(Sleeps 2 max) *King bed & full kitchen (no dishwasher or icemaker) *Ground level apt. with 1 parking space. *No smoking in unit and no pets. *This unit offers off season (Sept. 7 - Mar. 7) 1-6 month rentals only per booking for 2 people only. Cleaning fee will be more than posted and damage deposit. Great for traveling nurses or workers. **Must be 25 to rent & staying in the property-No parties-Major Credit Card & Our signed Rental Agreement required upfront with payment. *Grills, & picnic tables, on site for all renters to share and outside beach shower and corn hole game. *Local family owned & operated.

Stayed for 2 nights on labor day weekend. First and foremost, Pat was understanding and accommodating when I was cautious about the reservation in the days leading to Hurricane Idalia. She updated me on the status of Tybee in the storm's aftermath, and was patient to receive confirmation from my party. The location is perfect, it is 200 ft from the beach. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and outside shower for guests that work well. Shout out to surfside tybee!

This is the second time staying here for a girls beach getaway. The best part is the proximity to the beach, which is great for the price! Property manager was responsive when we had needs/questions. We were even able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Unit is a bit dated, but it met our needs....we just wanted an affordable place to sleep so we could spend our days at the beach. Bed was very comfortable! They also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use. We'll be back!

We enjoyed a nice, quick mother/daughter trip before she returns to college. It was perfect for the two us and so easy to get to the beach. We really did not spend much time inside. The biggest issue was the WiFi not working or it being hit or miss. We weren’t able to watch either TV due to the WiFi and it was really tough to look up restaurants/activities.

Location is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, food and more! Beautiful flowers and a real homey feel. Met Pat and her husband. Sweetest people! ♥️ Had a wonderful stay! Would definitely consider staying again. 🥰

Right after we booked and paid, the host informed us this unit was not available, but another one on the property was. This was fine, but the decor in the pics of the original property looked much more updated. The unit is definitely dated, but well maintained. Location is great, just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. This is definitely the quieter end of the island, and that is not a bad thing! A couple of great restaurants just steps away, and everything else is a very short drive, or Breezy ride away. We informed the host when we were leaving, but never got any response. This was probably the least communication I have ever had with a VRBO host, but I guess it didn't matter, as there were no problems.

I'm a native of Savannah that has stayed several times on Tybee. While clean, this place could use an update on some details. Yes, it's older but in good shape. However, some things like a new paint job and a refresh on the nicknacks would go a long way. It is very convenient to the beach access. As it is there are better properties out there.

My experience with renting this property was extremely easy. Property was clean, close to the beach. The owners are a lovely couple and respond to your messages quickly. I would definitely rent this property again.

Owner was very accommodating. The apartment was very nice--no problems I can recall. The common area behind the building was huge. There were tables and chairs and a bar area. Although the owner didn't "provide" beach stuff there was a pile of items in common area that people had left behind like inner tube, chairs, etc.

Older property but kept in good condition. There’s not supposed to be smoking in the room, but people smoke outside and it can get kind of musty smelling in the room. However, the AC worked great. Husband and I enjoyed our stay.

An older, little bungalow literally 200 feet from beach access. It was a great retreat off of the main road. The outdoor shower was a nice feature after a day in the sand. The only drawback was that the window A/C is in the bedroom in the back, so the kitchen and living space in the front got warm. Otherwise, a nice little getaway.

Nice little apartment very close to the beach. Kitchen/day room gets warm but at least the AC unit is in the bedroom so it’s cold. Easy to get to and easy access to the beach. The pralines across the street has great sweets and better ice cream. Agave had great mexican food and salt island is a nice place for food/drinks. Great location and no complaints

It was wonderful to be within easy walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants! Tybee charges for parking everywhere, and on the southern side of the island many restaurants do not even have their own parking lots, so you don’t have a choice but to hunt down expensive parking nearby. I was thrilled to be able to ditch the car and walk to where I needed! The beach was super close, and much less crowded than the other side of the island. As for the unit, we loved all the outdoor seating options. It was peaceful to sit outside at night. Friendly for smokers outside. We had a private area just out the back door perfect for hanging wet stuff and storing beach equipment. Loved the outdoor shower. My only complaint is that the a/c unit is in the bedroom so to cool down the living room area, we had to set it super cold, so the bedroom was freezing. Not a huge deal. I want to return to that exact area next time we visit Tybee!
