A cozy and efficient home. Our pup loved the large front and backyard. Great location right by downtown.

This property was perfectly listed making it easy for us to know what we were renting. The accommodations made our stay easy by having everything we needed. The location was easy because it was a few minute walk to all things downtown and a close drive to the ski resort. The host made our trip easy with rapid, reliable responses. This was a lovely and easy trip thanks to this rental.

Great location and good communication with the host as always. We regularly rent this property.

This is a great little house in a quiet area of downtown Flagstaff. Nice enclosed backyard for our pups. We didn’t use the upstairs attic but there is extra space for those with kids.

Super nice and convenient small property close to downtown. Upstairs bedroom has a very low ceiling but fine for kids, property was well looked after and Todd couldn’t have made the whole process easier. Thanks!

Perfect for a quiet weekend. Very close to downtown. You even get a little peek a boo view of the mountains. Very much recommend. Host was very nice and responded in a timely manner for any questions I had.

Description of property is spot on. You know what to expect and the location can’t be beat. 5 minutes by foot to 20-30 restaurants or so.

We love this quaint place. Clean and unique with a great location!

This was one of the best short term rental properties we have experienced in the past 10 years. Location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and easy access to highways to travel outside of the city. House was perfect for 2 people and was very well equipped. Lovely backyard deck so one can enjoy the sun and a beverage anytime during the day. We could not have been more pleased with this rental.

What a great location! Place was clean and perfect to walk to downtown for breakfast/dinner/drinks/etc. Very quiet and peaceful - perfect to sit outside and relax to take in the fall colors.

Had a great stay in Todd's house near Old Flagstaff. Walkable to everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great backyard for just sitting in the sun and relaxing. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend Todd's place.

We enjoyed this brightly colored little house which we used primarily in the evenings after a day at Grand Canyon. It had a very well equipped kitchen for it's size. The downstairs bedroom was comfy. But the upstairs loft bedroom was short for our 6'2" adult son. We loved the front and back yards natural and rustic vibe and would have used the firepit if we'd returned earlier. The only caution I have is that if your party has a member who has mobility issues then it could be a challenge. The walkway from the parking to the front door is very rocky. The upstairs bedroom would not be suitable either. But for a young to middle age family of 3 to 4 plus a dog it's fun!

Walking distance to downtown. Backyard is a quiet retreat.

Absolutely amazing, cozy home. Todd was very responsive and the home had everything you might need. The backyard is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Flag.

This clean and cozy property close to downtown Flagstaff provides a perfect place to explore the beautiful surrounding country. Everything is ready for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was walking distance to many small businesses and restaurants in old town, and we enjoyed just walking in the neighborhood among the houses of yesteryear. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the large, shady front yard was a relaxing place for us. The house itself was small, but clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there...even cable! We would stay there again for sure.

The cabin is quaint, clean and well appointed. We were volunteering at a retreat during the day, so having a great choice of restaurants for dinner within walking distance was special

Nice yard for our dogs. Decent size home. Walk to downtown and nearby parks and trails.
The only drawback is the very steep steps to the attic bedroom. And no headroom. Good for kids but not another adult.

This home is 2 blocks from the Flagstaff Courthouse so it is very convenient for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. (And Barks and Brews Festival in our case)The place itself was very clean and comfortable. There was even ground coffee for breakfast in the morning! The backyard was completely gated and perfect for our black lab mix to roam. It was a fantastic weekend overall!
Thank you, Todd, for your hospitality! We will definitely book your place again =-)

Great location with an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops, bars. The upstairs attic was just fine for our two teenage boys, and we enjoyed the beautiful flagstaff weather sitting out back. Todd was great at communicating. Thx for a great stay:)

We liked best being in walking distance to downtown. The cabin inside was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. No issues in communications with the owner.
The only recommendation we have is to clean up the backyard a little more. I read prior reviews and the warning in the description so we went in with adjusted expectations but I still was a bit surprised by the wasps, the gaps in the fences, the cardboard boxes in the greenhouse, etc. It was nothing we couldn’t live with for a week but the stay would’ve been even better if the yard were more welcoming.

Easy walk to all of downtown flag. Dedicated parking at the house. Easy check in.

Excellent location, perfect if your traveling with small dogs fenced back yard. If you have kids upstairs is like a fort great play area and place to stay.

I am a morning person and an avid walker, the location is perfect…Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Centrally located a couple blocks from Rte 66 also allowed easy access to tourist sites. The property is a charming, unique cottage which is perfect for 2 adults and a couple of kids or 4+ college age young people whose knees will accommodate the narrow stairs. Everything about the property is far superior to the local motels. I plan to go again.

This is an older home we found to be charming. If you are looking for ritz and glamour, this is not the place. If you are looking for quiet privacy, clean and comfortable living space then this is it. The owner is excellent with communication. Wi-Fi and television were easy to use. We arrived in town early and the owner had the home ready and available to check in early which was much appreciated after a long drive! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Cute clean and cozy little house ! We loved the location of this house and enjoyed the fenced in yard for the dog!

We booked for the proximity to downtown, air conditioner and backyard as we have 2 dogs. The air conditioner is only downstairs and the upstairs area is very small with no ability for my 12 year old to stand up straight. The stairs up are more of a ladder and after he nearly lnocked himself out, he slept on the couch downstairs. (It doesnt pull put but we made it up and he looked at it as a fun adventure. The backyard, although fenced in, was a serious safety hazard for losing the dogs. There are multiple areas where there are missing fence posts or holes into the neighbors yard. This house needs some serious TLC (spider webs everywhere outside, kitchen drawer loose, upper deck loose, fence broken, etc.) The location was fabulous but work needs to be done to get it up to a comfortable level.

Very cozy place near downtown. Quiet and charming. Could use a few basic items like a cheese grater, tea pot, and a can opener, so maybe bring your own? Otherwise we recommend place.

Great little house in downtown Flag. Walking distance from many great restaurants. The bed was rather uncomfortable unfortunately, which detracted from our enjoyment of the place.

The communication was great! The location is ridiculously perfect. The loft was different than we expected but once I thought of the “steps” as a “ladder” I was able to logically navigate them. Seems silly but it worked.
4.0
quirky ans cute but attic bedroom was difficult to use. I didn't really understand that the second bedroom had such a low ceiling.
