This newly remodeled property offers a peaceful retreat and is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Please note: This property is NOT suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT THROUGHOUT YEAR. This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a tranquil street. Close to the intersections of I-264 & I-65. SPACE: Our spacious home features: Bedrooms: 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, providing restful sleep for up to 10 guests. Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with essential bath items and towels. The main floor bathroom boasts a large tub and shower. Living Areas: A large living room with a smart TV and streaming options for your entertainment. There's also a large second living room in the recently remodeled basement. Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, flatware, and dinnerware are provided. Outdoor Space: Relax on the patio with a gas grill, adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and a table with chairs. The extended paver patio and spacious grassy backyard offer a great outdoor experience. Laundry Facilities: A brand new Samsung washer and dryer in the basement, with detergents included. AMENITIES: High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with fast, reliable internet throughout the house. Parking: Ample parking available on the premises. Pack N Play: A Pack N Play is available for our younger guests. LOCATION: Conveniently located near the intersection of I-264 and I-65, this home offers easy access to major attractions, shopping, and dining options. The home was very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located to downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs. We rent at least 2-3 properties a year and this one is by far the best one stocked beyond general basic items. I.e. extra blanks, pillows, welcoming snacks and bottled water, toiletries in both bathrooms, laundry detergent, just to name a few. Pride in ownership shows in every detail. John was very responsive and easy to work with. With 6 children, 1 teenager and 2 adults, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. All beds were super comfortable and the couches in both living areas were comfortable. Great space inside and out. The backyard/outdoor space was excellent - beautiful maintained grass, that the kids loved playing on, outdoor dining area with umbrellas and a fire pit with extra seating - even lantern tiki torches that were very easy to use. Home is located on a very quite dead end street. Close to Wal-Mart, Target and Kroger. Only item I would caution on are the stairs. If you have a guest with mobility issues, the stairs may be a challenge. However, we had no problems with the stairs. Highly recommend this home and would book it again. Thanks John for opening your home and providing a wonderful place for our annual GramCamp!

This house had everything and more for our stay! John was an incredible host & was super communicative during our stay. He even accommodated certain requests that benefited our group. The location was also super convenient and right by the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean 4 bedroom home that was a good fit for our group that was in town to work for a week. The host was great to communicate with as well.

We usually stay in short term rentals when we travel. This house is one of the nicest and most well appointed places we have ever stayed. John has literally thought of everything to make this a home away from home. We were a family of 8 with kids ranging from 8-14. John is wonderful. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well(it was). He responded very quickly any time I had a question. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
