Our multigenerational family stayed here for three nights in August. We had been vacationing in Michigan and Traverse City was our last stop. The condo was very clean and the host responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again!

I’m not sure where to begin, this condo has it all from the moment your personal elevator doors open onto you living room. Perfectly decorated, all the amenities you’ll need and exceptional location (right above Pepe Nero) walk tacross the street to grab coffee, tacos or play a game of Bocci ball! Can’t wait to go back!

We rented this suite for my SIL's birthday weekend and it comfortably accommodated 10 adults. The location was excellent - within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Downtown TC was a few short miles away. The suite itself had everyone in our group gushing when they stepped off the elevator! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

First time in traverse and am already wanting to plan my next trip! Kate was easy to get ahold of and the property was stunning! The rental was much larger than the pictures portrayed and the history of the building was incredible. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great condo and location for a family vacation. Spacious rooms, security, and private bathrooms were much appreciated! All area offerings provided many choices for activities throughout our stay: cherry festival, 4th of July, blue angels, downtown, shoreline, mission point, dunes, not to mention on-site car show, art fair, building shops, restaurants, bars.

We had a great time exploring the commons , finding the hippie tree on the trails. Went to a Pitspitter baseball game. Sampled. Wine and beer at the local watering holes. Just an overall wonderful weekend

We had such a great time at the property during our stay. It was exactly as pictured—roomy, clean and well equipped!! The bonus…4 full bathrooms and plenty of mirrors so we could all get ready without waiting for “our turns!” We would definitely stay again!!

We were in TC for a wedding traveling with friends and family. This property is perfect for gathering together in the common areas and then retiring to bed on each persons schedule. Some of our group enjoyed morning runs through the area. The property management was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Super clean, well stocked, very comfortable.

We rented this property as a bridal suite for my wedding weekend and I'm blown away at how incredible it was! Extremely clean, fresh linens and towels, lots of space for everyone. We even had 5 hair and makeup artists in the suite for the morning of the wedding and we still had plenty of room! The check in process was really easy and Kate made us feel right at home. We forgot the key one day so we had to call her to get in the building and she was so kind about it, I really appreciated her positive attitude about everything. I can't wait to find another reason to book the Kirkbride Suite!

The Kirkland Suite was the perfect spot for multiple couples traveling to Traverse City for a weekend. The set up allowed each couple to have their own space with privacy yet we could all gather comfortably in the common areas. Location is awesome, walk to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Short drive to downtown. We look forward to returning again next summer!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious condo in Grand Traverse Commons. The condo offers a perfect blend of privacy and social space for groups of 6-8 people. The larger Commons property offers some lovely shops, restaurants, and entertainment and then we were just a short drive to downtown Traverse City. I highly recommend it!

We had a bit of trouble checking in at first, due to the wrong access code being given, and then the key not being in the lock box, but the owner was quick to respond and assist us! Once we were in the place, we LOVED it , and it was perfect for our large group. Also, there is plenty to do near by. I would reccomend Left Foot Charleys, or a bus trip into DT Traverse City to the Little Fleet for some fun! The house had everything we needed and more, and plenty of space to spread out!

To start, the pictures don’t do justice! This place is so cute, so bright, exposed brick, adorable, and just a good layout. Everything was so clean and put together. It had everything we could possibly need! We used it for a bachelorette party and we’re beyond happy! The bathrooms and amount of mirrors to get ready with was perfect. There was space to hangout and gather as well as sneak away and get quiet time. It’s surrounded by soooo many good spots and so close to down town. I would 100% recommend and re book again! Also, the host was quick with communication, flexible, and able to answer any questions we had.

Very nice well appointed condo in the center of Grand Traverse Commons, great location to walk to shops, etc. Kate was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend staying here. We took the walking tour of the grounds and former mental hospital with the underground tunnels, was a highlight. Thanks Kate for everything!
