Situated in San Antonio, this lovely house for £241 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This beautiful luxury home is located in a quite area in San Antonio, close to Lackland AFB and minutes from Sea World. Includes a master suite, a game room loft, 4 TVs (living rooms, game room & suites), covered patio with BBQ grill, Cornhole, Fire pit area, game room which includes - pool table, games and arcade. Dining area & 2 living rooms. Cables and Wifi throughout the house. House Includes a beautiful private pool with a specious sitting area. You will have reserved & street parking This is a 5 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2500sqf home includes beds for 14 people plus a premium queen air mattress which is very comfortable so this home can sleep a total of 16 people. It includes everything you need and it is fully furnished and equipped. House includes 2 living rooms, main one in the first floor and another one is in the 2nd floor. Home includes smart TVs which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels (Plus additional TVs in the game room loft and Master suites), Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This home is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a big game room with pool table, Air hockey table and a game arcade. Also Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting under a covered patio, BBQ, Cornhole for some more playing, Fire pit area and a beautiful private pool with a specious sitting area. You wouldn't want to leave the house. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with Pool & BBQ area freely. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. The house is very close to shopping and dinning. Located close to Lackland Air Force Base. (about 12 minutes drive) and to SeaWorld (about 8 minutes drive). There is a Super Wall-Mart around the corner for your shopping needs. 10 minutes drive to Downtown, Ingram Park shopping mall. 20 minutes drive to Airport, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. Great location! • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app. Please note - - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. - Pool is not heated. - Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. There were several entertainment features that could keep the kids occupied while at the house.

My family and I booked this property for Labor Day weekend. Big plus was that it had a pool!
Well, the night before around 9pm I received a message that the property that we booked had issues, host didn’t mention what kind of issues. He did offer to relocate us or give us a refunded. Unfortunately, the other property only had a hot tub, which is not something we want during a summer day in Texas. Sucks that our Labor Day weekend was ruined because we couldn’t find anywhere that could accommodate the amount of guests and dogs that we had at a short notice.

We had all 14 of our immediate family stay Friday to Monday. We attended Sea World on Saturday and Sunday. We were 12 minutes from Sea World, with an easy route to get there. The house was very roomy even for this many people. Everything was clean. There was some damage to the stairway, but it was obvious repairs had begun. We did not have enough wash cloths and ended up purchasing some more. The only complaint was a lack of parking. The neighborhood was full of cars. We had four vehicles to park. We had most everything we needed and should we return to the area, we will definitely contact the owner.

We aimed at this property because it was close to sea world and it had a pool. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 of which had multiple twin size beds. We were two families vacationing together, so this was a perfect set up for our kids to have shared rooms with their siblings and the adults to have their own rooms as couples. There was lots of space downstairs for dining and a lot of seating for enjoying tv. We loved having a pool on the property and being able to spend a lot of time relaxing at the home while the kids played. We didn't actually use the game room much. Most everything we needed was available in the kitchen for cooking. There are grocery stores and good restaurants for take out in very close driving distance. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and having a clean, well-cared-for place to stay with plenty of rooms for everyone was a large part of that. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to the expressway so it was easy to get around to all our destinations.
Some remotes were missing when we arrived, but after messaging the property manager new remotes were brought over quickly.
I would definitely stay here again!

Our Family are Seasoned VRBO Customers. Unfortunately this was our most disappointing experience. The Property was Dirty. Our Family does not wear shoes indoors and our socks were black. The Game Room had to be cleaned; there was old food scattered on the floor. There was a hole in the living room ceiling sheet rock(Approx.2’x1.5’) and another hole in the Master Bathroom(Approx. 5’x3’). The laundry closet was missing a door. The Lights didn’t work in the Entry hall & 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. Also, the back door deadbolt didn’t work. 2 of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close. We feel maybe the Property Owner hasn’t been at the Property Site recently to see the present condition. All these things could easily be repaired. Worst Property Experience with VRBO.

We stayed at this house for 1 night, and we wish we were able to stay longer. The house was nice and clean and cool! It was complete with amenities and even more. The house was able to accommodate my group of 4 families with 3 small children very comfortably. Our stay was very relaxing, and we hope to stay here again!

We were called the day of our stay, previous tenants had trashed the place, we were cancelled. In downtown San Antonio with our luggage, 6 grandkids and 4 adults, nowhere to stay. According the the property manager no other VRBO properties were available. We were disconnected while on a call to VRBO, property manager promised to call back and didn't. We ended up finding the only rental through the other online rental company that could accommodate us for an extra $600 on our own. The VRBO owner refused to even try to help with the cost, we offered to split the cost, we were told it was not their fault, they were stuck with the expense of the damage the previous tenants caused, and they initially didn't want to ask VRBO for help finding a place because it would make them look bad. I understand it was not their fault, but we should not have been the ones to suffer because they went off of their protocol to take a risky one night rental. They are a business, they should have helped us cover the huge additional expense. The property manager literally left us hanging, did not help us get back in touch with VRBO, did not call us back. The property owner just said things were out of their control. We were literally stuck in downtown San Antonio, several states from home, on the phone for an hour before being disconnected and no more attempts to reach us took place. Bitterly disappointed. This is not how you run a business. The owner and property manager should have helped us with the additional costs, (again, we weren't asking for all of it, just a 50/50 split) ,it simply would have been the right thing to do.

We enjoyed everything about this home. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the backyard was awesome! I definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in San Antonio! It was very close to all attractions.

The place was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed all there was to do: pool table, swimming pool, nice outdoor space, and theatre seating for watching movies. The kitchen was well-stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was easily accessible.

Couldn’t get checked in
The house and stay itself were ok. Beds were as comfortable as a bed that isn’t your own could be. However We drove all morning with a toddler who was tired of being in the car get to the house and couldn’t seem to get ahold of the house manager. I started calling and messaging 30 minutes before check in and no response. I normally get check in information early in the morning when I stay with another site. Finally get in at 3:45 check in was at 3. Screaming toddler in the backseat. The floors were disgusting and the mop was gross so we had to go to the store and get a swifter to cleane the floor. After we left I waited a couple weeks for my refundable deposit and it never came. Had to contact them to get it. Over all I would NOT recommend staying with this house manager. Highly disappointed and I won’t be using VRBO ever again.

Cockroaches
Check in process was easy. House was pretty clean but the dishwasher left soap on the clean dishes. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. No darts for dart board. Broken stool in the game room. Noticed cockroaches outside in the patio furniture our first night. Second night there were cockroaches in the pantry where the garbage bags are kept. Get rid of the cockroaches and fix a few things and this house would be great.

Found 4 cockroaches within the first hour of arriving! All alive! Disgusting! I have pictures to prove it.
The back door didn't lock either. Super secure right?
And the toilet on the main floor toilet broke halfway through the night.
My spouse and I didn't even stay the night considering the cockroaches.
After the trip I tried messaging Daniel, the property owner, after my stay and after 4 days I've gotten no response. And the phone goes straight to voicemail. Guess he only cares before he gets your money.
If you have children or can't stand bugs, DO NOT stay here.

Sleeps a lot of people. Comfy beds. OK neighborhood.
This house is setup to sleep a lot of people. Overall it fit our needs. The location was good to get access to things - the neighborhood itself is just ok. The house seems to have been remodeled. Our kids had a lot of fun with the pool table and the kids arcade game in the remodeled garage. As with most rentals it needs new pool sticks and darts (probably regularly). There is some minor maintenance needed like the kitchen breakfast nook was broken as well as some of the bar chairs in the garage. None of the bathroom doors locked properly. One of the toilets clogged on us. I think with some minor maintenance and cleanup it could be a 5-star.
