Nestled in Tybee Island, this attractive house for £1,288 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. "Heaven by the Sea" is one of Tybee Island's most desired vacation rentals. This directly oceanfront private beach house is within walking distance to several popular Tybee restaurants and shops. "Heaven by the Sea" features five bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a pool, brand new 7 person hot tub, an elevator (750lb weight limit), a 75-inch media room, ocean views from 9 rooms, and two porches. This Tybee beach home is 3659 square feet. Heaven by the Sea features two whole home air purifier systems. A welcoming coastal-inspired living room area is the heart of the middle floor and the first room you walk into from the main entry door on the home's second level. The custom-designed, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a gas range stove with an electric oven. The large kitchen overlooks an enclosed sunroom with a view of the pool and the dining room. The large dining room table comfortably seats eight guests, plus additional dining seating for seven at the Kitchen countertop bar. Step out onto the covered oceanview open porch with two dining tables for more dining space. Also, three bedrooms are on the middle floor of this 3-story vacation home. Two large king-bedroom suites with attached full bathrooms with walk-in showers are located on the south end of the middle floor. Directly past the dining and kitchen is a third bedroom with two twin beds, one with a pull-out twin trundle. This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Conveniently on the middle floor of the home is a laundry room and an additional half-bathroom in the hallway. The top floor has two private suites with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. The top floor king bedroom suite is accessed by walking through the top floor media/living room with a 75-inch TV. This top-floor king bedroom is semi-framed by large windows that allow you to experience unforgettable Tybee sunrises and ocean views. The attached full bathroom has a walk-in shower and claw-foot tub. The top-floor queen-bedroom suite also has breathtaking ocean views. This large suite has an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is an alcove on this top floor with a twin daybed and twin trundle. On the bottom floor of "Heaven by the Sea" is a large game room with access to the lower level covered poolside patio. Each bedroom has a 55-inch TV. All TVs in this home are smart TVs that will allow you to use all the popular streaming apps with your own personal account. The interior of this stunning home compliments the tropical outdoor space. Enjoy the large pool, including the "spillover" fountain*. (*The Fountain is timed only to run a few hours daily - no exceptions. The fountain is only on from 10 am to 2 pm daily and will not operate during any other time of the day.) Enjoy the brand new 7 person hot tub under the covered porch. The outdoor space has plenty of seating, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a private path to the beach. Additional beach access is one house away at the public beach crossover on 2nd Avenue. Parking for 4 vehicles. This home has 1000 Mbps (1GB) Wifi speed. Speed will be affected by the number of users. HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: The pool will not be heated from December through February. Guests can add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature. You must contact a member of our reservation staff 72 hours before your arrival to add the heated pool option. Some minor issues such as some fans not working, some lights didn’t work properly and we saw several cockroaches in the house. One of the showers didn’t drain well. But overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of room to spread out. Access to the beach was convenient.

The house is beautiful and has a semi-private path to the beach (the path is shared with a few other houses that are on the same street, but there is no public parking on the street, so you will rarely see other people on the path). I LOVED the layout of the house (two gorgeous master bedrooms and a media room on the top level, with the rest of the communal living areas and three other bedrooms on the first floor, plus a bonus room in the lower level). The pool was so pretty and we loved lounging on the covered porch that overlooked it. I was not familiar with Tybee Island before visiting, and it's not a stretch to say that this is one of the nicest houses on the island. I'm really glad I booked this property, because a lot of the houses are either dilapidated, far away from the beach, or not single units (apartments, townhouses, or condos). If you want a beautiful house that is leaps and bounds better than what most of the island has to offer, then book this property. The management team is also really nice and super-helpful. I do wish that they would upgrade to a doorknob that requires a code so that a trip to the rental office is not necessary for check-in/check-out, but that is a pretty minor issue in the big scheme of things. Overall it was an outstanding stay. :)

The property is very nice. The rooms are large, the location is steps from the ocean, gorgeous views from the second floor, spacious rooms etc. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the lower floor game room.
However, the house needs some love. Everything is a bit tattered -- upholstery, cabinets, flooring, HVAC ... We had the unfortunate experience of being there during the 2022 Christmas freeze and the heating system on the main floor failed. We didn't get space heaters for 3 days.

This house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked dinners two of the night in the fully equipped kitchen. Loved the gas range!!! The house has it's own path to the uncrowded beach which was nice. Beautiful view out of the upper bedroom. The only glitch we really had was with the pool. It was not ready to use when we got there and took several of our days to get it cleaned and available to swim in. The management did respond to our calls and even refunded us for the several days we were unable to use the pool. We miss Tybee already. :(

Family vacation to celebrate my husband and i turning 60
We had a fabulous time in Tybee Island! The beach and pool were enjoyed by all. Being from Iowa, the beach was a special treat. We also booked a Dr Joe tidal pool ecology tour. What fun our grandbabies had with Dr Joe!

It was spacious enough for everyone and large closets to put luggage so it's out of the way. Used the washer and dryer and it worked as expected. Kitchen was pretty stocked of almost anything you could think of regarding cooking utensils/pans/cups etc. Plenty of refrigerator space with a couple in the home. Plenty of dishwashing soup. AC worked well. Beds were extremely comfortable. The private path to the beach was amazing and the beach was beautiful! The house was very clean. The upstairs suites are STUNNING!!! There was a comfortable daybed outside on the covered patio. Someone was always sleeping out there every night!
Downfalls and Property Responses:
Went through the process to pay to heat the pool. It was not appropriately heated for us. I was informed it was not heated from maintenance staff on day 3 of our trip and informed the property management. We were refunded for the "pool heating fee".
The fountain does not work on the pool per the maintenance staff. Per the property staff "it turns on at different times of the day". But it didn't and that doesn't match the house description of it running from 10a-2p.
The pool patio had several mounds of fire ants. Called and reported to property management. Someone from maintenance came by that day and "treated them". It didn't help. Called again, someone came by and actually treated them and this actually work. Happy this was not ignored and appreciated the prompt communication/action.
The garbage disposal did not work upon arriving. Called property management 3x about this and it was not fixed during our stay. I just informed them by message as we were departing (office wasn't open yet) and was given a phone call to apologize and reassurance that this would not be filed as our fault (although they had no record of my complaints for this from any of my phone calls). I was not charged for any damages.
Showers often ran out of hot water. I forgot to note this in any communication to property staff. Likely was due to us all taking showers at the same time, and all women.
Other-
There was a working elevator. We did not use it.
There is a couple parking spots at the house on the property.

The property and house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room to comfortably house myself and my husband, our 3 grown sons with their wives, our 4 grandchildren (ages 3, 2, 1, and 9 months). We paid to heat the pool which for us Floridians was a good idea. The access to the beach was very convenient with a walking path right outside the back gate and a boardwalk 2 houses down the street (for stroller access). This house is also conveniently located to the main street and easy access to restaurants and shopping.
Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working at all (however the mgmt company offered us a fair refund) and the elevator was in the process of repair too so we were unable to use it upon arrival. The mgmt company sent someone out who was very nice and he gave us a work around for the elevator but none of us were comfortable enough with doing it that way so we never did use the elevator the entire time there. Having the elevator would definitely have helped to get all the luggage to the top levels especially since that's where we put the families with the youngest babies who come with pack-n-plays and a whole host of extra items that take space and had to be carried up 2 levels. They couldn't complain too much tho since the view from the top level (and the rooms up there) are spectacular.
We all enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this location.

This house is amazing. It is close to downtown Tybee and the beach. We had 9 adults and 1 child staying here. The porch is it's own Oasis. My husband and I spent most of our time there.

Weather was fantastic all week with one heck of a lightening show Thursday evening. We are definitely interested in returning.

Amazing family weekend
We felt totally at home as soon as we arrived! Plenty of room for family of 9 and plenty of space to be together for meals and just hanging out. Beautiful setting on the beach and view of pool from the spacious deck. Loved everything about this wonderful vacation.

Beautiful spacious home with lovely ocean view!
We booked Heaven by the Sea for a 10-member family long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint! The home was spectacular, roomy and beautifully decorated. We loved that there was a en-suite bath with every bedroom, the huge outdoor covered porches, the beautiful open kitchen and the 3rd floor Master Suite and guest BRs were amazing.
The only negative I have is that we were very disappointed with the elevator situation. I particularly picked this home because I have bad knees and stairs are very painful for me...the elevator was most important. While we did have access to the elevator once in the house with no problem, it was not directly accessible from the ground level upon check-in or each time that we left. Guests are not given a key to the ground floor foyer entry door or a garage door opener where the elevator could be accessed at that level. So, my husband had to go up to the main entry door on the 2nd floor, use the key, go in, take the stairs or elevator down and open the ground floor entryway from the deadbolt inside to be able to let me in where I could access the elevator. It was very inconvenient to have to do that each time we left the house. If this problem were corrected, it would have been absolutely perfect and our rating would be 5 stars!

Beautiful place
The house was gorgeous and well equipped.
We had a problem with the hot tub heating, which was a disappointment, but it was a wedding weekend, so we didn't have a lot of free time.
Bathtub in master was messed up, only the sprayer would work.
Fireplace not functioning was a disappointment because we had a couple of cold nights! It would have been great!
Someone left a broken lamp bulb in a lamp in the sitting room and when we went to turn it on, it sparked! Scared us to death. We unplugged the lamp and threw the broken bulb away.
Having 3 icemakers in the house is really a great idea, but none of them worked! We had to laugh.
All in all though, we loved the home. Very well done.

Gorgeous, comfortable home. Very affordable. Convenient locations.
Some maintenance issues. Soaking tub upstairs did not work. No ac in the yellow room. Missing cranks for windows in the larger master bedroom which meant no open windows to enjoy the cool weather and sounds of the surf. Several shower heads need cleaning. Shower and water hose by the pool not working well,so difficult to rinse off. Gas grill clogged and not easy to light...didn't maintain temperature. Still, a lovely place for our yearly framily vacation.

The most beautiful house on the beach!
My entire family stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. It was incredible!
The photographs don't do the house justice. The house was wonderfully clean and the decor was beautiful. So many houses have a "rental" feel to them, with cheaper linens and bad art prints. This house was filled with lovely artwork. The towels and bedding were high-quality. We had 8 people and there was enough room for everyone to find spots for alone time and rooms big enough for all of us to comfortably gather. The kitchen was well-appointed so that we could easily cook meals for everyone in-house. The pool area was beautiful and the hot tub was a great addition. The outdoor porch overlooking the beach was huge and I spent a lot of time out there with a good book.
The access to the beach was right through the back yard. And the back yard and pool was so private that we felt like we had our own secret garden. It was an easy walk to spots on the beach for food and cocktails as well. The beach is beautiful and we all found some of our best sea shells ever!
The drive to Savannah was short and we were always able to find an Uber if we didn't want to drive. In addition, there was good shopping and eating within just a couple of miles of us. And we had hiking tails at a nature center very nearby.
As someone who has rented homes all over the country, I cannot recommend this house highly enough. It was so lovely that we found ourselves not even wanting to leave to see the many amazing sights in nearby Savannah!

Relax, Refresh and Enjoy all Tybee has to Offer
We recently traveled to Tybee and Heaven by the Sea was the perfect place to call home for the week. Beach access was easy for morning boogie boarding adventures, and the deck/pool area served for our lazy afternoons. It was also within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. And there are plenty of ride services when we weren't in the mood to walk. Heaven by the Sea is simply beautiful - from the home itself to the spectacular views (the sunrise!!) seen from the back of the home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom -- which is a huge plus. It was clean and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on. We will definitely go back, and I encourage you to start planning your stay now!!

An unforgettable vacation!!
My husband and I stayed here for a week with 3 other couples. This will go down as one of the best vacations yet! This property provided the most perfect spot for our relaxing getaway. The spacious layout allowed privacy when needed, including each bedroom having its own bathroom. The large gourmet kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals throughout the week. The enormous deck off the main living area was complete with ample seating, which allowed for outdoor meals, cocktails while listening to the ocean waves, or just lounging with a book. The location of the property was perfect, just steps away from the beach, which we frequented every morning and evening. We were also a short cab ride away from the local grocery store and downtown. Walking distance to several local restaurants, either through town or via beach. We couldn't have asked for better weather for mid-October! Tybee island is the perfect relaxing, friendly beach town for your next vacation.

The best of the best on Tybee Island!!
My wife and I traveled to Tybee Island with three other couples and stayed in this home the week of October 15th-22nd. I must admit having never been to this part of the country before, and arriving the week after the hurricane I had low expectations on what we would find on the island. To say our groups expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. This residence is like no other I have ever been in, the finishes, furniture, appliances, number of televisions, and outdoor space were five star! If you travel with other couples or families one of the challenges is often personal space, and bathroom space. This is a non-issue in this home as each bedroom has its own private bathroom, eliminating the coordinating of prep time for evenings on the town, and truly creating a relaxed vacation with friends or family. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the master suites on the top floor which would best be compared to any five star hotel suite, but better as the view of the ocean and sunrises while lying in bed were beyond anything I could have imagined. A short walk out the backdoor and onto the beach was a daily occurrence, great weather (80 degrees daily) in October was a treat for our crew in from Wisconsin. Proximity to dining (Sugar Shack) and a liquor/convenience store were pleasant surprises as well. When we didn’t walk we took a local taxi for $3 per person anywhere on the island, we found it to be the easiest way of getting around without ever wishing we had rented a car. We have stayed in many homes through VRBO or Homeaway around the world, but this is the best of the best for the discerning traveler looking for a top notch residence with every amenity.
