The entry level of the home has a bonus rec room with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television, a high-top table for 2, and a dry bar with a beverage cooler. French doors lead out to the secluded, fenced pool area with plenty of seating, a tiki bar, stainless steel gas grill, ping pong table, and outdoor shower (cold only). The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees.
