Excellent property and location for beach and all activities on HHI! We’ll equipped, clean and comfortable. The adjoining cottage worked well with our family group. Excellent in all aspects.

We have traveled to different beaches every year. This house was the best. The layout was Perfect for our family and we enjoyed evenings by the pool and the gazebo. The house and cottage had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our week at Sea Pines. The location was good; not far from the beach access! Maybe a 5-minute bike ride. The house is good for a big family or family groups, but I would warn people with little kids that might be sharing a master; the upstairs bedroom is super-light because of the skylight. Our grandson just could not sleep late or nap in there. There are no games provided (maybe one card game I think I saw) and no pool toys, so bring your own! There are plenty of towels and I loved that. You need to bring some kitchen linens; we only had one provided. The pictures of the back yard does not do it justice. The "guest" house was super-nice and updated. Any glitches we saw were small. If you like to cook, they have an awesome oven! The host was easy to contact also.

We were an elderly group visiting Hilton Head to participate in the USTA State Championships. The house was the just the right size for our group. The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to all of the tennis courts we were scheduled to play at. We would definitely rent this house again and actually hope to return to Hilton Head for State Championships again next May. House owner was a pleasure to deal with and very accessible. Thank you Jay.

Loved the roominess of the home plus the extra 2 bedroom attached space steps from main house. Location was perfect for all areas of Sea Pines Resort.
The VRBO advertised online said a hot tub which apparently was not working as it was a hot tub. Other than that the house was nice and what we wanted for our family…lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and space.
Definitely would stay here again.

We were a party of 8 mature golfers (60+) over from the UK for a weeks golf and visit to The Masters at Augusta.
Overall, we all enjoyed the size and open areas of the house and its location in terms of beach, golf and amenities was perfect.
Our only criticism was that the kitchen and all en-suites were very tired and whilst all worked fine, they do need updating particularly comparing to our own homes and normal British standards for 5 star accommodation. The pool area, BBQ and outside furniture were dirty and constantly covered with garden leaves and debris. The pool suffered from getting covered with leaves and was not attractive in terms of swimming. The pool needs to have properly functioning skimmer pumps. Jay our host was normally very responsive and quickly arranged for a new Wi-Fi router which had failed when we arrived and hadn’t been checked by the cleaners before our arrival.
We all felt that the house could really benefit from a welcome pack including instructions on how to use the various appliances, TV cable, and when to put the rubbish out etc.
Overall, we all had an excellent holiday in a lovely house with a fantastic location. We just feel it is time to invest in the house to bring the kitchen and bathrooms up to the highest standard it deserves.

Our group had a great stay. The property is beautiful and provided our group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The cottage is also a great bonus space that worked well for us. We also had the pool heated, which was a big hit. Prior to and during our stay Jay was responsive and helpful if we needed anything. I would definitely look to stay again on a future trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was much bigger than I expected, with lots of room for everyone to spread out or come together. I really liked the cottage for the older generation to sleep in and enjoy some quiet time away from the toddlers.
It was a short bike ride to the beach. Easily walkable as well.
Only things we could have wished for in the house were a hair dryer and a few spices.

Our stay was wonderful. The house and cottage gave everyone a space of their own. The main house is very large and accommodated all of us together beautifully. The location of the house is ideal, close to the beach club, golf club and Harbour Town. We all felt at home and were delighted with this rental.

Have Booked Again for Next Year
This was our 8th annual family vacation to HHI and our first to Sea Pines. It’s not easy to find a property as pleasing as this one is for 14 of us consisting of 3 generations ages 5 to 76. I can confidently say this one is our family’s favorite and we’ve booked it again for next year. It’s centrally located in Sea Pines, a short walk to the Beach Club, very comfortable home that accommodates our large family with 7 bedrooms and baths, great gathering spots for the family inside and out. The pool and gazebo were big hits. Tastefully decorated throughout. Can’t wait till next year!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!
Wonderful home for a family vacation! We were just a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach club (no parking hassles.) The golf club is also just steps away. Having the detached Casita was great for mom and dad! The owner, Jay, was very responsive and helpful! Sea Pines is so family-friendly and this house is in the heart of it all. Short bike ride to Harbor town and a quick drive to South Beach. Thank you for a great stay!

We just love staying at this property especially when we come in to attend the RBC Heritage golf tournament. The location is convenient to everything….the beach, Harbor Town, the Salty Dog, you name it. The fact that there are two separate houses is truly what keeps driving us back to staying here as it allows for our family to still be together but have our own separate spaces when needed. Each bedroom has its own bath and with two kitchens, all of us can be happy and content. Jay is such a great owner- super friendly and responsive. So happy to stay here and make so many great memories when we come to Hilton Head.

Everything we hoped !
First time in 2 years our family has all been together. Lovely home, great location. Appreciated each room had it’s own bathroom. Big dining table to share family dinners & late night poker games.. Jay was quick to respond with any questions. A wonderful week, wish we could have stayed longer.

Great getaway
The property was great. Plenty of room for my whole family. Sea Pines is great. Sheets and towels were there and freshly laundered. Nothing negative to say.

This is a phenomenal property that we would definitely stay at again! We were a group of 11, including three generations and we never felt crowded. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, eat and relax. The kids loved that they got their own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was incredible easy to check in and the check out process was even easier; so nice to just leave and not have to do any extra cleanup. Jay was very responsive to our questions and gave us great recommendations for bikes and routes.
It might be nice to put some guidebooks in the house. Or something that would include restaurant information, Sea Pines information, etc.

We have done a VRBO @ HHI for several years and stayed at a different house each trip. This house by far was the best trip we've had. The accommodations were awesome, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for, and the access to everything we wanted to do was right around the corner. We chose not to heat the pool (the cost of propane makes it prohibitive) but we did get in the ocean on several days when the skies were sunny and the temperature is 75+.
I highly recomment the house, particularly for large groups!

Great deal!
In Sea Pines, this house is the best deal ever. We've stayed in about 10 large houses within Sea Pines over the past 30 years (for a week as Thanksgiving), and this house is our favorite (known as the double house in our family). With it's size, this house can't be beat!

A Wonderful Stay
We had a fantastic time at this property. The way the house was laid out was really suiting to our needs. Jay the owner was also very responsive and he made sure that all things were taken care of. We would definitely choose to stay at this place again.

Great stay in a spacious Hilton Head home
Nice spacious home. Bathrooms for every bedroom were definitely appreciated. Loved the large kitchen and dining tables so that our family could cook and eat together, and the separate ice maker was a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool, and the children loved the attached round "mermaid's lagoon" (hot tub?) Jaye was responsive to our communications and issues. Really enjoyed our week in Hilton Head.

July week with 6 kids!
Three families (each with 2 adults, 2 kids, all 8 and younger) stayed here for a week. The set-up for our group was ideal- each family had their own area/bath and there was a ton of room. The pool was a big hit too with all the kids. This was our first time at HHI and the beach is just as everyone says-- perfect for families.
A few pieces of advice, particularly for those with younger kids:
First, parking passes for Sea Pines are cash only. I had no idea (we are pretty much a cash-less couple) and ended up having to pay for a day pass with what little cash we could scrounge together when we got there, as my kids were very done with the drive and we just wanted to get there, and then bought a week's pass later after going to the atm.
Second, while the distance from the property to the beach is close (5-7 minute bike ride), it's not so close if you have four-year olds who want to bike but really can't....with all of our things and the kids, we ended up having one car take the little kids and stuff to the beach while others biked due to parking restraints.
The property itself is quite large and has a well-stocked kitchen. We had some issues with garbage pick-up, but it wasn't Jay's fault and he was as responsive as possible. The house could use a little tlc but it is clean and also is one of the most affordable ones on the island, which we greatly appreciate. Would love a book in the house about recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc, but presumably covid meant that all of those things had to be put away.
Do bring bug spray and ear plugs if you come in the summer!- the mosquitoes were terrible and the birds were really loud all night. Two of the rooms, which also have skylights and get quite bright early, had some tough nights sleeping.
Overall, we had a fun week and this place was a great set-up for our group.

We enjoyed the property very much. We were there to celebrate my 70th birthday, as well as our grandson’s graduation from
High School. Family (12 total) came together from Georgia, California, Maryland and New York State. The beach was a short walk away and everyone enjoyed the pool morning, afternoon and evening. Plenty of space to be together and also to be apart! Well stocked kitchen and large dining room table. Jay was very responsive to our questions and needs. Loved being on the golf course. Many loving memories were made.
