Znakomite położenie hotelu idealnie pomiędzy Bramą Brandenburską a Alexanderplatz. Dwie stacje metra dwóch lini o rzut beretem ;-) Bardzo ładny wystrój pokoju.
Szkoda że w pokoju nie było choć małej lodówki/chłodziarki ;-(

Modern feel, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows, quite room
Only negative comment was that the restaurant wasn’t open the night we arrived - so had to venture out to find a meal.

Excellent location. Near to the U bahn and walking distance from many other attractions. I needed to print concert tickets urgently and the front desk staff kindly helped me.

Excellent location, especially if you visit Berlin for the first time. Everything is close even walking and if you prefer taking the bus or bahn, the station is at 4 min walk from the hotel's main entrance.
It would have been great if they had a swimming pool.

The room was quite cosy and offered a rather pleasing view. Besides, its location proved to be exceedingly convenient for our intended visit.
In my opinion, the price seems to be a bit too high.

The staff were great!
First of all, it's a security nightmare! When you are in your room, there's a light at your door. When you're not in your room there's no light. This is a terrible idea! Also, the sink was blocked. We complained about it but it was never fixed. The fridge also didn't work - also never fixed.

We had a problem with the temperature control which was ignored.
In previous visits the sausages for breakfast varied everyday.. This time it was the same and not tasty.

Location is perfect. The neighborhood is full of museums and embassies so it is quiet at night and very safe. You have to walk a bit to find restaurants (the hotel has one) but there is a few. Rooms and breakfast are fine.
The hotel is showing aging signs here and there. Nothing that makes things unusable but, this is a 4 stars establishment... In the sense of sleeping and eating, everything was fine

Location is near important sights.
Staff is very cold. We were staying during Easter holidays and bar was't working 3 out of 4 days of our staying.

Really well-located - easy walking distance to most major things to see. Quiet street so not noisy at night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Bed and furniture was comfortable. Very clean.
No room service, no international TV channels (rare these days), the bar wasn’t open from Wednesday to Sunday over my stay. The robot delivering just drinks to the room is a nice touch but the bar should be open.
