Living room furniture updated LazyBoy sectional sofa to stretch out on. Room to sleep up to 8. Very short walk to beach with NO streets to Cross! This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Master bedroom has king bed set with private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, walk in closet, Bedroom 2 has1 queen and 1 full bed, bedroom 3 has a king bedroom set. Second full bath is in hallway had new double sink vanity. Large flat panel LCD TV's in each room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Unusually large kitchen for a condo this size. It features lots of counter space and upgraded Black Stainless appliances! You will enjoy the great views of the ocean, bay and mid-town ocean city from the balcony. Sun rise over the ocean and sun sets over the bay can be seen. 64th St location is close to popular restaurants and bars like Dead Freddies and Fagers Island. A shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants is very convenient located just across the street. Two reserved covered parking places with elevator access. Additional free street parking for that 3rd car. Includes free WiFi, HD Xfinity cable and Roku TV entertainment. 9' Ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the unit. Building has larger than normal pool for a building with only 12 units. Great to enjoy as an option to swimming in the Ocean. What to do in Ocean City MD? Ocean City has many amenities including the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, numerous miniature golf locations, and the famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes before 11am in summer season, and all day Sept-May. It is a famous deep sea fishing location with the featured White Marlin contest each August. There are numerous excellent golf courses that are a few miles away. A great spot for a 3-4 day golf weekend in the spring! Boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, diving trips are all available. Restaurants, Movies, public parks round out the options. The Delaware Outlets are in Rehoboth beach area, about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway. Delaware has no sales tax, so it is a nice way to grab some needed items a bargain prices with NO sales. A fun outing is to go to the Assateague Island parks. There you can use the beach, or look at the wild ponies. A trip up the highway brings you to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth beach boardwalks along with no tax outlet shopping. As an added bonus this unit includes 4 beach chairs and umbrella and cart to go to and from the beach. Great space saver when packing your car. My friends and our two moms stayed here for a week. Me and my friends were all 18+ and had two adults here staying the night here as well . Anytime we’d go in and out of the house the owner would tell the property manager to check in and give a complaint. We did not know there would be a ring camera. The property manager even came in and “searched” the place also taking a picture of everyone that was staying here. Both non- consensual violating our privacy. We had one person come in to use our bathroom and then left with them all together as a group and the owner called the cops. It was ridiculous and I felt like I was being watched the whole time. Do not rent out with this place if you are a younger adult, or plan to have a single other friend visit you. I would recommend not renting out your place if you are going to act like a strict Karen mother the whole time with your guests. It was very rude and unwelcoming. The condo was great, but the owners made our time there not so great.

The only thing I can pass on other than compliments is: the refrigerator does not make ice, the sliding door in the living room area wouldn't lock (thankful we were on the 4th floor) and the master bathroom's toilet seat kept coming loose. We would definately recommend staying here!!

Clean, neat, well appointed and comfortable. Everything your family needs for a relaxing beach vacation. Close to the places you need to visit but far enough away to be peaceful. My family loved it and want to return next year.

Was disappointed with condo unit. It could use a paint job and good cleaning. Some of the beds were worn. Had a problem with elevator cleanliness but that was resolved once we notified rental agency. Patio furniture is old. It is a good size unit and in a good location.

It was a very good experience. The pictures of the condo are up to date. I would definitely go back. We’re already talking dates for next year. A grocery store across the street is very convenient. Highly recommend Dead Freddie’s across the street too. Great food and play areas for kids.

Like most of the other reviews, this was a great place to stay. Location is convenient for beach access, as well as restaurants and stores. The host’s are very responsive to questions or concerns. The condo is very spacious with a fantastic layout . With that being said, the condo definitely could use some TLC!
We did have to do some cleaning of the counter tops, and the toilet seats, which were very worn and stained. The dining room set has seen better days. The mattresses are well used and not very comfortable. The pillows on the beds were all stained. And for some strange reason, some of the beds were missing two wheels with the legs up on blocks.
Overall though, it’s a really nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it and would rent again!

The condo is walking distance to the beach. Stores, restaurants, and a market were across the street from the condo, which is very convenient. However, it could have been a little cleaner, not bad though. Management is very good and took the time to answer questions that I had. With that said, I would recommend the condo to family and friends.

Very noisy
The condo is directly on Coastal highway. They say they rent to families, however there was a bachelor party going on and the guys were drunk and loud well into the early hours of Sunday morning. The traffic was non stop day and night. Very busy, took 10 minutes just to cross over it walking. It wasaone and done for us.

We had a fabulous week at 402 Oceanscape! Convenient location with a quick walk to the beach. Loved having the pool and balcony. Perfect size for 4 adults, a teen, and a 9 yr old. We loved the spacious kitchen, bedrooms, and master bath with the jacuzzi tub and shower. Great communication from the owners. The place has a little wear and tare but very well maintained and cleaned. We would book there again!

This was my first time using VRBO and it was great! Also my first time renting a condominium. The process was easy. Checking in and out was a breeze. The couple who managed the property were very nice and easy to deal with. The condo was bright and clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked! I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was scattered hair in the master suite bathroom. I would definitely return to this property and recommend it to my friends.
