Situated in Incline Village, this charming house for £475 per night is a great choice for your next break. Max occupancy of 9, including children, set by NEW Washoe County regulations. Please don’t jeopardize our permit by having more than 9 people at any given time. Children of all ages count towards occupancy. Beautiful lake/mountain retreat. Perfect for those looking to enjoy the quiet beauty and serenity Incline Village offers. This is NOT a party/event house. If looking to party please book elsewhere. This home is located in a beautiful, peaceful and QUIET neighborhood. Parties, gatherings and events of ANY kind are not allowed. Take in the peaceful and serene setting while relaxing on one of the huge deck's overlooking the trees. Sit around the propane fire pit with friends and family while sipping wine or roasting marshmallows in the evenings! (Please note, deck furniture and fire pit is put away for the winter months) Centrally located between 100's of hiking/snowmobiling/biking trails, lake Tahoe beaches, and several ski resorts. Perfect for winter and summer fun. This home is well suited for multiple families with separate sleeping areas. There are three levels with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, kid and adult game rooms with air hockey, shuffle board, chess table & games. Features newly remodeled double decks, Bullfrog hot tub, fully stocked kitchen including crock pot for easy dinners, coffee grinder, coffee maker, blender, mini food processor, rice cooker, Belgium waffle maker, baking pans, etc.., high end gas BBQ and outdoor dining table on upper deck. There is a 2 car garage (holds 1-2 small to medium size cars). Driveway holds 3 cars. If you must work or check on life, the desk has a docking station with monitor, keyboard and printer, just bring your laptop. Don't worry if you get in late, there is some stocked coffee, cream, sugar, instant oatmeal and hot cocoa to start you off. The board of trustees for Incline Village has voted to indefinitely limit access to Incline Village private Beaches to home owners and full time residents ONLY. There are however, several wonderful public beaches very close by including the gorgeous Sand Harbor beach and kings beach. Beautiful property. We all felt like we were at home. Very cozy, well stocked with kitchen and BBQ supplies, extremely well kept and clean. The kids had so many games to keep them occupied, that they didn’t need us to keep them entertained. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The owner/host of this house stated upfront that they use this home regularly for their own enjoyment...and you can tell. All the comforts of home are present. We've rented many houses through VRBO, but none compare to the little details put into this rental. Little things you take for granted...like extra/convenient charging ports, plushy towels, and...oddly enough...tissue boxes. Those touches show the thoughtful care put into this home. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. Incredibly well equipped and provisioned. The kitchen shelves even have labels so you know what goes where. The china and silverware was lovely. The hostess Tami was amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with. She and her husband have worked hard to make this home fabulous. Everyone in my family raved. You cannot go wrong here.

The house was just as it was listed and seen in pics. Everything was clean and ready for us.
Host has the house very organized with clear instructions and info for guests, and anything we needed in the kitchen was there, even a crock pot which came in handy to come back from a full day outing to dinner ready.
Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and beautiful decks.

Great Incline Village location. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful, which we enjoyed.
We enjoyed Sand Harbor beach by getting up early to get there and score parking for the day. (They have a restaurant there to order lunch, and it has a full bar. )
We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, games etc that were available to use. We also appreciated nice touches like mini hotel style soaps, shampoos, conditioners etc.
We also did the Tahoe Treetop adventure course near Tahoe City and really enjoyed it. Super fun outing.
Tip- you can order groceries online from Raleys and just schedule for pickup on your way in to town. We did this and it was great to get settled in and have groceries ready when we got there.
Hosts were attentive and communicated quickly.

We loved our week in this home. It is very comfortable and cute. We used the hot tub nightly, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill, played their board games, and slept in comfortable beds. There were 6 of us, all adults, and there was plenty of room on the couch and at the dinning room table. What a wonderful time!

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The property met all our expectations and we enjoyed every minute. The equipment, furniture, appliances, toys and everything were in perfect shape. We can only recommend this place to anyone. The place allows up to 9 people and provides more than enough space. The host is super nice and very quick in responding.

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations! There was so much for the kids to do and they honestly almost preferred to be at the house. The hosts thought of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Definitely not a party house if that’s what you’re looking for (no deck or hot tub use after 10pm) but perfect for families looking to explore a beautiful area and enjoy each other’s company. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The property was great. We didn't even use all the amenities it had to offer. The kitchen had a full assortment of appliances and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. It was a lovely place to stay. The kids even learned how to play a couple of new games (board games and otherwise)

Owner paid attention to every detail. House was spotless with every possible kitchen appliance you could need. House was extremely comfortable with many amenities. My adult children loved the shuffle board and sauna. Beds were very good quality and bathrooms were gorgeous. A magnificent rental!

Wonderful snow getaway!
This home was just perfect for us. 4 adults, a toddler and two babies fit more than comfortably. The house is incredibly well stocked and thoughtful details exist everywhere. The hills right behind the house made for the best sled run we've ever built! And the hot tub deck area makes you feel like you're in a luxury resort. It was all perfect!

I highly recommend The Bearidise to anyone visiting beautiful Incline Village. We stayed the week before Christmas and got a ton of snow. We skied five days at nearby Mount Rose and Diamond Peak.

Tami let me know an alternative route to the Reno airport if Mount Rose Highway closed (which it did). Tami’s maintenance man cleared the driveway several times during our stay including the morning we departed. Thanks for a first class vacation.

Fall get away
The cabin was very well presented and thought through. Very clean with nice updates. Outside living spaces were fantastic. Additionally, the owner was very reasonable in working with us leading up to our stay as there was smoke from fires that jeopardized the quality of our stay. Would absolutely rent this cabin again.

If you can't stand the heat, the tower fans were not enough to give us relief on the top 2 floors. Our infants had to sleep in only their diapers due to it being 89 degrees in our bedrooms at our kids 8pm bedtimes (we used a baby monitor that displays temp on it so that's how we knew). We were very diligent and made sure to close up the house after cooling it down all night, but it still got really warm upstairs.
The bedrooms were decorated so beautifully and cozy beds, but quite uncomfortable upstairs due to the heat and no A/C (but we knew that there was no A/C going into it, just didn't think it would be that warm...but of course heat rises). Just being honest. SIDE NOTE: we really appreciated the pack n play in one of the bedroom closets as we had accidentally forgotten one of ours in a vehicle at home!
Overall, we LOVED the cabin though and would stay again in the winter!

Fabulous Property
This property is fabulous. The kitchen is, without a doubt, the best stocked and organized kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good-sized, clean and well appointed. The kids loved having their own bunk room (the Raccoon Room). The wi-fi was good enough that two adults could work, including video calls, and the children could still stream music, etc. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the hot tub, video games, board games and beautiful scenery. I cannot find any faults with this property. I highly recommend it.
