We had a family gathering and needed a house that was big enough to accommodate all of us ranging in ages from 85-4 and everything in between. The house had plenty of room to accommodate all of us comfortably. The beds were comfortable, large kitchen, washer and dryer on premises and a wonderful large screened in back porch with tables/chairs that we enjoyed every day. The location although not within walking distance to the beach, was central to dining, shopping and beaches (all within 10-15 mins drive). Check in was a breeze with a combination lock on the front door, AC kept us all cool and comfortable. Fresh flowers and a welcome basket with wine and chocolates were a nice added touch. Overall great experience and would definitely book again.

This was the second year in a row we rented this property and we were not let down. The house is fantastically suited for a group of eight, the property manager is both accurate and responsive and the on-site caretaker is extremely helpful. Great rental.

We had 15 people and had plenty of space for everyone! It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning kept up great. About a 10-15 min drive to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The rooms all had locks and keys, the beds were comfortable, there were extra beach towels, and the screened back patio was really nice. They went over the top to make us feel welcome. We drove to different beaches every day and never had trouble parking. 5 minutes from groceries and great access to everything.

Plus, the caretakers on the property are lovely - we chatted over coffee one morning and learned a lot more about the property and the island. There is so much space and the screened in back yard is a bonus. We even hired a private chef to cook for a group of 15 of us on the deck (they didn't all stay on property) and the space was perfect. We had 3 older teens and 2 couples - everyone had their own space and bathroom. Why would anyone choose to stay in a hotel?!

The house is gorgeous and landscaping is beautiful. There is a wonderful grilling space outside that my chef son absolutely had to use to make a meal for all of us. It was a perk that I had not noticed on the listing. This home was centrally located to the locations that we had family commitments - it was 30 minutes from Savannah, Ridgeland, and Beaufort, and 3 minutes to the marina. All of the family members (three generations) went in different directions based on their interests and no one had trouble finding fun. Shopping, food, and outlet malls were all minutes away. If you are looking for seascape views, this is not your home but if you'd like extra time to have fun because you are close to everything, you can't go wrong with this house. The room with 4 twin beds is only accessible through another bedroom. You can see that it is located through another room in the pictures but it isn't clear that there is not a separate entrance into the room. We needed all 18 beds so this created major problems for us. Another challenge was that the twin bed room has absolutely no electrical outlets, and no air conditioning duct. (it is actually an attic space) In the picture, it has an adorable work space in the center of the room but no way to plug in a laptop! We bought a fan and extension cord to try and keep the room cool but after two nights we gave up. It might be fine for use in the winter but it was too hot for my adult sons. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils but I needed large mixing/serving bowls for family meals. We LOVED the special touches that were already in place when we arrived such as paper towels, washing powder, coffee (no tea), shampoo, etc. The cleanliness of this property is truly the most immaculate I have stayed in!! This cleanliness was one of the most impressive qualities of this home as well as the excellent location. I should have written the host beforehand to ask what floors the bedrooms are on since we had a few older family members. Only 1 is on the main floor. The listing does not include the ground floor at all. It is for the property caretakers which was also a perk! Overall we were extremely satisfied and would absolutely rent this place again. It was a BARGAIN for a HHI property!!

We had six guys everyone had there own room, cooking on the grill was fantastic nice room to chill and watch good games. The place is located 5-10 minute drive from some fantastic golf! Great location for a golf trip!

Everything was wonderful. There was plenty of room for all of us and the back porch was a fun place to relax. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving dinner for the family and the kitchen was well equipped. Andreas and his wife Lorenza who took care of the property even surprised us with a special treat

We found this house very clean, equipped with the essentials, everything worked and the house was better than described. The price was reasonable and we found the whole experience easy and fair. The electronic lock was very convenient and there was a small supply of trash bags and dish washing pods, just enough for our trip. Dishes and silverware were plentiful. Bring your own spices and laundry detergent. Wifi was easy and fast and honestly there was no negative at all all. This property and trip was perfect. Thank you! P. Smiley

We had a great time. The BBQ was a smoker so had to learn how to do that but it made great food once I figured it out. Loved our stay. Highly recommend

The property is spacious and it's in great condition, very well maintained. plenty of towels and kitchen is well equipped. We really appreciated the washer and dryer since having 5 teens it was a must. We got to use the barbeque as well. The property is located just a short drive from restaurants and shops. We had a great time!

This house is the perfect place for a large group. We had family and friends and we all fit and had beds and space for everyone. There was plenty of table space for meals and every room had its own TV.
