Once you've parked the car (two assigned spaces in covered garage included), you can just relax & enjoy! Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Great family room with large, wall mounted flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to balcony with beach/ocean/boardwalk view. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs. Master bath has jetted tub. Condo building, Belmont Towers, has nice outdoor rooftop pool, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Prepare to have a fantastic time! Note: This is NOT a High School Senior Graduate Rental (must be 25 years old to rent this unit AND be one of the occupants). The Belmont Building is more of a family type building, parents with small children, grandparents, etc. LINENS … Most guests bring their own bed linens (sheets and pillowcases); King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, full-over-full bunk-bed in 3rd bedroom with a single pullout trundle bed underneath, and a Queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. My family and I had the best week in Ocean City, with much thanks to our stay here. The perfect location, with a view we’ll remember for a lifetime. The unit was beautiful, and clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this spot to any family looking for a great stay.

This condo is exactly like it says, just park the car and you can walk to everything. We had a great time. The six of us (myself & husband, daughter & her husband and their 2 children 12 & 9) had plenty of room. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the greatest weather, but we walked the boardwalk daily. Got to the beach twice, which is also very nice. All in all, had a great time and made many memories. The owner, Nancy was quick to answer any questions I had. Thank you Nancy for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is located in the most ideal location in Ocean City (in my opinion). It’s right next to some of the best eats and the Jolly Roger amusement park. We spent an entire evening at the park due to their unlimited ride offer. The beach entry has a lane that lets you take a stroller all the way into the sand. The only downside to this building is the super slow elevators. Expect to wait 5-7 minutes for it to show up and sometimes when it does it’ll be full. Plan accordingly and you’ll have a great time!

Beautifully-decorated, spacious condo with a perfect view of the beach and amusement park. Seeing the sunrise in the morning and the ferris wheel lit up at night was equally spectacular. The condo felt like home and was more than enough space for seven adults and one child. We all agreed we needed to do it again. The owner was very responsive from booking to post checkout and provided great information that enhanced our stay. Highly recommend!

This property has the most amazing views of the Ocean, Beach, Boardwalk and Amusement Park. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The Host was wonderful and gave detailed information which made our mini getaway a perfect stay!

We had a lovely weekend at the condo. Location is super convenient, right on the boardwalk. Apartment is spacious, clean and in excellent condition. We were there in the fall so the fireplace was cozy. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belmont Towers #302. The location was exactly what we wanted and the unit and parking were very accessible. The unit itself was fully equipped, spacious and lovely. We will stay here again next time we're in Ocean City! And our host was responsive and very helpful!

Super clean, comfortable, and accessible. Check in was seamless and owner was super quick to respond to any questions. This property is beautiful! I can not stress enough how perfect the location is. Everything you could want is a short walk away, and the balcony provides an area for you to watch it all! Would definitely stay again!

Loved this property and the owner is so communicative and clear! 10 of us stayed there, however we didn’t use the pull out sofa, instead 4 of us shared a king size bed. This property has all the conveniences of an awesome location and an amazing pool. It was the best stay!

The property could not have a better location for those who love the ocean and the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. In addition, the rooftop pool is a wonderful extra. The apartment was in good condition and well-stocked. We would definitely like to come again!

Pleasantly surprised with the new Couch and Loveseat vs the photos, both were very comfortable. Overall the photos show what the condo is like. Everything was clean and working. There were a few small things that will need to be repaired at the end of the season, nothing that affected our stay to any degree. I suggest you bring ice cube trays if you want ice, since there was only one and it was broken. I also suggest you bring some pillows since what are in the photos were not there for some reason. Each bed did have pillows, but there is nothing like having a "My Pillow". The kitchen has a good amount of silverware and pots and pans, but it could use a pizza pan or two. Nice to have both a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig. The four slotted toaster was nice, most that we rented only had a two slot. It would have been nice to have garage fobs to open the gate, but maybe they were lost during the season. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

We have stayed at Belmont Towers before and absolutely love the location. Especially when you have little ones under 6 years old. The condo's so far have been clean and I loved the decro. Not sure if can afford it next year but was worth going with my family of 6 this year.

Great experience and Nancy was an excellent host, had a small problem with parking when first arrived and called her, she got back asap even though she wasn't in the country, ( very impressive). Only downside is only one elevator and at peak times very long wait for it. Other then that we had an excellent time, Thank You Nancy

Short walk to inlet. Food & shopping all around. Additional parking in lot at end of block. Nice to relax on patio, watch the waves, boardwalk, and people. We needed and had wheelchair accessibility too. You won't be disappointed. Was a great vacation.

This 3 BR/3BA was wonderfully spacious for all of us! The location directly on the boardwalk is so fun! What a great time! The owner left us thoughtful holiday goodies. She was very responsive to my questions, and accommodating as I explained we would be traveling with our daughter with autism. Wonderful experience for our entire family!

Perfect location for convenience. Clean. Will stay again. Just warning you though, bring earplugs for sleeping because the boardwalk is loud at night. There was also daytime construction that my young children had a hard time napping through. The owners were available to call about the construction noise, but the construction noise continued despite their call to the front desk. We didn't find the extra blankets until the day we left as they are not in every closet. No ice cube treys. Coffee pot makes luke warm coffee....I have never seen this in my life before. For the cost (which apparently is not allowed in a review), I'd expect near perfection.

Great stay right in front of the beach

Nice property with great oceanfront view and close to everything. My first time staying close to the inlet and the whole family had a lot of fun. The only thing I would say is that the spring mattresses may need to be changed and they were little annoying, otherwise everything here is perfect ! And the host was also very quick with all her responses.
