The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa, 55" Smart TV, blue ray player, and cable. The dining area includes a table that seats 4 and there are 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig and there are a full-size washer and dryer in the hall. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Smart TV's are perfect for enjoying streaming programming, simply log into your own online entertainment streaming accounts. An additional full bath is located in the hall. The balcony is furnished with a table with seating for 4. Located 2 buildings back from the main beach, Tybee Sands offers a great location at a wonderful price. This condo is about 75 yards from the main beach and within easy walking distance to the Tybee pier, restaurants, and shopping. Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts. Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles. SPECIAL NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak /high seasons. Must climb stairs (No Elevator) – Unit is on 1st floor with garage parking on the ground level underneath. Property was very nice. Fan in living room was inoperable. Tybee doesn't let dogs on beach at any time, so pet owners beware. We had to keep our dog in the condo much of the time we were there. Seems like they could make an after hours exception, i.e. after 5 or 6pm it's ok to have dogs on beach.

The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. The only suggestion/comment I have is, the coffee maker doesn’t automatically turn off, didn’t realize that, and the toaster didn’t work properly and it was a 2 slice toaster. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

After being transferred to another unit, there were fewer steps, but, the walk to get to the room was ridiculous! My mother is 88 years old and I was told we were on the first floor and no elevator would not be a problem! WRONG! They put us 3 in a one bedroom one bath unit and it was very cramped and uncomfortable! I have been to Tybee several times and have never had this much trouble!

This condo is steps away from the beach, dining, shopping and more. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. It is not a fancy condo but had everything you could need and was tidy. We had a lovely stay!

Me, my mom and my 12 year old son had a blast visiting Tybee. The place was everything and more than we could have expected. It was very clean and had so much to offer with everything we would need. Also, plenty of room. We had the best time and will certainly be back.

Great location to the beach, shops, and places to eat! Only time we drove was a visit to Savannah. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Could use a few more kitchen utensils/pots/containers and a broom to keep up with sand all week! first time to Tybee. Great fireworks and even got engaged in the beach our last night there! ;)

We and a another couple stayed at Tybee for the weekend (Friday - Sunday). We've never stayed on the south end of Tybee. We usually stay mid-island. The condo was great and it was SO incredibly convenient to downtown. We were close enough to walk to the action but far enough way for it to be quiet and peaceful. We parked the car on Friday afternoon and didn't crank it again until we left Sunday morning. The condo is a couple buildings back from the beach but a very short walk with no main streets to cross. We could see the dunes from our balcony. We were only a couple of hundred yards to the pier. There is no reason to drive for dinner. We walked to Sting-Rays and even to AJ's. Had we stayed longer, there are several other options within walking distance. The unit was nice and clean. The seating was great. That is one thing I look for when booking a room. Some units are absolutely gorgeous but the seating is unreasonable and uncomfortable. Who wants to sit in a wing-back chair to hang out? There were 2 comfy sofas and an over-sized chair with an ottoman; they were all super-comfy. The balcony/porch was great. There was a table and lots of seating and we enjoyed hanging out there and enjoying the afternoons. There were only a couple of downsides: There was no pool. This isn't a big deal to me for a couple days stay but for any longer, we would like a pool - especially with the grand kids. The other negative is the lack of sound-proofing. The ceilings are thin; the folks above us sounded like they were in the room with us when they walked. They had a dog too and he was "heavy-footed." We had a great time and would recommend this condo!
