Located in Boulder, this charming condo for £69 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our ritzy Designer apartment is for exclusive use by our guests. WE DO REQUIRE PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION(S) BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY BOOKING. The apartment is on our lower level with a private interior entry door, large windows, modern furnishings, theatrical accent lighting, and many thoughtful amenities like cookies. Of course it has WIFI and satellite TV. Settle in by the wide-screen electric fire in winter and stay delightfully chilled in summer. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, patterned purple sheets, and good reading lamps; but the sofa in the living room also folds down into a full-size bed with a memory-foam topper and its own purple bedding. The fully furnished kitchen does NOT include a stove but has a large refrigerator/freezer stocked with basics, microwave, toaster oven, plenty of cabinet and food prep area, complementary coffee, dining table with chairs and tableware for four. We hope you'll be surprised by all the little extras in kitchen and bath that will make you feel right at home! This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking, pleasant walking, and easy access to the bus line. Many of our guests seem to prefer Uber-ing around town. Five minutes away by car is the Table Mesa Shopping Center for groceries, morning coffee, restaurants, and even a Yoga studio. You do have to enter your apartment through our house front door. With a lock code unique to you, you can come and go any time, but you'll be downstairs, we'll be upstairs and you won't pass through our living area at all. Naturally we're available for questions and opinions! The City of Boulder requires us to post: VRBO collects and submits Boulder's Lodging Tax of 7.5%. This was a wonderful place to stay and base ourselves in Boulder. The host was very friendly and thoughtful, and made us feel comfortable. The space was lovely and able to accommodate our family, including for breakfasts and lunches. We enjoyed our time spent here and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

Everything was as expected, clean, good location near downtown. VRBO app does not download in other countries, so it was difficult to communicate with owner. Linda was courteous. Loved being back in Boulder!

We had a great time and Linda’s apartment was an awesome place to stay for rest and relaxation as my girlfriend came to visit me at university for our anniversary. The apartment was very well cleaned and Linda was always there for us with any help necessary.

I appreciated the contact with Linda prior to my arrival as it made it easy for me to enter the space at 2AM due to a late flight into Denver. The bed was comfortable and the apartment met all my needs. Linda and Jeff wanted me to feel comfortable in the space in their home.

Jeff and Linda were wonderful hosts! I had all the comforts of home for a week away from my home in Texas. My son had been in a skiing accident which required me to take care of him for a week. Jeff and Linda checked in on us both to make sure he was doing well. I will stay here again and again when I come to visit my son....hopefully for fun this time. . The neighborhood is quiet and has gorgeous “up close” views of mountains.

Wonderful apartment in Boulder that's close to everything, including beautiful vistas, state & national parks, shopping, and dining. Linda has really thought of everything in a home away from home. Linda & Jeff's home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood located at the base of the Flatiron mountain range - gorgeous views and plenty of walking trails. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us back to Boulder.

We truly enjoyed our stay! From check-in to check-out, our stay was all we could hope for. The location couldn't have been better for us. Our space was immaculate and well stocked with many basic needs. A minor maintenance issue was promptly taken care of. Linda was very accessible and helpful. Everything was exactly how it looked and better, staying here made my trip unbelievably easy and comfortable! The small details are all there and provided, right down to tea and honey in the cupboard of the kitchen. The location is quite convenient to both Boulder and the surrounding mountains/open spaces, making it a great place to stay that's close to everything you'd want to do. Linda was kind enough to let us keep our bikes in her garage while we were there. We had a blast, thank you Linda!

This place is absolutely perfect. So quiet and relaxing in a cute little neighborhood right by the trails! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable get-a-way in Boulder. This property has had so much thought put into both the design and functionality. We were here to find my daughter an apt and get her settled. This was the perfect home base-no complaints. Looking forward to future visits to explore this beautiful area. I did walk around the neighborhood and came upon a wonderful park with hiking trail around a lake.

Linda has thought of everything, including welcoming beverages in the refrigerator. Her homemade welcome cookies reminded me of the ones my mother made. The apartment is stocked with all the condiments and cooking needs. The beds are very comfortable. My wife wants to replace our showerhead with the one Linda provided. A very comfortable base for our visit on Family Weekend at CU Boulder.

We were looking for a location in South Boulder and were very pleased with this find. It was a very well equipped apartment with a firm but comfortable bed. The apartment was clean and very functional. The only item it was lacking was a cook top and stove. We knew this in advance and planned accordingly. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very sweet and we loved their golden retriever!
