Located in Hilton Head Island, this lovely house for £578 per night is a great option for your next trip. RENOVATED! Recently renovated kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool! This is a fantastically located home with private pool and hot tub (heated for an additional charge), a wonderful back yard with a beach path conveniently located just steps away that leads to a vast, quiet, and amazing beach. The upper level has a screened in porch overlooking the pool with a partial view of the ocean. The porch has a seating area for lounging and a breakfast table which seats four, perfect for playing cards. Also on the upper level is a living room with TV and stereo, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, TV and bath, and a second bedroom with a king size bed, TV and bath. The lower level has a common area with TV, a sectional sofa which converts into two single beds and a trundle bed which also has two single beds-- a great area for kids to 'get away from it all'. Also on the lower level is a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with a pair of twin beds and TV. Downstairs there is a laundry room and two full bathrooms across the hall from the bedrooms. The home is in the perfect location! You can relax around the pool or take a 100 yard walk to the beach and watch the sunset, play bocce ball or paddle ball, spot dolphins playing in the water or count the turtle nests as you walk along the beach. It is just a three minute walk to South Beach Marina where you will find small shops and the Salty Dog restaurant or where you can rent bikes at South Beach Racquet Club and take short bike rides (15 to 20 minutes) to Harbour Town or the Beach Club. There is tennis at South Beach Racquet Club and golf at the many island golf courses including Harbour Town. There is also great boating and many fine restaurants. The location and amenities were ideal for our family of 6 plus room to spare. Plenty of space to spread out, yet the large open gathering space upstairs was perfect for eating together, family time, and games! We loved barbecuing on the new egg-style charcoal grill. (There is no gas grill for those that prefer propane) Everything was as described and much enjoyed. Thank you!

This was our second time staying in this lovely place. The well-equipped house is great for hosting family vacations and you can't beat the location. Walking/biking paths are around the corner and the beach is just steps away. One of my favorite things is the screened in porch for breakfast & happy hour. We hope to visit again some day!

Our 3rd annual family beach gathering was wonderful! This house was perfect for our 3 to 76 year old group! Comfortable living and the perfect set up for our growing family. The short walk to the beach and pool for after, was perfect. Susan was super easy to work with. We hope to book again for next year!

Great location, steps to the beach. Short walk to Salty Dog and 3 miles from Harbour Town. Family loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Kids enjoyed the pool, just the right size. Great trip to HHI, been coming for 20 plus years and house was perfect for our group.

This is the third trip that we have stayed at this property. We have always enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and south beach marina. We ran into a scheduling conflict upon arrival but the property management resolved issues quickly and we were able to enjoy the rest of the vacation. The newly redone pool deck was beautiful!

This is our 20th anniversary as our annual trip with our friends and our children. This has become like a family reunion for all of us! This was by far our favorite trip!! The property was everything that was pictured and described! The close proximity to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed all the festivities at the salty dog . The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We plan to come back and highly recommend this property to anyone!!!

This property was perfect for our group of friends celebrating 50 years of friendship. The home vas very comfortable and well equipped. So close to the beach and many restaurants. The common space was perfect for our group of nine. I can’t say enough how easy Susan and team were to work with. They made everything easy. Highly recommend 4 Brown Pelican!

Exceptional experience from the initial reservation process, to our arrival, stay and all associated communications - all were wonderful. Had a couple of questions after our arrival and whenever I sent a message I received a response before I had time to put my phone in my pocket. Incredible response : clear and helpful. House and location were great (home decor, rooms, space, kitchen, pool, access to beach). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Host (s) for this property were so responsive and would imagine that any other properties they might be responsible for would also be worthwhile to consider. Thanks so much for a great experience.

We enjoyed this house very much. The property location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. It was also a short walk or bike ride over to the Salty Dog which was a plus. The pool was also great and enjoyed by all. The owner had great communication and was great to worn with. The conditions of the beds could have been better, but the owner mentioned they were already aware and have ordered new ones.

Very close to beach and loved that we could walk to Salty Dog and all the shops in minutes or to rent bikes. Poolside was great too. Kitchen had everything that we could need for our stay. Will be back !

The house is beautifully furnished and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the beach is very close. The open layout of the main floor is good for family gatherings. We enjoyed mornings & happy hours on the screened porch. Kitchen is very well stocked. I agree with another reviewer that the king mattresses need to be replaced but otherwise we had a lovely week and would recommend 4 Brown Pelican!

This property is such a beautiful gem inside Sea Pines! The kitchen/dining/living are such a nice open concept. We also really enjoyed the beautiful flowers and trees as well as a bit of grass in the backyard for the boys to play football. The screened in porch was great for our morning coffee chats and we loved all the seating by the pool...and all of this only steps from the beach! Highly recommend this wonderful property for your stay!

Very pleased with the property & location! Steps from the private path to the beach, fantastic property and owner was helpful with questions. Adults used the bedrooms upstairs and teenagers stayed in the downstairs, it was perfect. If we go back to HH, I would book this same property, house was beautiful!

We have stayed at the home twice now and are already planning when we can come back! The only suggestions we have are replacing some of the mattresses(King beds), replacing some lose or missing pool tiles as they could cause a real accident. Otherwise, this location is perfect and the house is decorated beautifully. Great memories made!

4 Brown Pelican is phenomenal! The property is clean and updated. It is great for multiple families because of the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The pool is large and clean! The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes. This is our second stay at 4 Brown Pelican and we will stay again in the future!

This was our second year at 4 Brown Pelican and our first with a toddler grandchild in tow. Having a pool (which we gladly paid to have heated) and a short walk to the beach, small playground, and South Beach Marina made it easy for everyone in our family (ages 1-70) relax and have fun (without driving). The expansive screened-in porch was perfect for eating meals Al fresco and gathering in the evenings. Ideal location and accommodations if traveling with a multigenerational group.
