Designed with ultimate relaxation in mind, this 2BR/2BA condo at The Plaza offers the perfect locale on the peaceful north end of town. Spend leisurely days between the glittering coast and the property’s amazing amenities -- including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, as well as an on-site tiki bar and restaurants. Interior highlights of this coastal getaway include lovely ocean views, an electric fireplace, a den, and three smart TVs. LIVING AREA Relax after beach days in the ocean-view living area, which provides a queen-size sleeper sofa, an electric fireplace, and an Apple TV. The den presents an additional living space with a full-size sleeper sofa. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. When it’s time to eat, dine together at the six-person table. Expand to eight if needed. BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the den, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed, an Apple TV, and access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. Find comfort in the second bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a Roku TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the private balcony, which boasts stunning ocean views. The Plaza amenities include: -Sauna -Indoor hot tub -Heated Indoor pool (open year-round) -Heated seasonal outdoor pool & Tiki bar/restaurant (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) -24-hour security EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Additional perks include a beach locker, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. This condo is located on the eighth floor. Four elevators are available to easily whisk you to your perfect vacation. Charge up your EV in the blink of an eye. The building has two “Blink” Electric Car Chargers available. These are level 2 chargers. THE LOCATION Nestled on the north side of town, this condo provides a superb locale away from the city center. However, when you want to experience the attractions of Ocean City, downtown is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy dinner at the on-site restaurant or drive to a wide variety of delicious eateries within a 5-minute drive. To discover more of the beauty of the region, make a visit to Fenwick Island State Park or Northside Park. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. - No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. - No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony. No smoking is allowed in the building. - Linens are provided. This includes bedding, sheets and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels. - Building registration fee. The Plaza charges a $80 fee which must be paid at check-in. This fee is in addition to the rental fees paid when booking. The registration fee includes garage parking for up to two cars. Additional parking may also be available for $80/week per car which can be paid on-site. There is also a public parking lot within 1/2 block of the unit. No street parking is permitted. - Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 0067871 City/town permit number: 23-00022805 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This condo has everything you need to vacation away from home. Sheets and towels included, fully stocked kitchen, games, cards and books. This unit was clean and we love the location! Already booked this room for next year.

I love the plaza and the condo was very nice. When we checked into the room we found the window in the master had been shattered. There was a maintence person there and took pictures. He told us no one else said anything about the window. Maintence sent someone else up a couple of days later to take more pictures.It never bothered us our stay was outstanding.

Booked last minute for girls trip. Check-in was a breeze, parking on site! Unit was clean, orderly and welcoming. Property manager, Robin, was delightful and quick to respond. Beautiful balcony views! We only utilized the outdoor pool but unit had indoor pool as well. Would recommend to anyone coming to the OCMD area.

Don't hesitate booking this unit! The unit was clean and in good condition upon arrival, has the most gorgeous view of the ocean and bay. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the unit itself had such a great layout! Host was very helpful and quick to answer any inquiries!
This was our second stay at this unit, the first time being June 2020, we were unable to use any of the Plaza's plentiful amenities d/t covid. So, we were so thrilled we could use them all now! The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and extremely clean. We saw maintenance testing the water, cleaning and maintaining the pool every morning before people were able to use it. The Plaza security guards and employees friendly and helpful during our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The location was great - we walked right out of the building onto the beach. With 2 young kids it was really nice to have a pool as well. The space in the condo was nice - we could spread out and not be on top of each other. The ocean views were fantastic.

Great ocean front view. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Good location in OCMD. Kitchen well equipped. Owner was very responsive to questions. A few items in the apartment were a bit older/broken but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Owner did offer to have someone come fix one item but we opted to not do so. Building not asking for anyone to mask in common areas/elevators for those who are COVID conscious, although this is likely more the rule than exception at the beach these days unfortunately.

I have been going to Ocean City with my 3 daughters for many years. My fiancé and I decided to make this a full family vacation and his 3 children joined us as well. The accommodations were perfect. We all slept comfortably. The condo was clean and well stocked with what we would need to start our stay. The amenities were well maintained and supervised and, as is typical with vacationers in Ocean City, everyone we came across was lovely!
Can’t say enough good things about this place other than I want to rent the unit again next year!

The condo itself was beautiful. Clean. But the hot tub is where unfortunately we had our problem. All 3 adults got hot tub folliculitis from head to toe. We broke out in red bumps our body was extremely itchy and red. Feeling a little embarrassed that I was in charge of the vacation and rental and everyone suffered for 2 weeks afterwards. Great condo. Don’t trust the hot tub

We knew that traveling during Covid would present some challenges. The Plaza did a good job scheduling the pool and maintaining a schedule for signing up. The security guards are also super friendly so is the front desk you check into and everything is very clean in the building. People on the beach also maintained good space between each family. The unit is spacious and views spectacular. Some issues resolved with property owner and she was on top of it. Family had a good time. Some things to keep in mind are that check in is extremely hectic because of tons of families and elevators it takes a while on the day arriving and checking out. Give yourself enough time to get a cart or you will be waiting forever. It’s to be expected but Early bird catches the worm. Also masterroom is bright in the morning, if you like the dark bring a disposable paper shade to help block out the light. Bring like 3. We had a great stay thank you Robin!

Excellent first trip to OC!
The accommodations couldn't have been better. Perfect size for four people, great location, close to the hustle of OC but far enough away to be a little more peaceful, marvelous views of the ocean and bay to see both sunrises and sunsets. Robin was wonderful to work with and especially helpful as we navigated through the COVID restrictions, shutdowns, and re-openings. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect location for a family, take the elevator down and you’re on the beach! Perfect for carrying beach necessities with small children. Minor issues we had were corrected immediately with the owner. The view is absolutely beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen equipment and beach items(chairs,umbrellas) were a huge plus for a family as well. The pictures are very accurate in the listing as well. We are already planning to try booking this condo again in the future!

Perfect getaway
Beautiful property with tons of amenities to make your stay feel like home. The unit was clean and tastfully decorated. The view of the ocean was spectacular from the balcony and bedroom. The beach here didn't seem as crowded as the other areas, which was great. Check-in and correspondence with the owner was quick and easy, owner was helpful through the entire process and answered inquiries in a timely manner. 100% recommend staying at this unit!

Manager was helpful and knowledgeable. Property was exactly what we were looking for. Just a fun filled family beach trip in the best beach area of Ocean City. The building had great Covid policies and we felt safe the entire trip!

Our stay
The condo was nice. We were excited that they had a hot tub and 2 pools. How ever the weather was cold and rainy. So we couldn’t use the pool and hot tub. So we still had the in door pool. But was told the pool would be closed for the week. Needless to say we were upset that we could not use the pools and hot tub. Then we went to eat at the restaurant and was told that Thursday nights are always filled. Then looked at us and laughed and walked away. The time was 4:30. Very disappointed .

Location, check-in, unit were all great!
Robin was great from the beginning and had a check in packet waiting at the rental office. She even pre-paid the $50 Plaza fee. The unit is very nice with all needed amenities. The wifi and TV selections were awesome! We come to OC MD every year and this unit is top 3 for us! Thanks Robin.

Very clean unit with beautiful views
The condo was spotless and everything was in good working order in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer was very convenient. Loved the view from the 8th floor. Renters should be aware that because the Plaza has a beach front bar open to the public, the public can enter the pool decks from the beach or the street, nothing is locked. However there is a security guard there 24 hours a day.
