The apartment was spacious and super clean. The staff were amazing, kept in contact for everything we needed.
The stairs were a little hard to manage with suitcases but not too bad.

The place had to access to parking and 100 STAIRS to apartment terrible worse place ever has a junkie lying at front door shouting all night from lane druggies never recommended to anyone

The property was in an excellent location for travel and seeing the tourist sites. The main room was large and comfortable.
Because we needed the windows open from the heat (No A/C) the noise during the night from the streets (bottles being dumped and the bin collections) was terrible.
The other point was lack of storage space for clothes in the bedrooms

it was a large beautiful apartment in the centre of the city and right by everything we had booked to do
stairs (I had a broken ankle but that was not the fault of the property)

Great central location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go around the city centre from here.
Close to train/tram stations.
Short walk to Mayfield Park which was great for the kids to be able to get out and play.
Clean, comfortable beds and living area.
The only downside to the central location is the noise from the surrounding streets at all hours - people shouting coming/going from nearby pubs and bins full of glass being emptied often.
Property itself/neighbouring apartments we heard no noise at all from.

Sky light window in one of the bedrooms that we couldn’t work out how to open so room was very hot!

this area was not save , also we could not sleep because sounds of Bar, also there is no lift

Central location, all the facilities you need. For the price paid it was good value.
It was a little bit shabby in places, the thresholds in the main room were split and we kept catching our toes on them. One room had lipstick stains on the bedsheets. The water did not drain from the shower and had to be scooped out with a jug.

very spacious, clean, perfect location, great communication, top floor so can sleep in peace. my friends drive up from London this was the perfect spot for them to explore Manchester from.

Fantastic space for 4, living area is superb, all beds were clean and very comfy. Bathroom was clean and facilities were good.
No complaints, fantastic location and great place to stay.

The location was excellent, right in the city centre. Minutes walk away from lots of lovely bars and restaurants there is plenty of things to do and see. The beds were very comfy and the property benefited from a large kitchen diner area. We found it very useful that hairdryers and an iron was provided and they came in great use. The host was more than happy to help for example he assisted us on local car parks to park in.
On the last night someone entered the property at 5:30 I assume this must of been the cleaner as the sheets were left outside the door, as soon as they opened the door they left again having realised we were still there. The same thing happened the first day we got there when a guy tried to unlock the door to leave some toilet rolls but before he could we answered, the man was lovely and helpful but it made us feel a little uneasy that other people have access. Also on the advertisement it was stated that toiletries would be provided but there was none, which isn't too much trouble as there were many shops close by where we could buy some. Lastly, no fault to the owners but there were glass bottles being recycled all through the night, not sure if this was just whilst we stayed or if this happens all year round but it was very disruptive to our sleep.

The kitchen had a bad smell. There was no hot water, despite it being a great location is was very loud and the rooms had poor ventilation (was so hot and couldn’t sleep).

The staff is very helpful, very quick response! Most of the facilities are fully equipped! Very nice experience I ever take!

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious apartment (looks exactly like the pictures on the website). My family and I were very comfortable and we had a great time here. It’s in the perfect location as it is in the city centre- pretty much walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants. The host was easy to contact and was keen to help in any way he could.
Overall it was a wonderful little holiday:)

T.V remote didnt work and WiFi wouldnt connect. The shower temperature was very temperamental.

Perfect... it is very spacious and feels like home.
No lift.. All doors keep shutting.. Central heating is not that easy to use.
