If more than 4 adults then there is a $30 per night fee for each adult. max is 6 adults. Limits are strictly enforced. *Fully equipped full size KITCHEN (includes bakeware, bowls, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, blender, full size refrigerator/stove, microwave), *MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable QUEEN BED viewing unlimited sunrise and ocean views with private balcony.... ensuite FULL BATH, plenty of storage & TV. *Second bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed, private balcony with sunset views, plenty of storage & TV .*Great room includes comfy queen size sleeper sofa, Dining for 7, entertainment includes 50" TV & games. Access to the balcony with unlimited ocean views. We do have beach towels and a cooler for your use. Please bring your own beach chairs. We tried to provide them but they got broken each time. **All towels and bed linens are provided** * with extra pillows and blankets ** There is a cleaning fee of $150 per stay. If you desire daily housekeepng we can fulfill your needs for an additional charge WIFI and garage parking included Coin washer/dryer available on the same floor for your convenience. Coin changer located on ground floor by the pool. Resort includes 2 pools, 5 indoor/outdoor spas, steam room, sauna, exercise room, onsite bar/restaurant. Located within walking distance to several restaurants and a Neighborhood WalMart. Minutes to the airport and local attractions. The property address is 1605 S Ocean Blvd Myrtle Beach SC 29577 Condo 2014…20th floor. We have tried to provide everything you will need for your perfect vacation and want you to feel right at home.'' Monthly rentals available please contact owner NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be a $750 fine for pets. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. There will be a $750 fine for smoking. Absolutely no parties inside the condo per building codes. There is a cleaning fee of $150.00 per stay. If you require additional housekeeping we can fulfill your needs. SORRY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE FRONT DESK. It was a nice place just a little dated. Owners were nice but made interesting statements, like do not put your feet on the bare sofa and don’t smoke or trust me we will know it. The statements created negative energy and I would have canceled but it was non refundable. I feel there is a way to say anything and not create such negative energy.

Very clean and spacious unit for a 4 night stay for me, my wife, and little toddler. Extremely well maintained condo for what’s almost a throwback in time with its well working, hardy appliances. Very functional layout with gorgeous “high-rise building” views of the ocean and Myrtle Beach. Excellent and easy communication with owners. The building itself could use a bit more maintenance and cleaning, it often reeked upon entering the lobby and hallways, however the condo always smelled (and was) nice and clean and a great respite from the rest of the building itself. The 3 elevators were very fast and even during busy times it was relatively quick and easy to get in and out. Highly recommend!

The owners are very responsive to inquiries. The property is as listed. They provide a beach umbrella for use. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. There is an unobstructive side view of the ocean from the living room lanai and city view from the lanai of the second bedroom. The building complex is unkempt.

Overall enjoyed. Just the right size for 2 couples. Everything was in order and clean. Good value for the money. For the master bedroom, I would say the sunlight in the morning is a bit bright so could use additional window covering so I would advise to bring a sleep mask if you want to avoid early brightness in that room.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The town was very busy the early part of the trip (like any vacation destination the week of the 4th). The condo was clean and in great shape. Owner was friendly and great to work with. Would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach. Plenty of sun in MB for the whole family.

The condo was very nice and well stocked with anything we needed. Very nice beach view. It's a little hard to figure out how to get in since you enter through the garage. Nothing negative about the condo but be aware of Memorial Day weekend and the motorcycle noise. It's a lot.

I can not express enough how great the communication from the property owner. I received periodic text making sure our stay was going well and if there was anything we needed. We took our grandchildren here for a quick weekend trip and was very pleased with our accommodations. Highly recommend.

The owners are very helpful and communication with them was very easy. The only negative I can say is the complex in which this condo is located in was not well maintained. The elevators and hallways were dirty and the pool and hot tubs needed a good cleaning. However the condo and the owner of the Condo Steve totally met our expectations and more. Thank you for a wonderful place for our family vacation!

You can't go wrong with this location. Awesome, Awesome view morning, noon, and night. Loved the fact that the condo was set aside from the others which gives you plenty of privacy. We would definitely come back again. We didn't have any issues with the property. We did communicate with Dee & Steve and got immediate responses.

Food only open Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 4 pm no one told us we wouldn’t have a pool or hot tubs. Water didn’t get hot bin showers. No shampoo or conditioner or lotion available for use. Nice owners l.

Our stay here was just what we needed. We were close to restaurants bars grocery store right down the street and it was just the right size for four adults with a great view of the ocean. We would definitely book this again in the future.

We had plans to be in PCB that abruptly changed and decided to look at Myrtle Beach.. Just so happened the exact dates we needed opened up on this rental and Steve and Dee were able to accommodate us. We had a great time.. Perfect size for our family. View of the beach is amazing as well as location.

This place is nice ,had a great vew of the ocean.it is decorated nicely.we were there with one of our sons and his wife and 2 kids,we had plenty space.the owner answered my text quickly when having any question .the only negative I had for us is the beds were a little hard for us,but others may like that.if staying might want to bring a mattress pad if like a softer sleep

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. The views were spectacular to wake up to every morning and the beds were comfortable. They had everything clean when we came in. Excellent communication with the owners. The location is perfect just 5-15 minutes to the closest attractions and the food delivery had so many options. There was only 3 elevators sometimes they got crowded and took awhile to get up and down. The beach access was so close. The pools are small but they make due. Again the sunrise each morning was one of my favorite things to wake up to!
