The Space: Outdoor Amenities and Entertainment: • Rooftop Terrace with amazing views • Outdoor furniture (Couch, Coffee table, and Chairs) Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor Bedroom • 1 x Queen Bed (2 Guests) 2nd Floor Bedroom • 1 x Queen Bed (2 Guests) 2nd Floor Bunk Bedroom • 1 x Full Bed (2 Guests) • 3 x Twin Beds (3 Guests) Living Room 1 • 1 x Queen Air Mattress (1-2 Guests) Fully Equipped Kitchen – Everything you need to have a home cooked meal during your stay. All bedrooms and living room come with a Smart TV for streaming services. Internet / WIFI Available throughout the entire property. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire home. This includes two free on site parking spots in a private lot. The Neighborhood: Bayside community in a sought-after location for many travelers. Providing a location with both a relaxing setting, amazing views from roof tops, but within walking distance of the Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Getting Around: You will be within minutes (10) of the bus spot for the Ocean City bus. I recommend walking though, especially on beautiful summer days! You can walk to the beach and boardwalk in roughly 15 minutes, and will pass various dining establishments along the way. Other Things to Note: This unit is part of a multi-unit building. You will be on an upper floor. Other units in in the building available upon request. Interaction with Guests: I or a member of my team will be available via the messaging app, text or cell phone. In the event that you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. If it is an emergency, certainly call. If an in person interaction is required, we will facilitate to meet your need or request. A phone call is preferred between 9PM-6AM EST for matters that need immediate attention. My family of 6 stayed at BZ’s Baywatch while vacationing for the first time in Ocean City. Our host, Jason, was very nice and responsive to messages. Booking/check-in/check-out communication were top notch. This is an upper level unit, so you have to climb 5 short flights of steps to get to and from the unit. You are 2 min. away from the main strip and 7 min. away from the beach/boardwalk via car. They are in walking distance as well. Aside from entertainment and restaurants, this unit is very close to grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies, and the local hospital. The living room and each bedroom have an attached balcony with gorgeous views of the bay and sunrises/sunsets. You can see the boardwalk Ferris wheel light up at night. The kitchen is equipped with tons of essentials so you don’t need to bring much with you. There’s even a crock pot and blender. There are board games in the living room and umbrellas/sand pail in the closet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The two bathrooms with showers were super helpful for a large family. The washer and dryer were convenient. Some minor repairs are needed in the future. We didn’t feel they needed addressed while there. Many of the folding closet doors were not on the track and laying on the inside of the closet. The kitchen faucet was a bit loose and the main kitchen light didn’t work. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and we had a positive experience. We’d book again when we return to Ocean City.

The place was super clean and perfect for our group. Check in communication was not great. Kitchen had everything we needed. All the technology was very used friendly---Roku, door lock, appliances, Kuerig.

This property was all that we needed and then some. There was ample space for my family and I of 6 (which includes 2 children under 4). The multiple balconies (one in each room) are nice additions and the roof deck is a great place to sit and chill. The bedrooms are spacious. There are 2 rooms that have queen sized beds and one bedroom that has 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is not the biggest but it is functional. Also, there is more to the kitchen items then what is listed or shown. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils and more and they even have some spices and cooking oils available. We actually overpacked thinking we needed to bring a lot of our own stuff There is also a regular coffee maker to go with the Keurig as well if you want to make bigger pots of coffee. The only slight draw back is that the neighbors right below the unit are very noise sensitive and will come up to complain if your young kids happen to scurry back and forth on the main floor. Also, you have to bring your own linens (towels, bedsheets) so make sure you are aware of that before arrival. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We all loved the beach home and enjoyed our stay. Owner is very responsive as well. Decor is nice and updated. Would definitely recommend!

This place has it all. It looks fantastic and all though I only stayed for 1 night. I will definitely be booking this place again for more nights next year. 100% recommend this place to anyone with a group of 5-10 people.

Everything went smooth. The manager communicated amazing with us. We were rarely at the unit but to sleep and shower. But it was as advertised (the gate was broken and the front door was a nightmare to open and lock) but both were trivial in our stay in ocean city. It was away from the boardwalk but I enjoyed the escape of the people. If you come to ocean city I would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place . The location is close enough to walk to or you can drive to the beach and boardwalk . There are a lot of restaurants in the area . We enjoyed watching the sunset from the 3rd floor balcony that overlooks the bay . The place is clean and tidy .

The mother in law decided last minute to come in town from Chicago, so we decided to look for a quick overnight in OC. The condo looks exactly like pictured and described, was clean, and check-in was flawless. Brian also communicated efficiently prior to our arrival. We wish we could have stayed thru the holiday weekend. I would definitely stay again!

This space was perfect for our group. Each bedroom had a patio as well as one off the main living area where we all enjoyed sitting and enjoying the breeze. We could walk to the beach and restaurants easily. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and the shelves were labeled to make putting away dishes easier. Quiet neighborhood.

It is a little far from the beach but we didn’t have trouble parking at the beach. The place was clean and beautiful. There is a balcony off of every room which was a nice feature. Nice neighborhood.
