Situated in Fort Lauderdale, this lovely house for £629 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This Tropical Plantation style 3300 sq. ft. house is located on Riviera Isle just off of the prestigious Las Olas Boulevard, started renting December 2012, exquisite art, high end furniture. Very peaceful, on canal, only a short walk to the beach and 2 miles to Las Olas restaurants and shops! Translucent, spacious ground floor with extensive shaded patio and outside dining space under a pergola facing canal and pool, East looking and not too hot in evenings. Upstairs, boasts a generous, East facing Master Suite with huge private covered patio and large bathroom (jacuzzi/oversized shower) and walk-in closet, office space with canal view separated by sliding doors. The second upstairs bedroom contains two twin beds and a separate full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and also has its own full bathroom. Spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and high end stainless steal appliances, wine cooler, espresso machine, etc. Gas fireplace in living room, expandable mahogany table with eye-catching Swarovski chandelier in dining room. Pool area with plenty of outside furniture and a gas grill. 46’ deep water Boat dock, which is located only 3 miles to Fort Lauderdale harbor with no fixed bridges. Pool area and dock rebuilt and dock extended end 2015. Best location imaginable: very quiet (dead-end) street in gated community, beach only about .5 miles over the Intracoastal bridge, Las Olas downtown only about 2 miles (bicycle paths in both directions). 2 bicycles and one water kayak are available for use by guests at own responsibility. Modern art work from Germany, Asia and Latin America in all rooms (oil, drawings, sculpture and photographs). High end furniture. Easy parking in driveway or on planted street with green middle divider. Gamin GPS for use by guests. TV in every bedroom and living room, WiFi, landline with flat rate (except international), central Bluetooth sound system throughout every room in the house and patio areas allowing separate setting for every room and for patios. The property is managed locally by Justin Roberge.

Cant rave enough about much we LOVED our stay. The location was perfect. It was so easy to get to the beach and downtown. Quiet neighborhood and our kids loved the pool. They had everything you would need at the house including pool toys. The property manager was a dream to work with and quick to text back if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful home in a quite neighborhood with plenty of space for the 5 of us with an amazing back patio with a pool and on an inlet. It is oil you away from the business of the town and very private. We would do it all over again it was a great place to stay!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect waterfront property and the inside was great for the 4 of us. Justin the property manager was responsive every step of the way. On the day we checked in he walked me through the whole house. I would definitely recommend this property as the whole experience was fantastic.

We chose this house due to its proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and of course, being on a canal. We rented a boat for a few days and were able to utilize the dock, etc. The pool is nice and relaxing. The house came equipped with five bikes which was a nice amenity. the house was clean and met the photos and descriptions. The house is a little older style but still very accommodating. All in all a great home to rent, and we would consider it again in the future.

Great get-a-way! We stayed here the 4th of July week and had an absolutely wonderful time. Justin, the property manager is great and communicated throughout the entire process. The house itself is very nice, spacious, fully stocked and super clean! All we really needed to supply was groceries. The neighborhood is gorgeous, littered with beautiful properties and is only a short walk to the beach. Lots of things to do in the area and almost too many choices of places to eat. Can't wait to come b ack again. Thanks for a great vacation!

This house was in the perfect location and beautiful, just like the pictures. The whole family enjoyed the back yard with the kids spending most of their time in the pool while the parents enjoyed the covered patio. The property manager made sure our check-in process was seamless and made sure we understood all of the amenities the property had to offer. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

I really can’t say enough about the house. It is absolutely beautiful and even better than anticipated! Impeccably clean. Well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay in Ft. Lauderdale. Location is close to the beach, entertainment and restaurants. Of course the house being on the canal is very cool! Justin was very helpful with the check- in process and available if we needed him. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place, we stayed for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. The location is 15min walk to beach, a 4 minute Uber to the nightlife on Las Olas. The pool and back yard were perfect for evenings we wanted to stay in or for laying out by the pool when it was too windy on the beach. 3 full bedrooms with bathrooms, good for a larger group. Pics dont quite do it justice. Only 15 minutes from the airport was another plus.

Incredible property in a fantastic neighborhood! We were a party of 6 getting way from a cold PA to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable - has everything one needs to relax - kayaking and walking and entertain or cook a meal for your family! Beautiful home on an incredible street. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to hear concert one evening from the beach which was a nice unexpected touch. Great restaurants in walking distance. Traffic in that area was tough but having a home close to it all made it easy to enjoy our time.

The house was just as described and beautifully decorated and appointed. The street has a house under construction for sale for $7.5m just to give a sense for how posh the neighborhood is. This house was clearly recently renovated to a very high level. One thing thst wasn’t clear was the office shown in the pics is within the master suite; one of the two singles staying in our group hoped to use an air mattress to use that as a fourth bedroom not realizing it was part of the master suite so they shared the twin bed room which was fine. The master is really posh with big seating area, high end bath and the office and walk in closet connected so whoever gets that room gets an extra treat.

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family trip to Florida. The pool was the hit of the week! Comfortable accommodations, plenty of space and all the items you would need to have a great week with our family. Our only recommendation would be to have plates and cups for outdoor eating. We were too nervous to use regular plates outside by the pool. Thanks for an amazing stay!
