The house accommodates 8 to 10 people very comfortably. Garage access and powder room are located off the entry foyer and the kitchen. It is convenient and easy to pull up to the house and unload skis and gear into the garage. The garage has overflow shelving for storing anything you may you bring. There are also benches for easy changing in/out of your ski boots. The foyer has space to keep jackets, shoes, and boots warm and dry. There’s ample parking for two cars+. Make the most of your vacation dollars in this family-friendly home. The Pitkin Creek Bus Stop is about 200 yards from our front door. The East Vail overflow parking lot is adjacent to our neighborhood at the East Vail I 70 exit. The Bus runs every 15 minutes during peak season hours. It is very easy to catch the bus and we rarely use our car once we arrive at our house. This is the home you will want to come back to year after year..
