ottomans in living area. Would stay here again, but like said needs a really good cleaning.

This was a great place to stay…close to attractions yet not in the middle of everything. We enjoyed having 4 individual rooms with a private bath for each. Super convenient. This was also well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Thanks you for a wonderful place to stay on our vacation!

It was great!!! The home is beautiful. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. The deck was a lovely place to sit and talk. The pool provided exercise. This vrbo was an easy drive from everything we wanted to do...Sight & Sound, movies, miniature golf, and an escape room. We had a wonderful time...not one complaint.

The place was so spacious and comfortable for all 9 of us to stay in. The deck was amazing to sit on anytime of the day. There was some issues, door handle not working properly, ice maker not making ice but I let them know right away and those issues didn't take away from our vacation. Great location and pool also!

The house was well equipped, very clean and comfortable as pictured. We enjoyed the porch where you could hear the stream in the woods. The location was convenient to shopping and close enough to the Landing. The host was very gracious to answer my questions, and everything worked out just as she described. We corresponded by email, and she was very quick to respond. We were organizing a trip for friends and wanted to make sure we were prepared, and she definitely helped us with that.

The property was beautiful nestled on the Payne Stewart golf club. There was plenty of space for us three "old" couples and the property was well maintained. The property is located about 20 minutes from any entertainment venue you choose to attend and there are stores and restaurants of many kinds within a 5 minute drive. The property manager was friendly, extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions and inquiries. I would recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit Branson, MO/

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Very well updated. Furnishings were fantastic. Would live here if I could. I will say, they need some more pots and pans. There are two very small sauce pans and one small Dutch oven. Not enough to cook for a large family. But overall, the stay was amazing and will stay again!

We loved our time at this property! My wife and I along with our kids and their spouses each had a room and en suite bathroom. The kitchen, LR and DR are a very big and open area -- which we loved and were able to have some playing games, some watching TV and others making a meal. This is a great place for a family gathering or even a golf excursion. It's also the first time we've experienced that the actual main living areas were bigger than the pictures. We can tell you that you won't be disappointed.

This is a good house, plenty of room and well stocked with kitchen items. Very nice deck and location was good. Easy to get everywhere and away from busy traffic. Very clean. We had issues with the Wi-Fi and TV but owner was very accessible and responsive. Only con is all beds are comfortable but small. 4 really nice bathrooms and showers.

The property was amazing for our family. It was spacious, very clean, and had the most scenic beautiful fall colors from the back covered deck. The location was great and close to many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again. Amy was amazing in us extend our stay and to get everything in order.

The overall experience was great! The only thing I noticed was there could have been a little more attention applied to the cleaning. A dirty wash cloth was hanging on the bathroom door and the floors had debris. Other than that everything was great!
