About this house rental
Situated in Ocean City, this attractive house for £492 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located in mid town Ocean City at 71st street, our Beach Place North property, is a 4 level, 4BR, 2 1/2 BA oceanfront townhouse. It has central air conditioning, sleeps 12 and features two oceanfront bedrooms, three oceanfront decks and is perfectly set up for two families or one large family. There is a private outdoor pool which is open from Memorial Day - Late September and is available only for the guests at Beach Place North. As there are only 25 units on the entire property, you will not be crowded. The beach in front of Beach Place North is one of the least densely populated in Ocean City. Our family stays here two weeks every summer and this is one of the prime reasons we bought here. The house is set up as follows: Parking Level The lowest level fronts the parking lot which has under unit parking for two cars. There is a full sized washer and dryer on this level. Main Level The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. The floor is the original yellow pine, newly refinished, and the walls are the original 'beachy' tongue and groove pine panels. The living room is equipped with a wall mounted, flat screen TV. There is a large sectional with a queen sleep sofa. The large ottoman opens and has stored bedding inside.The sliding glass door opens to the beach level deck. Two steps down and you are on the beach!! The spacious dining room has table space for eight - ten and you can add in a leaf stored in the table to expand it even more if needed. There is a sliding glass door that leads to a rear deck where there is an enclosed exterior shower and storage area for boogie boards, beach chairs etc. In addition, there is a hose you can use to wash the sand off before entering the shower or the main house. The kitchen features a Silestone counter top with a breakfast bar, white cabinets, electric stove, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator. There is under cabinet lighting and recessed ceiling lights, both of which are on dimmer switches. The half bath has been remodeled with new ceramic tile floor and a new shell shaped pedestal sink as well as a new Toto toilet. Second Level The carpeted second level has two bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed and a sliding glass door leading out a private deck overlooking the ocean. There is a wall mounted TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds. The bathroom on this floor has been completely renovated and features new ceramic tile on the floors and tub surround as well as a granite topped 57' vanity with matching mirror. Top Level The carpeted top level also has two bedrooms and a full bath with tub. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen size bed and a sliding glass door leading out to an open deck overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The bathroom on this floor has also been completely renovated and features new ceramic tile on the floors and tub surround as well as a new pedestal sink and Toto toilet. General Info The unit comes equipped with cable internet and wifi. TV's are set up with Roku's so you can stream from your favorite platforms. This is a non-smoking unit Mini week and weekend rentals available in the off season. We supply pots, pans dishes, glassware and utensils. There is a Graco playpen which can be used for the baby to sleep in overnight. Just bring your sheets, food, and a favorite pillow if you have one and get ready to enjoy a wonderful time at the beach. Keywords: Ocean Front Townhouse

Although the location was perfect, views were spectacular, having three flights of steps proved to be a challenge at times, would not suggest older adults for this rental. We were surprised to find out the Televisions were set up for Roku. A streaming device we have never used so we were unable to view Live TV , or able to work any of the TVs other then movies on the living room television, which was Very disappointing. So if you are in shape and understand Roku Television, this is the perfect place.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s spacious and comfortable and just steps away from the ocean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants and stores and high up enough where it’s very quiet. Oceanfront views are amazing! If you like to sleep with the sound of ocean waves crashing, this is the place for you. The owner Art was very nice and the experience was super easy and convenient. Will definitely stay here again for future visits! Thanks Art!

My family of six and my parents had the pleasure of staying here for our vacation. Inside the home there were plenty of rooms and space for our large family and well as a fully stocked kitchen. Outside you step immediately onto the beach or are step away from the pool. Simply couldn’t not ask for a better location. The communication with the owner was fantastic!

This is our second time renting this property and it is set up perfectly for a larger family. The home is very well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing trip to the beach. The views from all of the decks are amazing and there aren’t that many properties in Ocean City that you can take a few steps out your back door and your on the beach! Property owner has always been quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the near future.

Place was clean and in a good location for ocean city… it was very nice to be steps from the beach. One thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to buy all my own sheets and towels… there wasn’t even a hand towel to dry my hands off with. No shampoo, bath soap, etc….We came to the east coast on a plane and didn’t have much room for sheets and linens…. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and have never encountered one that didn’t provide these basic needs. The extra $200 we had to spend on these items for my family was frustrating… it was disclosed in the description when I read more carefully….I just didn’t notice until after we had booked.

The cleaning service did a terrible job. It took us 45 minutes to clean our place and even then it wasn't up to par. We contacted Art and he apologized but did not offer to send the service back to clean or give us any reimbursement. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. Not even a vegetable peeler was to be had. Both coffee machines did not work and we ended up buying a new one. The furnishings are very old. The deck furniture is moldy and ancient too. We realized the A/C stopped working when we came back from the beach on Friday. Thank goodness it was a cooler evening and we could open up windows and sliders. The only plus to this place is that it is right on the beach and the pool is very nice.. It is time for the owners to invest in their rental so that clients feel it is worth the amount of money charged for a one week stay.

Family getaway
We had a fabulous time at this place. The location was amazing. My grandkids love being able to walk out right into the sand. They played for hours while the adults were inside playing games while keeping an eye on them. The dunes was a great buffer to the main beach and ocean.
The host was great and accessible when I had questions or concerns.
We will definitely come back if available to us again.

Great weekend away with my family. House was very clean and well maintained. Beach is right in your back yard and you can’t beat waking up and looking out your bedroom to the sun rising over the Atlantic. We will definitely be booking another getaway here in the future.

Great place for a large family. It is right on the beach. Great balcony views from the bedroom balconies. You walk out the doors to the living room and you are on the beach.

One of a Kind!
This place is a True Gem in OC! It is very hard to find a place that isn't a condo in OC! The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor are surreal! Also, the fact that my kids could play in the sand directly out the door was worth its weight in gold! Also, to have dedicated parking is great! Location is fab as there are restaurants and putt putt within walking distance which was very important to us!

Beach weekend
Enjoyed a much overdue gathering with friends form the Virginia Eastern Shore. OC is geographically the perfect meeting place. The walk out access to the "private beach" was perfect for us, as one of our group has some mobility issues. It was great to enjoy the sun and the sand just outside our door. No lugging of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. with the convenience of the kitchen and the bathroom being an added bonus.

BOOK NOW-Amazing All-Around Direct Oceanfront
The pictures don’t do this property justice. My husband and I celebrated our sons 2nd birthday with our other two munchkins (6 & 4). This is the perfect family friendly property. Fully equipped, very clean, the private beach is secluded & clean, private attached 2 car parking, great views of the ocean (watch dolphins from either oversized balcony on 3rd or 4th floor), very spacious (4 floors) and Art is extremely responsive and hospitable. We will be back a few more times this summer.

Great location right on the beach with close proximity to restaurants, stores etc. House is as advertised though could use some minor updates. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Was a good weekend especially for the kids to be able to play on the beach a few steps from the front porch.
