Emplacement, lobby et qualité de la literie
Impossible de dîner à 21h33.
Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, a peine tiède c’est inacceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing.

Location, staff, food , excellent
To be honest I was not happy with our room, the price point was over 500 euros and was not worth the money, our room was small, dark and overlooking a grey roof, the bathroom was dated from the 90’s, very old and run down looking, not what I had expected at all.
10.0
Everything. Location, atmosphere, decor of lobby and room, extremely comfortable bed.

The room was perfect - cosy, warm & comfortable. Bathroom products are lovely. GREAT location off grafton st.
Room service menu is highly overpriced - think there is room for some less expensive options here. Also I purchased for a friend for her birthday and since she arrived before me, they blocked 500 euro on her card and it remained blocked for 2 weeks and only got unblocked after her chasing the hotel and calling numerous times. This is not 5 star service.

It was over booked and extremely busy
They took good care of us regardless
So we were grateful

Location is excellent.
Hotel is in desperate need of upgrades/replacement of finishing and furnishings. NOT 5 star level.

Location is excellent.
Property is in need of furnishing upgrades both in the rooms and in the public spaces. Hotel rooms finishings and fabrics are old, tore (see image) and routinely have stains. Staff are not 5 star level, kind, but need more training.

Fabulous Hotel & Staff ..Located brilliantly in centre of everything.
Price was very high with no breakfast included . It was my big birthday & not even a bottle of House wine put in the Room .. disappointed in no gesture at all ..

You are paying for the service and the location. I am from Dublin and stayed for day 2 of my wedding and really enjoyed it. The staff are incredibly helpful, in particular one man called Milo. Young guy but really helpful and impressive.
Nothing in particular that really stood out other than the cost of the breakfast getting delivered to the room. €25 for a continental breakfast and then an additional €5 delivery is a bit excessive, considering I paid over a grand to stay for 2 nights. Ended up going to Balfes, which was great and cost the same for much more range of food and coffee.

Location is excellent the room was lovely and the breakfast was fabulous
The staff are superb. I found some of the staff in the gallery to be a little slow not all just two. It is a shame maybe they were just having a bad day. But unfair to the other staff who were all so nice. Beautiful girls shame they didn't smile

Great location
Lovely friendly staff
Very comfortable beds
Great Malin beauty products
The breakfast options weren’t what we expected for a quality hotel so we chose to go elsewhere.

The staff was extremely helpful - the hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent. We were able to walk from the hotel to everything we wanted to see in Dublin. The hotel was fairly crowded and we never had to wait for any service.
No complaints at all. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We will stay here again the next time we visit Dublin.

I found it all a bit pretentious.

great location staff and service overall
woken each morning from 6am by construction and constant noise , slamming doors and loud voices
outside the room . room servicing at the bedroom door at 09.00 enquiring about servicing the room

A beautiful hotel with excellent food and beverage facilities. Room was nice if a little small, or maybe too much furniture. The mattress was very soft and perhaps need changing. And the light switch was not labelled so tricky to understand what turned what lights on and off.
The bed was too soft and mattress needs replacing.
