Only 1 minute and 1 stoplight away from the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center. The Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center is home to many national sporting events and conventions. **************************************************** This beautiful home has been completely updated! New master suite upstairs! Near everything Louisville has to offer! Kitchen has everything you need to make this house feel like a home. Keurig coffee maker, all pots/pans/baking items/flatware/dinnerware included. Large refrigerator, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher. High speed wireless internet. Hardwood flooring throughout the home. There are 2 large first floor KING bedrooms, with a full bath steps down the hall. Luxury towels and essential bath items included. Large tub/shower on first floor. Large living room includes comfy sofa, my favorite huge sofa chairs and smart TV. You can also login to your NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. Upstairs has your private master suite, with KING bed and new full bath. All new bedding, and extra pillows and blankets too. Additional living room with smart TV and additional KING bed in basement! Washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Sound machines in all 4 bedrooms. Fall asleep to the sounds of rain, white noise, thunderstorm, or country meadow. Sleep tight! Relax outdoors on the deck with new gas grill and patio set. Just down the road is ALDI, Kroger, Hometown Pizza, McDonalds, Jimmy John's, Walgreens, Norton Audubon Hospital, Chili's, Qdoba, . You're also super close to the Highlands experience... restaurants for miles! The city of Louisville short-term rental permit limits the number of guests based on the number of bedrooms. The house is exactly as described! The kitchen was great for making family meals and had plenty of supplies. All of the rooms have everything you need and plenty of blankets and towels are provided. The basement has a Wii complete with Guitar Hero so we had some fun battles with the kids. The adults always lost! Large dining table for games and meals upstairs. The location was close to everything. We would stay here again!

Was glad we booked this rental for our weekend trip to Louisville for our daughter's graduation. The family was able to stay all in one place, convenient for many places around town. The only suggestion would be to perhaps have a door for the upstairs bedroom as the first floor 'noise' travels freely up the stairwell and to that sleeping location. Nice home - well kept with all the amenities that they have on their listing

The house was amazing great location. We were in town for MATS at the expo center and it was literally across the street! Clean has everything you need. The host was very responsive and concerned with how our stay was going ! We will definitely be back 😊

We stayed here with 3 friends and their daughters for a volleyball tournament at the Expo. The proximity to the venue was excellent!! The communication from the host was great start to finish. The house was immaculate, felt safe, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Our girls enjoyed staying together for the weekend and there was enough room for us to retreat to our own spaces to rest comfortably. The basement space is nicer than the pics make it look. The bedroom and sitting area are separated by a door which would be so nice if you have someone that wants to stay up a little later. There is a large nice deck on the back of the house. We weren't there enough to utilize it but it was very welcoming.

Exceeded our expectations! This place was pure perfection. The pictures do not do it justice. Cynthia has thought of every detail. It was the perfect spot for our group. The host could not have been nicer and was very accommodating. We will return!

Lovely house in excellent location
My family enjoyed our stay in Louisville and this house was perfect! It was a lovely house and was stocked with all we needed. The owner was very responsive. The location was close to downtown and also easy to access major roadways. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and flexible
This home was perfect for our ladies weekend. The house was week right thought out down to the details such as labeled light switches, night lights, house makers, and kitchen utensils. Or had about everything we needed and we all enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great for Weekend Stay with Group
Stayed at this property over a long weekend with a group of friends visiting the bourbon trail. This house was a great spot for us. We used the kitchen for most dinners, fire pit at night. 4 king beds was awesome for 7 dudes. Highly recommend. Aldi right across the street for groceries too was a plus.

We stayed during the Mid-America Truck Show, location was great being only .3 miles from the grounds!! Cynthia & John we’re quick to respond to any concerns we had and gave great recommendations for local eateries!

Home is less than 15min from shopping, big box stores, expo center and downtown. Variety of restaurants all nearby! Home is super clean and organized. The host has done an amazing job with little extras to make your stay comfortable! Would book again if we came back to Louisville!

It was great that each bedroom had a king bed. The property is close to the airport so occasionally you could hear planes going by but it was not bad. The host had snacks and coffee for us, which was nice. There is a close grocery store, liquor store, and easy access to downtown and Churchill Downs.

Very clean and comfortable. We received the contact information for the owners once we got there, which was great and a lot easier to communicate. This was our first booking through VRBO, and overall it was a very easy process, however, the communication through the app was slower and not as ideal as it would’ve been having the direct contact information when all the details were sent. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this location!

Seriously couldn't have asked for a better stay!!!
My best friend, my cousin, and all of our 7 children rented Cyndis home last weekend to have some fun in Louisville. We don't have enough great things to say! The location was GREAT! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful! The house was big enough for all of us and the basement was a great addition for our 5 teen kiddos to hang out and play videos games and watch movies. The house was extremely clean and very well decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. Cyndi had extra linens, pillows, fans, and any items that you may have needed that you forgot such as a toothbrush! The back deck and fire pit was also a great surprise because we didn't see it in the pics prior. The front porch was spacious and covered as well. Overall we have ZERO complaints and are planning to make this our go to spot when we come back. Thanks for such a great stay! We will be back.

Outstanding house!
Everything in the listing was exactly as expected. And there was so many more small details and extras that weren’t expected but so appreciated. The house is beautiful, well decorated and well-kept. Each room is comfortable and clean. The parking was plenty of room in the driveway for five cars and we could’ve fit more if we had to. The neighborhood is clean and safe and extremely convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. We plan to make this trip again next year and f this house is available it will be our first choice.

Excellent House. Perfect for our Exhibition Stay.
The house was very nice and worked out perfectly for us. We have no complaints. It was clean, organized, everything was laid out, if we needed anything or if something happened then Cynthia/John were just a call away. Location is great and we were able to walk to the exhibition centre, good selection of restaurants we close by also. We would stay again when we are back for NFMS next year. Almost like being at home.

Beautiful home!
John and Cyndi’s home is gorgeous, and spotless! It was spacious and very comfortable. We came to Louisville to tour some bourbon distilleries and this home was in a great location to do that. We also enjoyed two great restaurants on Main Street, Doc Crows and Patrick O’Sheas. John and cyndi thought of everything, there were many small touches and details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Home, Excellent Location
Our stay here completely exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The location cannot be beat. If you are flying in this place is only 5-10 min away from the airport. We were in town for a show at the Exposition Center, if you hit the green light on the way it took literally less than two minutes to get to the grounds.
The large deck is a great hangout spot with a nice grill to use. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were very modern and kept up well. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
We had a trailer and there was plenty of parking available.
Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, this is the place to stay!
