Unit overlooks Downtown Gatlinburg’s Parkway. It has king size bed in master with Garden Tub, and Shower with Private Balcony. Guest Bedroom has (2)Queen size Beds with private Bath. Beautiful stone fireplace along with exquisite furniture accompany the living room with Balcony .Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Keurig Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, Dishes, Pots and Pans are included . Unit is on 5th floor next to Elevator. Gorgeous Views of Downtown and Mountains, not to mention the Space Needle that is beautifully lit at night. Elevator and stair accessible. Outdoor community Pool/Hot Tub available during permitting seasons. No pets allowed except service animals. Unit is across the street from Ober Gatlinburg. We have a Tower Elevator that will take you down 55’ into the Quality Inn Parking Garage where you have access to wonderful Restaurants and Shopping. Within walking distance to all of Downtown Gatlinburg.Very close proximity to Convention Center, Wax Museum, Cade's Cove, Chair Lift and many other family-friendly attractions, Culligan Filtration Water System. Communication with owner throughout the process was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better location... Condo is very near everything downtown. Same the condo itself was immaculate and very well maintained. Beautifully decorated even had a Christmas tree. Everything we could possibly need was there and everything worked as it's should. Highly recommend and plan on staying again

Location was great for access to the park without having to fight the traffic. We were able to walk to anywhere in Gatlinburg that we wanted to go and tried a few of restaurants suggested by the owner. The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, shower worked great, there were plenty of TV channels and there was never a problem finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

A few issues with cleaning, like knife pulled from block had jelly & toast crumbs, towels still in dryer, under the beds where nasty.
About the TV, I suggest you get rid of TV service that no one can access with all the remote control’s! Just get a tv that utilizes apps from the internet. TV only needs connection to wi-fi & internet! Save by canceling spectrum tv channels & only use spectrum internet!

Property and condo exactly as described. Great location, clean, and comfortable for relaxing when not busy with all of the activities available in the area.
Be sure to bring your own body wash, shampoo, etc. as toiletries provided are limited.
Condo includes lots of cookware. If you plan to cook any meals, you'll need to bring or purchase anything you need beyond cookware (e.g., foil, spices other than salt & pepper, etc.).
If you like southern cooking and will be spending any time in Pigeon Forge, be sure have a meal at The Old Mill -- this was our best meal out during our visit.

Loved this property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning having our coffee and looking at the mountains. Being able to walk everywhere in town without having to deal with traffic and parking issues was a huge plus. And the condo is gorgeous.

We had a great stay at this property! It was right in the middle of everything and right around the corner from the conference center where my daughter had her dance competition. It had everything you needed and more. It was the perfect home away from home. It even had a back way up instead of walking the hill you could take and elevator up. 💕

This place will be go to place from this point on. Other than the steep walk in its absolutely perfect. And there is an elevator nearby to fix the walk up. Very clean very comfortable. I am glad i found this place. We travel to the area 2 or 3 times a year and now ill plan my trips around the condos availability. Thanks for a great place.

The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with necessary items. Access to the main street was a bit complicated due to one of us being in a wheel chair. The only other problem was towels and wash cloths. They were in short supply and due to the concerts we were attending we did not have time to wash them. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a very nice stay in this condo. It was clean and neat, the parking was easy to get in and out of and it was a great location to walk around the main street in Gatlinburg. The pool and hot tub are outside and were not open yet, and there was no shampoo for the shower but those are minor things. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing time at this condo. We loved how spacious the condo was and that we were right in the middle of everything! Our teenagers enjoyed being able to explore the strip on their own since they could take a couple steps and be there!

We've stayed at different units in this condominium in the past and we love the location. Elevator make easy access to the parkway. Great views from balcony and I've never had a problem with parking. A great place to stay to see Gatlinburg and the Smokies.

We’ve stayed in Gatlinburg quite a few times over the years and this is by far the best! We had everything we needed, it was close to absolutely everything, and Sarah was wonderful in making sure we were set to enjoy our vacation. The condo itself was so peaceful and quiet. We were happy to find the elevator going to the Quality Inn garage. It made my stay so much easier as I have a few mobility issues. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Gatlinburg because it is right in the middle of everything. We would definitely love to stay here next time we visited!

My absolute favorite condo in downtown Gatlinburg! It’s location is the best. You can sit on the balcony and smell the wonderful smells coming from Howard’s. The condo is perfect for families and couples. This is my second stay and I’m booked for a third soon and can hardly wait!

First Time in Gatlinburg
This condo was amazing! The description was very accurate and we really enjoyed staying there. Everything was very clean, i am a clean freak, and it exceeded my expectations. It was very close to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. We didn't have to move our car if we didnt want to. Thank you for making our families first experience in the Smoky Mountains so memorable. We would definitly stay at this condo again.

Sarah is extremely helpful. We originally booked this for another timeframe. She worked with us to make the change.
We've stayed here before and really like it. It has everything you need. Just bring your clothes, food, drinks and enjoy. The wifi and TV work great. The washer and dryer is a nice plus. We brought our own soap. they provide a Keurig so remember to bring your coffee/tea pods. The a/c works great. The fridge & stove is full size. It has an ice maker works great.
It's located just above 2 restaurants and across the street from other. In fact, depending on which way you are driving, if you arrive via the Smokie Mountain National Park, you are almost at the property. very easy to find using their directions. easy access to the apartment and just down from the elevator.
We enjoy staying here and recommend it.

Never disappoints!
This was our 4th stay at Sarah's property and I'm booking it again for next year. Do take pool/beach towels with you as the condo does not have those, but you'll find it is very accommodating and a great place to stay right in the middle of everything, yet so private. Sarah is so quick to respond to anything. :)
