There is a view of the Thousand Hills Golf Course too! Looking for a unit with a no stairs option? Look no further! Park right in front of the elevator at the building next door and there is a walkway straight to the unit. It is about a 200 foot, level walk from the elevator to the front door. The 4 king bedrooms have luxury linens, wonderful mattresses and every bedroom has a flat screen smart tv. The attached baths make it perfect for privacy for everyone! Two of the masters have walk in showers and 2 have tub/shower combos! There is a large living area and huge sunroom where the dining table sits right by the windows with plenty of light. There is a 2nd small fridge there perfect for beverages. The living area is huge and has extra seating with a loveseat and a sleeper sofa, along with a recliner too! There is a large flat screen Smart Tv for streaming Neftflix or we also have cable as well. Free High Speed Wifi of course! The kitchen is ready for any meal, including Thanksgiving. You'll find all you need: silverware, storage containers, several small appliances, pans, dishes and more. The dining area has plenty of seating for the whole group to share a meal together and discuss the days activities. The open floor plan means those in the kitchen are still in the conversation with everyone in the living area. The washer and dryer in the condo will let you pack lightly too. The dining room is perfect for game night as well! One of the best features is the huge patio with the grassy yard! Sit on the patio while you are grilling your dinner! Everything is on one level and you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and feel like you are away from everything but just 10 mins to anything you would want to enjoy about the Ozarks! This was a perfect place for our visit to Branson. The four bedrooms with four bathrooms was ideal for our party of three couples and one single. The unit was spacious and clean and had lots of extra conveniences, like a computer station, a coffee/drink bar, and an outdoor patio with a large table. It was quiet at night and the location was ideal. We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Branson who needs four bedrooms.

There were 4 couples that met in Branson to spend some time together. The condo was not only the perfect accommodations but perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. It is updated and having attached bathrooms to all 4 bedrooms was wonderful. Everyone loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was safe and quiet. Condo was very clean and everything worked and was close to the strip. The four bedrooms were all on one level and separated nicely. We would stay there again.

We booked this property since it had 4 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The size was just right for our party of 8! Beds were perfect and the kitchen and baths were stocked. The hosts even left a lovely snack basket for us which was greatly appreciated! The unit is located right down the street from the aquarium and across the street from a mini golf. Several restaurants were within walking distance, so long as you don’t mind the hills and serious lack of cross walks on route 76. I would suggest that the owners consider replacing the dining room table with something a little more sturdy for the size. Overall, if I were to go back to Branson I’d definitely consider staying here again.

We were 7 senior ladies who came for just a good time and relaxation and we had both. Lots of belly laughs and lots of stories. The condo was absolutely perfect. We prepared breakfast inside every morning and late night snacks. We were all comfortable and felt safe. We have already booked again this year.

We really enjoyed our stay. In January and February, we knew that most shows would be closed but we enjoyed staying in the room and playing games and enjoyed time with our family. We were centrally located to any restaurants and stores that we needed and the condo felt very cozy.

Parking outside was a little limited. Kitchen had more than enough utensils plates and cups and cookware. Plenty of pillows and blankets. It’s a bottom floor apartment so that people that stayed in the apartment above us were a little loud but nothing that the property can fix overall it was a great place to stay for four separate families.

The condo was perfect for all of us - me, my husband, our teenage son, and my parents. We had a low-key Thanksgiving with the option to quickly get to attractions we desired to visit. The condo was clean, bright, and even decorated for Christmas. We would definitely return.

Review our October 2022 stay. Location was great. Condo clean and well equiped. Condo was ground level BUT was 2 flights of stairs below the parking lot! Elevator yes, but inconvenient because of the distance from your car to the elevator to the condo and all the luggage carriers, had flats and bad tiers. It was 5pm when we arrived and I called the helpline. The maintenance man answered said nothing else available and would have someone call the next day. No one called. Our group of 6 ranged in age from 69 to 97 with multiple health issues. So the stairs and distance to the condo from the parking lot to elevator down side walk was a challenge.

We enjoyed our stay during our daughters dance nationals competition. It was close to the strip which made access easy. Very spacious condo - ground level. Wish we would have had access to a pool since we were there during the hot time of year. Overall very clean and was great for our group!

Mini family reunion...4 bedrooms each with its own bath...tons of room to gather and spend time together. We loved it! Property manager and JD went out of their way to accommodate our group that arrived at three different times. The only small issue we had was that while we were on the bottom floor...parking is on second level. There is an elevator, but it was a little further away than we would have liked our mom to have to walk each time. Luggage racks were always available and this issue would not hinder a return visit for us. Thanks for your hospitality! (Oh...you need some more pushpins so new visitors can mark their hometowns on the map...such a great idea!)

Very clean and spacious. The property had almost everything we needed. We thought for sure it would have a k-cup coffee maker of some kind, but it didn't. However it did have a drip pot and even provided the coffee. But the coffee was not hot enough for us. We needed a 9x13 an to bake a cake, but that size wasn't available. There was a smaller size and a 9x15. Otherwise everything we needed was there. The directions to the property were perfect, even though members of my family questioned the address and directions (the address didn't have a street name).

Great place! Road conditions were rough, and I was late checking in. Mark contacted me to make sure everything was okay with me. Check in was fine. All of my plans for the trip were right on the strip, and this pace was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were all cozy with comfortable king sized beds. Definitely plan to book when the weather is better! Thanks!

We visited in early February for a wedding nearby and decided to make an extra long weekend of it. We Loved the space! 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved the island eating space! Dining room and study nook provided some privacy while doing remote work and school stuff. It was off season so it was really quiet and private. An extra perk was the coffee/wine bar, and my kids loved having a big screen tv in their (and every) bedroom! Highly recommend.
