The room was sauna hot as the window had actually been screwed shut with a piece of chip board!
Our extra towels request hadn't been honoured. It took an average of two days for brief and frustratingly non confirmational responses from the hotel to our messages!
Add to this the fact that noise in the rooms coming from the nightclub within the hotel itself made sleeping impossible until well after the 3am close and clear-out of clubbers going out onto the street!
When the very slow and somewhat claustrophobic elevator ride stops on the ground floor it shakes and bounces for several seconds like it's either malfunctioning or providing a fairground attraction experience!
The showers had no pressure and the water temperature was constantly changing between hot and hotter!
When we came back from dinner on both nights of our stay the front door was firmly shut with no bell in sight forcing one to either wait until someone sees you on the camera or hears your knocks on the door. Once the door opens a female nightclub bouncer doesn't greet but interrogates you as to your full names and room number as I'm sure they are trying to avoid wannabe night goers from gaining free entry into the club. Needless to say, this was not a very welcoming experience for us!

The room was small and difficult to access- we had to climb many stairs without assistance.

Good location
There's a nightclub at the location but they do inform you.

Location was good, and the staff was excellent.
I know we were forwarned about the night club prior to booking, but the noise was significantly more intrusive that I could have imagined. The room was quite a bit smaller than expected and a bit cramped. Particularly the toilet which was shoved up against a wall and quite awkward to use.

not a lot you get your breakfast is left outside your door in a paper bag The noise levels from the nightclub are unreal just couldn’t sleep
very noise no breakfast. staff weren’t helpful

No breakfast available. Furnishings, paint was like new in room and hotel.
We were told (after booking) that there was a 7 nite niteclub downstairs, but it was ridiculously noisy until about 2:30 am. Our room was very small and there was no real room for luggage or walking around.

Location & beds where comfortable that’s all !!!
I was just shocked with how basic the hotel was. It was very clean to be fair but you’re clearly paying for the location here. However, even with todays inflation crisis it’s still no excuse.
They had nothing extra- no rooms service or breakfast or even extra towels when I asked.
Staff where distant and didn’t seem to want to be there but still polite. ROOM WAS TINY
Just overall NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Staff friendly and helpful.
The key card didn't work and had to be changed. The door of the room came off in my hand and the radiator in my room did not work. I mentioned this several times but it was not repaired or looked at while I was there. I spent a very cold night in a cold room.

Deluxe double room was very nice. Staff very helpful.
Electricity wasn’t working in room 212 which was a real inconvenience. Sounded like it wasn’t the first time this had happened. We were offered a room change but that would have been a lot of hassle so we stuck it out.

The receptionist was lovely, very welcoming and friendly.
They didnt notify us there was an extremely loud and busy nightclub downstairs that goes on until 3am until we actually arrived to the hotel, we think this is ridiculous as we had early mornings while there and it was extremely difficult to sleep. When we arrived back to the hotel at night there was a bouncer outside the entrance who was physically and verbally aggressive and just overall extremely unprofessional. We’re a relatively young group which seemed to be a large part of his aggression and when he asked for our names to check their list he tried to tell us we all weren’t on it even though we could clearly see it. When i gestured towards our names listed he screamed in my face and put his hands on me which was very unnecessary and very uncomfortable. Appalling behaviour coupled with the noise and lack of cleanliness made for a nightmare hotel experience.

Lovely clean smell of room upon arrival. Loved that there were bottles of water in the room and a complimentary bag when leaving the room.
Nothing. Great value for money.

Clean, comfortable bed
Booking. Com did not say it was in the nightclub street of Dublin, above Copper Face Jack's nightclub. One of the nightclub rooms was off reception. Super loud, even on 3rd floor not possible to sleep without earplugs. Not suitable for people over 25. Would have NOT booked if I had known this.

Location good
Hotel is above the biggest nightclub in Dublin with over 1,000 young people partying until 3am in the morning. Ony Hotel I have ever stayed in where you were given earplugs in your room. Sleep impossible as our room was located over the beer garden until 3am each morning. Complained to reception staff who could not care less. Paid 380 Euros for 2 sleepless nights in Dublin.

well the constant noise on a pump or motor kicking in for 30seconds off for 2 seconds and back again for 30 an so on for 24/7 would drive you insane not a chance of getting a sleep , I was told the Maintance guy was on his way to sort the problem no sign of him , thank god it was only 1 night stay

room was bright, clean and spacious. reception and cleaning staff was lovely!
very noisy building, I didn’t mind the nightclub sound as I had expected that. what I was surprised about was some boiler or generator in the building that vibrates through my 3rd floor room and couldn’t be stopped by earplugs.

best water pressure in a hotel shower I’ve ever had
club downstairs was a racket (to be expected however)
