Dommage!

Location, style, nice products and big beds
Staff not friendly. Needed a pharmacy and they couldn’t even guide me to nearest one. Shower pressure so poor. Springs in bed kept popping at every slight movement. Expensive room and no breakfast provided. Had arranged a late checkout. Was disturbed three times by cleaning staff.

Ontbijt

Outlook . Street wasn’t noisy. Comfortable room.
Too little information, in the room and in the foyer. Staff expect you to use apps, though they will answer questions about the hotel. Check ou times , booking taxi etc.
The hotel is for business . A tourist has no sense of being in Dublin.
My room was not serviced. The ‘do not service’ notice had been taken from the room and placed on the outside handle. I had not done this.
Whe n I reported this to reception in the evening a note was made, cleaning was offered ( I declined) and I was given more milk ( requested). Staff member checked the record.

Rooms were cosy and clean. It was great to be able to set temperature in the room as I wish. Noise cancellation window was superb addition, although you couldn't here much noise in my room anyway. Shower was straight forward to use with right temperature to be set up quickly. Breakfast was amazing, lots and lots of choice, and being able to do your own fresh waffles was fantastic. My Daughter loved it! Definitely would stay again.
We had a room with only shower. The only problem is when you use it water is flooding bathroom.

The location was great, and it was easy to get to from the bus and train station.
We had a twin room and it was a decent size..
Nice to get a bath as well as a shower.
Beds were very hard and extremely uncomfortable.
Pillows were far too soft and flat, I used 4 and still wasn't enough.
Room needed dusting. It was thick with dust in some places.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city centre, right next to the EPIC museum which is open early in the morning till late in the evening. The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet. The hotel also has lovely views over the river Liffey.

Clock in the room, I love this. Iron & ironing board along with mini fridge, very handy
Car park, disappointed I was charged for the car park after what had happened. Have been left out of pocket for something that was out of my hands

The hotel is large, Breakfast was outstanding. Location was within easy walking distance of all main areas and is located along the river. Quiet at night. A fine place. Pricey but worth it.
not much sunshine. But Ireland is not known as the sunshine capital of the world.

The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always polite and friendly. The hotel is close to the bus stop, which is handy for me.I would definitely recommend it to other people. The room was spacious and had everything a person needs.I hope to get a chance to come back again soon.
I don't really have any complaints.

Great location and friendly staff! Clean rooms and good amenities! Lovely breakfast
Paying additional price for breakfast and quite pricey

Location is excellent, but we were given a back room, would have preferred a front river facing room but anyway better luck next time. The breakfast was good, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness was good.
The location of the room. I have to call up and request for room servicing as they didn't do it.

Hotel was fine, we liked the location and didn’t mind a bottle of a walk to get into the busier parts.
It could’ve been cleaner, it wasn’t awful but I certainly expected better.
One of us got food poisoning from eating undercooked food at the on site restaurant, we were allowed to check out 2 hours late to have time to somewhat recover but I wouldn’t return now and certainly will avoid the restaurant.

Great location. Luas around the corner. EPIC next door was incredible. Nice breakfast.
Bed was terrible, lumpy and squeaky. No spare blanket even though it was cold outside. No shower cap on day 2.
