Nestled in Geneva-on-the-Lake, this lovely condo for £118 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This apartment unit is a one-bedroom, lower-level rental. It is at the south end of the complex but still very close to lake! This unit has all newer furniture and appliances. There are adjoining locked doors to this unit and the unit above/next to it that stay locked, unless unlocked by the tenant (just like a hotel) The one bedroom/living room has a queen bed and a fold out futon and can sleep a total of 3 people. All bed linens, pillows and comforters provided for the number of people in the reservation. There is one bathroom with standup shower. We supply two rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. We do not supply bath linens. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances, cook wear, utensils, cups and dishes. We supply kitchen towel and cloth, dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags. The living room has a 48" TV with satellite and free Wi-Fi. There is a large, shared picnic area with your designated charcoal grill, fire pit marked with a 1, and picnic table. We do no supply char coal or firewood but feel free to use any supplies left behind by renters from your unit. Parking for 1 car is located on the south side for the building next to but not blocking the dumpster. Any additional parking is across the parking lot near the picnic area. This property is roughly 1/2 mile from GOTL strip.

The unit was clean and quiet away from the strip with beach access. Only issue I experienced was when me and my toddler daughter were rinsing off in the shower after the beach some one in on of the other units mish have flushed a toilet and the water in the shower went from luke warm to scaling hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Megan was professional and kind. It was close to the strip and major attractions with a beautiful view. The check in process was as easy as it gets. I would definitely recommend this property for anybody looking to have a great time near the Lake!

The property was great.location was great.the beach was great.it was clean.perfect.everything was perfect.just wish check in was earlier than 3.killed half the day.specially if you only stay acouple nights.an then gotta be gone by 10.those 2 things are the only thing that sucked about the trip.property owners were awsome..

Just off of the busy main street of activity at Geneva on the Lake. Perfect view of the sunset at private lakeside setting. Very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay. It was the perfect cozy little spot for my husband and I. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown but the taxi golf carts made getting around easy to enjoy a night out and not have to drive back. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend. Check in was simple and easy! Location is close enough for a quick drive, but far enough away from the noise of the town.

This property is very clean and just what we needed to explore GOTL! It was nice to have the beach right outside our door as well. There was one hiccup with our stay that was corrected promptly the next day, we went out and didn’t return to the room until 10pm….my sister went to sleep on the couch which turns into a bed and there were no sheets or pillows in the room. We texted the property manager and they did deliver fresh linens and pillow the next morning, but for 1 of our 2 nights stay we didn’t really have 2 beds advertised and I thought we should have gotten a partial refund for this mishap! Was disappointed nothing was offered. Other than that, the property was clean and a good location!

Loved the picnic area and beach access. Very peaceful and beautiful, and we loved seeing the bald eagles. We made an afternoon of it just enjoying the waterfront. Great location close to GOTL too, once you find it (might be easier just to say the private drive is beside the engine repair shop with the blue roof). Apartment itself is Ok, as pictured. Main improvements would be the comfort of the bed and the flimsy towel racks. We would come back just for the outdoors though!

This is our second time staying within these rental properties. We were not disappointed either time! This cute little rental had just enough space for my spouse, our seven year old, and myself. The kitchen had enough basic necessities for use. The private beach that is shared with other renters is still large enough so it doesn't feel crowded. We loved cooking on the grill and sitting at the picnic table while enjoying the great view of the lake. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. Only dislike is that our fire ring was the farthest from the lake and under the dusk to dawn light. The location of the rental is close enough to the strip but far enough away to have some relaxing time. Already can't wait to book again!

I was pleased with the owners on how well the reservation and check in was handled. Chair in living room very dirty could not sit in it. Very cold, we had no way of adjusting the temperature because the thermostat must of been in the apartment above. Picture showed extra blanket on couch and extra pillows, there was none. NO dish cloths and the owner supplied as soon as I called. Very quick. No coffee cups, unless the glass ones in the cupboard was suppose to be used. Did not know about using glass ones. Nice area very quiet. Thank you

My family and I have stayed up and down Lake Erie in various spots between Ashtabula and Madison for 10+ years, and this is my favorite beach we have found. It is a private beach in that it’s not accessible to the public, but there are several other units/cottages that have the same beach access; we encountered 7 other groups of guests in our 2 day stay, but everyone was friendly and respectful of space. It was a GREAT place to swim, and our unit was clean, efficient, and just as advertised. We loved that it was close enough to be at the strip in just a minute or so, but far enough away that we didn’t have to hear all the activity late at night.

The unit was clean but had a very musty smell. It is in an ideal location, right by the water and a close walk to the strip. However, the amenities are lacking (soap, shampoo and towels) for the price of the unit.

It was cute, clean and just perfect for the 2 of us. Loved being by the lake, got great pictures. The family that met up with us before going to the strip Friday and Saturday thought it was adorable. In fact we were wondering if there was any time next July or August that at least 5 of the entire complex is available. We would all like to stay there and be close together! We may have left a phone charger there! Thanks for a great stay P.S. You might want to tell guests not to use GPS. A couple others that we talked said it sent them on a wild goose chase too. 2 of us ended up on Hawley drive!

This is our second year here. I don’t feel the need to look anywhere else. Everything at the Beach hive is perfect!! Especially love the cozy suite, direct beach access and outside space. With all the kitchen appliances and linens supplied, this is a stress free get away. Can’t wait to come back Again!

The location was great, just far enough from the main strip to be out of the crowds but just close enough to enjoy them. We were able to find some sea glass on the provided private beach area, as well as some other beach’s we visited and hiked to, which was our main goal on our trip. The only problem we had was the noise from the rooms above us when we tried to get to sleep, which is to be expected all things considered there is not a lot of ways to handle that. Possibly a courtesy note for the people staying in the second floor rooms to let them know there is people under them, but we’re also aware everyone’s just trying to have a good time so we certainly weren’t mad and this will still be the first place we check when we come back.
